Very good pizza, truly excellent service

We were here last night, and unfortunately, it wasn't the evening we'd hoped for. The welcome was cold: we sat at a table without a tablecloth, where the silverware was handed to us in a card with napkins, without any attention. The service was the sore point: the waiters were listless, unsmiling, and almost annoyed. We felt very rushed in clearing our plates from the table, which completely ruined the atmosphere. The food also disappointed us. My pizza was described as inviting on the menu, but in reality, it only contained four slices of speck and a bit of cheese, with chunks of tomato in the sauce that were too large. My boyfriend's pizza, on the other hand, was unbalanced: a mountain of prosciutto on top and a base with too many chunks of tomato. Given the prices and the expectations raised by the menu, the actual quality is decidedly questionable. We wouldn't recommend it.

Always a welcome stop for dinner, even if the pizza quality has dropped slightly. Recommended.

We ordered two pizzas and both were absolutely divine, prepared with high-quality local products and definitely among the best we have eaten in Italy. The service was very friendly, and the waitress did her absolute best to speak with us in English, which was a lovely touch. The coffee smelled like real Italy, and the prices were a huge positive surprise – it was one of the most affordable restaurants where we’ve had such great food, with a coperto of 2 euros per person. The only minor downside was the lack of hot tea on the menu, but other than that, everything was perfect. Highly recommended!

We loved everything: the place, the kindness of the staff, the service, the super varied menu, the pizzas! We'll definitely be back.
