08/12/2025: The waiter was friendly and the aperitif was just right to accompany a nice gin... really excellent gin! Since we were outside, we were quite covered, and the patio heater did its job.

16/05/2026: We received a very warm welcome. Even though our English was rudimentary and our Italian nonexistent, the staff took an incredible amount of time and patience to understand us and fulfill our wishes.
The sunset during dinner... priceless.
The food itself was incredibly delicious; we had tuna, pasta carbonara, and pasta with pesto alla genovese (or something like that)... We were looked after in a very unobtrusive yet genuinely kind manner, and nothing was lacking. A huge compliment, and we will definitely come back. 🫶🏻

12/06/2026: Good quality fish, you can't reserve, but you have to sign up for a seemingly endless list... the delicious dishes are worth the wait, but overall, I think there's much more to the dining experience than just the dish on the table. Very good value, but in my memory, this restaurant was much more unique.
09/06/2026: After searching online for a seafood restaurant with good reviews, we asked a local for advice, who suggested Ristorante Mimì in Torre Lapillo.
We tried calling to make a reservation, but the number was unavailable for several hours. So we sent an email, but received no response.
After several attempts, we finally managed to speak to someone: we were told that the restaurant was fully booked and that, if we wanted to dine there, we would have to wait in line for the second sitting.
After about five minutes, we called back to ask if they could be available the following day. This time, they told us that there was even room for the same evening at 7:30 PM.
When we arrived, we found a large crowd outside, including those entering and those waiting. Despite this, we confidently entered.
We were welcomed and seated. Shortly after, they brought us a laminated A3 menu, with the order to be filled out personally, in true village festival style.
We filled out the order and handed it to the staff in the dining room, who were kind and helpful.
The plates began to arrive. The dishes were disposable: honestly, not even at the festivals in my town do they use plastic plates anymore, but ceramic ones instead.
We ordered:
* Raw seafood – €16.00
* Stewed octopus – €10.00
* Seafood risotto – €12.00
* Grilled mixed seafood – €16.00
* Water 1 L – €2.50
* Vecchia Torre Rosé 1/2 L – €4.00
The raw seafood included 2 oysters, 6 mussels, cuttlefish tagliatelle, 4 slices of tuna, and 2 scampi. It looked fresh.
The octopus was rather dry, but still decent.
The risotto was very generous, but decidedly overcooked.
The mixed grill included two octopus tentacles, a small cuttlefish, a swordfish steak, and a scampi. Everything was very dry.
Unfortunately, about 30 minutes after eating the raw fish, we both developed stomach problems.
I'd rather not say anything else, but I really struggle to understand how a place like this can be so popular.
P.S. The bathroom light wasn't working, and we had to use our phone flashlight to see anything.
A word of advice: instead of focusing on large portions, it would be better to invest more in quality.

20/12/2025: It's not our first time here, but I think it will be our last. The management seems to only push the most expensive products: out of four wines offered, the only one available was the most expensive at €25. We ordered it, and it was the only good thing we ordered.
We asked for something to snack on, a crostone, but they offered us a scrocchiarella (also the most expensive) for €15: three very salty bruschettas with dried tomatoes and olives, disproportionate to the other offerings. In the end, they offered us three tiramisu, and when I refused, the waitress insisted, demanding an explanation. I shouldn't have to justify myself for what I don't order, especially given the lackluster quality-price ratio. It's a shame, because the location and atmosphere are beautiful!

25/04/2026: We were French tourists passing through Grottaglie during our stay. We had a lovely time at this little restaurant (the service, pizza, and atmosphere were all excellent). It was delicious and inexpensive. We highly recommend this place.

Everything was perfect and we felt very comfortable.
24/01/2026: We stopped, drawn by the informal atmosphere: a wooden kiosk with large windows on the waterfront, the kind where fishermen once cooked, so you'd expect to eat spaghetti with clams cooked al dente with a glass of white wine. Instead, we were surprised to find ourselves in a "pretentious" restaurant with leather chairs, a serious waiter, and, most importantly, the obligation to order a very elaborate and therefore overpriced tasting menu for our lunch break, which was supposed to be quick and easy. No simple dishes: just sophisticated combinations that you have to be in the mood for... and which we didn't have the urge for at that moment. A good chef should be judged primarily by his ability to please EVERYONE'S palate, not by the fact that he thinks he's in a MasterChef competition every day! I don't argue with the price, but I do protest the imposition of a fixed-price menu (not specified before entering and sitting down), with no option for personalized variations. For example: there were no vegetables on the menu, not even a green salad! And on top of all that, the excruciatingly slow service made us run away before we even had our coffee! When the era of celebrity chefs ends and we return to eating with joy and humility, it will be a great celebration for everyone!

30/09/2025: Nothing to say, everything was beautiful and well-organized. The location was simple and elegant. The staff was always friendly and ready to solve any problems. I would choose Sapore dei Miracoli a hundred times over with my eyes closed. The food was excellent and pleasantly surprised all my guests. The staff handled every aspect impeccably. 💙

28/04/2026: The location is very beautiful with a stunning view over the adjacent sea and harbor. The food wasn't really great for me, but tastes differ. The service, however, was excellent; the waiter was very attentive and gave great advice regarding the wine, as well as some local information we asked for. He was also very observant of the guests; if they needed anything else, he was there quickly. I didn't think the prices were appropriate for the food you get; I think at this restaurant you are paying more for the location and the layout of the place.

24/05/2026: Friendly staff, especially the two young ones. The owner seemed a bit overwhelmed and disorganized. We waited at least half an hour for our order to be taken, even though the restaurant was only about three-quarters full. The food arrived after about an hour. It was tasty and reasonably priced. The restroom is large and very clean.

07/06/2026: Unfortunately, you're only paying for the great view and the beautiful location. We've known this restaurant for a long time, but the food is sadly not what it used to be. The prices are very high, especially considering the small portions (small pizzas, small calamari portions, but quite greasy 🤔) and the rather limited selection. A real shame!
03/06/2026: Unfortunately, it's no longer the excellent fish restaurant with the daily specials on display. It's just a regular restaurant with pizza and pasta. The view is still unique, and the staff is quick and friendly, but we would have been disappointed by the menu.

01/04/2026: Bakery with a bar located in Cologno Monzese, in a fairly central area. The place is nice, nothing special, but fine for breakfast.
I had bread for the first time: various types of bread and focaccia, as pictured.
The lady at the counter was friendly, while her colleague was a bit sullen, which is noticeable in a business.
The products are good, and I really liked the bread. I haven't tried the desserts, but as for the bakery, I definitely recommend it for bread and its products.
30/03/2026: Since the management changed it's been a disaster, prices have risen dramatically, the round focaccia costs 60 cents and the kids buy it for school, the portion costs 1.10, almost double for me, chapter closed, he doesn't see me anymore, and it's not even the best

22/03/2026: AWFUL EXPERIENCE
After an hour and a half of waiting for seven pizzas, seeing all the tables around us served first, we asked for an explanation. Initially, we were told in a generic way that ours were almost ready. After further reminders, and only when we said we were ready to cancel the order, were we told that the pizzas were "in the oven."
The problem? This same response was repeated over and over again for about 20 minutes. A surreal situation.
It would have been much more correct and professional to admit a mistake—for example, that the order had been forgotten. It can happen, especially on a Saturday night. What is unacceptable, however, is the mockery and the total lack of transparency.
Even more serious was the staff's attitude: no apology, no attention to the customer. In particular, one lady on staff, despite clearly hearing our requests to the waiters, chose to ignore us completely, turning her back on us.
The problem isn't so much the wait, but the way it was handled: with superficiality, arrogance, and a total lack of respect.
