25/05/2025: Nice place. Pizza dough not the best. Service not up to par. We pointed out several times that a pizza was missing and it was brought with a huge delay. The other diners had practically finished eating. Also several pizzas were burnt. Beer too expensive I will never go back

07/06/2025: Good evening, I would just like to make an unfortunately negative note, it is fine to arrive on a Saturday night without a reservation and not find a place, but to be denied two takeaway pizzas because you had to serve the tables without even telling us or giving us the opportunity to choose (also understandably with long waiting times) has never happened to me anywhere in the world. Congratulations, you are the first.

Not only is he a friend, but he is also a professional who loves his job. His passion can be seen in every pizza he churns out, with a perfect dough and toppings that go perfectly together. 02/06/2025: Simply perfect stay! I spent an unforgettable weekend in this hotel: very clean rooms, attention to detail and equipped with every comfort. The staff was impeccable, always kind, helpful and attentive to every need. The restaurant was a real discovery: delicious dishes, very fresh ingredients and a warm and welcoming atmosphere. The breakfast, rich and varied, is another strong point. I will definitely return and I recommend it to anyone looking for relaxation, quality and good food

13/05/2025: Panzerotto speciale nothing to say. I was here on the evening of May 1st and the line/wait was very long. I complained to the staff who kindly explained to me that it was the first day of opening after the winter break and soon they will install McDonald-style totems to speed up orders and payment.

18/05/2025: Uva rara is a special place, a rare pearl in the Foggia panorama, a bit of a wine shop, a bit of a restaurant, both high-level things. The interior of the place is a living room, it has a cozy and serene atmosphere, informal and well-kept. The food is very good, both cold and hot dishes, with uncommon choices (the anchovies with Saint Marcellino are worth trying, the pork belly as well). The drinks are equally good, with excellent bottles (and not just wine, but also spirits and cocktails), and with staff who know how to help you in your choice and dedicate time to you. People are the secret ingredient of the place, once you get in tune it's like going to dinner with friends.

21/04/2025: Abbiamo prenotato online molto tempo prima guardando il menù sul sito ma poi abbiamo scoperto che il menù era fisso e non era nemmeno esplicitato il prezzo. Siamo rimasti bloccati nel ristorante per ben 5 ore, una lentezza infinita nel servire le portate che non abbiamo scelto ed il prezzo era alle stelle rispetto alla qualità e alla quantità delle portate. Pessima esperienza. Prima ed ultima volta. Lo sconsiglio vivamente.

20/04/2025: Location molto suggestiva in aperta campagna, davanti al verde del Castel del Monte top! Purtroppo il servizio é stato molto scadente, lento e mal organizzato. Abbiamo aspettato ore per avere le portate dei primi che sono arrivate alle 17. Il cibo é ricercato, gourmet, con porzioni misere per il prezzo di listino. Insomma un esperienza mediocre, ci sono masserie migliori.
