12/08/2025: A small pub with tables in the alleys behind the castle. The service is truly friendly and helpful, and the prices are very reasonable. We chose the pinsas, and they were truly delicious, both the classic ones and the more unusual ones, perfect for pairing with beer. Recommended.

16/06/2025: I only got to know this pub last summer when, while exploring the alleys of the historic center of Avetrana on foot, we came across this fantastic place and we immediately fell in love with it so much that now after work it has become a regular stop to go and get a beer or a cocktail from Mario who is always kind and helpful. A truly down-to-earth person who makes you feel at home right away and not a foreigner who is just passing through. I only give 5 stars because it is not allowed to give more. But as a Google local guide I can't help but recommend this place. Compliments also to all his staff

16/07/2025: Recommended by our friends, when we tried the pan pizza made at Charlie's Way, we were amazed to rediscover forgotten flavors. Unavailable anywhere else, at least in the city. They use high-quality ingredients even in their fried foods. I recommend the parmigiana pan pizza... bliss!

13/08/2025: We came to this restaurant with another couple of friends. The place was very welcoming, the food excellent, and the service excellent. We had divine fried seafood (their specialty) and a traditional first course, orecchiette with squid ink, mussels, and clams. The price was reasonable... we'll definitely be back!

11/09/2025: Gentlemen, it's absolutely unthinkable to eat here. The food, the preparation, and the touch of Mamma, yes, Mamma, the Chef, puts a touch of family in the dishes. Something that absolutely cannot be replicated anywhere else. Exceptional.

21/08/2025: Excellent food, everything fresh. Spaghetti is truly, oh my, how good!!!! I've never found fresh, delicious bread in any restaurant. How can they say in other reviews that the portions are tiny? It takes courage!!!! Thank goodness they have photos of the dishes. Just the idea that everything is prepared freshly (not everyone does!) is fantastic. It feels like eating at home, and you're served quickly, too. The wine is also excellent, and the pizza. Impeccable service. Fair prices for the quality of the ingredients. I recommend it. And I'll definitely be back.

17/08/2025: I went to eat with my boyfriend. We ordered a draft beer and a glass of wine with a Puccia and salad. The piadina was the centerpiece. They started serving us without bringing drinks, which the bartender had prepared long ago. The drinks weren't cold in the heat, but they didn't even ask or offer to change them. After we ate the piadina, they brought us salad with the Puccia without clearing the dirty dishes from the table. The salad was missing one ingredient that doesn't cost 5 euros. Plus, the dressing had already been brought to me when I started eating the salad. I don't think I'll be back.

23/08/2025: We've been to this restaurant twice this week since we were in San Giovanni Rotondo. The staff was attentive, friendly, and helpful. The food was excellent and the prices were fair. We had a great time. We'll definitely be back on our next trip to San Giovanni Rotondo.

21/08/2025: Everything is excellent, if you are looking for refined things, it is not for you, but if you go to eat, like in a trattoria, I recommend it, also for the prices

15/06/2025: Today we celebrated my son's communion. Abundant appetizers (about 20 courses per person) two first courses and a second course of meat plus unlimited drinks (where the very attentive waiters always served fresh drinks removing the hot ones) fruit and cake included. All the guests were amazed by the quantity and quality of the food. Congratulations and see you soon.

23/04/2025: We went to celebrate Easter and our mother's birthday, unfortunately disappointing hot drinks, average starter, main course of meat and fish, I'm sorry to say but they were undercooked, definitely not to be returned.

23/05/2025: Simple et efficace. Nous avons été un peu "pressés" de commander, ce qui s'explique peut-être par le fait qu'une table de 34 personnes était attendue. Nous avons mangé une pizza et des linguine vongole : simple, efficace, rien à redire. Une bonne adresse.

15/07/2025: A welcoming atmosphere in a quiet corner of the square where parking is easier. The gelato is mediocre, despite its very inviting appearance. But I find it unacceptable that the bathroom is constantly reported as broken, even though it isn't. I won't be returning.
