27/10/2025: We found ourselves in Brindisi by chance and enjoyed an excellent pizza, accompanied by meatballs and prosciutto, which were also excellent. A simple place with comfortable benches. The staff were very friendly.

30/08/2025: 🍕 We found this pizzeria by chance because everything downtown was packed! The pizza is average...the service is one star because you don't have to serve yourself, which is what's written. Average prices...but given the location and the lack of service, I'd lower it a bit.

14/11/2025: The octopus sandwich is delicious and exceptional. I took the classic one but there are variations with burrata and other types of sandwiches. Generous portions. Quick and cordial, and you can pair it with drinks from the fridge, beers and whatever else.

12/11/2025: I'd like to share my extremely positive experience with Bar Svevo in Lucera, a place of absolute excellence in the artisanal pastry world. For my graduation, I commissioned a pistachio and white chocolate cake, meticulously crafted down to the last detail. From the first contact, I encountered great professionalism, courtesy, and a willingness to listen to my requests, which were executed impeccably. The cake, in addition to being aesthetically stunning, proved to be a true masterpiece of flavor, perfectly balanced. Despite being transported from Lucera to Bologna by car, thanks to a suitable refrigeration system, the cake remained perfectly intact, retaining the freshness, texture, and flavor of a freshly made cake. The guests were thrilled, and the cake was unanimously praised both for its beauty and the quality of the ingredients. The experience was so satisfying that, shortly thereafter, I decided to order a similar cake again, in a smaller size, to celebrate my graduation with my family in Foggia. On that occasion, too, the result was excellent in every way. I also purchased mini pizzas and small pastries, products that stood out for their fragrance, flavor, and care in their preparation. These items also maintained their characteristics perfectly during transport, confirming the high quality of the workmanship. In conclusion, Bar Svevo has proven to be a go-to place for anyone seeking impeccable service, top-quality artisanal products, and attentive and professional customer service. I highly recommend them to anyone seeking quality, elegance, and reliability. A sincere thank you for helping make my graduation an even sweeter and more unforgettable experience.

Beautiful location, excellent food, top-notch wood-fired pizzas, and a warm welcome from the owner, Loredana. I recommend everyone to go with friends, alone, or for a romantic dinner.

20/10/2025: We returned on Saturday evening after some time away, and the excellent impressions we had were fully confirmed. The place is welcoming, well-kept, and clean, with an atmosphere that combines elegance and simplicity. The impeccable service made the evening even more enjoyable, always attentive but never intrusive. For my first review, I always choose the Pizza Napoli: it's the most honest test to evaluate the dough, cooking, and basic ingredients. And here it was a triumph—perfect dough, light and flavorful, cooked strictly in a wood-fired oven, as is rarely the case these days. Then I tried the Pizza Autunno, a gourmet offering that showcases the pizza chef's creativity and the quality of the ingredients. A sincere and affectionate thank you to the very kind Loredana, our attentive and cheerful hostess, and a huge compliment to pizza chef Roberto, a true master of dough and flavor. Among the appetizers, the caponata and fried cod are unparalleled—dishes that exude tradition and a love of authentic cuisine. The desserts are also excellent, rounding out the meal with just the right amount of sweetness. The price is perfectly proportionate to the quality of the ingredients and the overall experience: a place that never disappoints, and which will become a go-to for us, even for special occasions. A restaurant where we always return with a smile and the desire to enjoy the pleasure of good food once again.

14/09/2025: On the morning of the 6th, before leaving Vieste, I bought a delicious 2-kg loaf of bread, half a focaccia from Puglia, and three packets of traditional tarallucci. We ate the focaccia for dinner during the trip: excellent, fragrant, and delicious. I split the bread in half so I could give it to my son, but we devoured the other half in three days: breakfast, lunch, a snack, and dinner, and it was always soft and easy to slice. Try it and believe it! 😋😋😋😋😋

05/09/2025: Disgraceful! €23 for 2 mostaccioli and 2 pieces of focaccia. They let the one behind them go first because they knew it, and we had to wait 10 minutes for the next one. Inappropriate behavior, extremely high prices compared to other bakeries in Vieste!!! I do not recommend it! And when I pointed out how annoying the attitude was, the only question they asked was if I wanted anything else. Shocked by the price, I left. For the first time, I STRONGLY DO NOT RECOMMEND this place. The bag of mostaccioli wasn't even closed, had no label, no price, no list of foods and allergens, practically everything was non-compliant, not regular, not expected, and I have never bought them for €9.40 each!!!! ABSURD!!!

17/11/2025: The place, the staff, the wonderful food. You feel pampered, but with great professionalism. The dishes are a revisitation of our typical dishes, reworked with great skill. The price is in line with what's offered. 10 out of 10.

09/10/2025: Stopped for lunch , a random choice being most of places shut down already. We ordered 2 seafood salads and 2 mixed fried fish. Salad was delicious, fish was fresh tasty and the drawing was light and amazing. Portion is huge so that we cancelled one of the 2 mixed fried fish sharing one plate. Fried fish was amazing fresh crispy and light. The bill was right for what we had, service was friendly and prompt, place was spotless clean. We really enjoyed!

20/09/2025: Very pleasant place with a beautiful terrace, we tasted antipasti, 1 fried calamari, 1 stuffed panino of 50cm, 4 meat dishes plus fries and salad with 2 bottles of wine, 4 desserts and 1 digestif for 214 euros. Everything was good, to see for the other dishes.

24/04/2025: Non sono abituato a scrivere una recensione di getto ma la pasta e patate con scampi appena servita è da urlo. Con quella nota piccante c he non sovrasta assolutamente la comunione di sapori perfetta e piena di gusto con sapori autentici. L’antipasto molto buono ed una nota particolare sui crostoni alla cipolla. Trovato grazie ad un commento carpito sulla spiaggia. Da provare se si è in zona. Prezzi onesti per la qualità proposta. Servizio impeccabile.

23/02/2025: Una serie di errori e disattenzioni soprattutto sull’aspetto gluten free, ma anche nel servizio, tuttavia a parte alcuni dettagli dei piatti si mangia abbastanza bene, ma ci sono aspettative troppo alte.

04/09/2025: The owner is rude and doesn't know what to do. The customers don't even know how to run a restaurant, and that scares them away. It's a terrible experience. Remember, it was August 15th. You sat me down and only wanted me to eat the €15 menu. Four things, what the hell? I asked for the grilled meat and you said only if you ordered the appetizer. I even came in the evening. The pizza was terrible.

10/11/2025: Very satisfied. Very good food! I recommend the saffron ravioli with meat filling and the desserts! I would also include a side dish of your choice in the price of the cutlet. Excellent service, kind and attentive staff! We'll be back.

12/10/2025: We dined at the Gandula Restaurant in Cesate, a charming location surrounded by a large green space, making it an ideal destination for important events such as weddings, first communions, and so on. The restaurant has a welcoming indoor dining room, a covered outdoor area, and—the real highlight—a vast, illuminated garden that creates a magical atmosphere. The service is attentive, and the menu is simple yet sophisticated. We ordered risotto with ossobuco (very good) and excellent paccheri with cherry tomatoes and stracciatella. We will definitely return to try the cotoletta alla milanese: we saw some magnificent ones paraded between the tables, and it will be our next stop. Although some dishes are a bit pricey, the quality of the cuisine and the ambiance are worth the visit.
