12/08/2025: We ended up here by chance while looking for a quick pizza before visiting Lecce. Delicious pizza, perfect quality and quantity of ingredients! We also had the fried calzones. Everything was perfect. The owners? Fabulous and incredibly kind! Keep up the good work! Congratulations!

12/10/2025: We dined at the Gandula Restaurant in Cesate, a charming location surrounded by a large green space, making it an ideal destination for important events such as weddings, first communions, and so on. The restaurant has a welcoming indoor dining room, a covered outdoor area, and—the real highlight—a vast, illuminated garden that creates a magical atmosphere. The service is attentive, and the menu is simple yet sophisticated. We ordered risotto with ossobuco (very good) and excellent paccheri with cherry tomatoes and stracciatella. We will definitely return to try the cotoletta alla milanese: we saw some magnificent ones paraded between the tables, and it will be our next stop. Although some dishes are a bit pricey, the quality of the cuisine and the ambiance are worth the visit.

11/10/2025: A week after our wedding at this beautiful location, I can begin by saying that it has become a special place for us. From the moment we first arrived at Gandula, we felt a connection with Maddalena, who listened to us and accommodated us in every way (until the day before, I had some people in doubt due to health problems, and even then she was super, which is not a given). The wedding day was perfect and magical, from the ceremony to the aperitif to the lunch. All our guests complimented us on everything! We were happy and thrilled because everything was perfect! 02/09/2025: The food was mediocre, and sometimes the wrong food was served. The pizza was okay, but there are better options. The friendliness left something to be desired; the staff seemed stressed.

27/05/2025: Courteous and helpful staff. Quiet little place. Varied menu, with many first courses available, from meat to fish to pizzeria. I attach some photos of the dinner served in this restaurant. The pizza is cooked in a wood oven, and in winter there is the possibility of dining next to the lit fireplace, which makes this restaurant my absolute favourite. The pizza topped with onion, dried tomatoes and chips, tortelli with gratin cheeses baked, pappardelle with porcini mushrooms, seafood salad and frying. I forgot to photograph the pizza, thin and well seasoned. Stupendous.

31/08/2025: Excellent seafood at fair prices. The menu for this sunny Sunday lunch included an appetizer of violets, tagliatelle, and raw octopus. This was followed by a delicious cavatello with mixed seafood, expertly prepared by our kitchen wizard Donatella. To finish, a flavorful sea bass al frono, gracefully filleted and served with a dusting of breadcrumbs. And when the bill reached 100 euros, we were honored with an excellent rosé wine, which we enjoyed and sipped with the whole company, toasting to Grandpa. It was a Sunday that tasted of the sea, where every bite tasted of happiness.

27/08/2025: I bought three slices of amberjack today for €35 per kg. It was smelly and inedible. Never again.

27/08/2025: Last night we had dinner with three other couples. We had a really good meal: fresh and tasty poke, crispy sweet potatoes, and good quality beers. Everything was excellent. Good value. Highly recommended!

19/10/2025: This restaurant is located in Poggiorsini, a small town in the Murgia hills of Bari. The restaurant is charming and spacious. We ate local produce, such as orecchiette, and were greeted by the owner with joy.

11/08/2025: I discovered Pizzeria Alfo' by chance, while looking for pizza alla vampa in the Manfredonia area. Over time, I've had the opportunity to try almost all their specialties, and they're all delicious. To say it's the best pizzeria in Manfredonia wouldn't do it justice. The quality of the ingredients, the deliciousness of the pizzas and focaccias, and especially the DELICIOUS pizza with spit-roasted chicken and potatoes has kept me coming back for years. Highly recommended!
