16/08/2025: Highly recommended! Excellent pizza, crispy with generous toppings! The spicy fries and the thick, peeled ones are delicious. A typical American-style place with many references to the rider culture. Amarcord - a bit of nostalgia for a world that nurtured our adolescence. The manager and staff are friendly and welcoming. We'll be back.

05/09/2025: Excellent restaurant in a typical Apulian farmhouse. Traditional Salento dishes, beautifully prepared. Excellent service. Very well-maintained location. Recommended.

06/08/2025: Honestly it was an incredible hotel, slightly lost in the middle of the olive groves to be quiet but at the same time next to Avetrana and 15 minutes from the beach, the location is perfect already. Rest assured dear reader because that is not the only good thing about this hotel 😍. Already the arrival after a long day of driving with super friendly staff, very attentive even, and especially a small arrival drink offered 🫣. The room is large, space, clean, full of local products like soaps for example, and above all it is cool in it, the dream with this heat 🥵. The swimming pool is just magnificent, not too crowded, with deckchairs by the water, small olive trees, we are really comfortable there and that is saying something 😎. The breakfasts are very very good, lots of choice with delicious and local products. I would like to take this opportunity to thank the cleaning ladies who were always very smiling and kind, the bar and restaurant staff and especially Laeticia, she gave us a lot of advice on things to visit which were all great, always attentive, and who gave us a superb wine and olive oil tasting, sharing all her knowledge with us, it was really good 😀. The best hotel in Italy by far I would say, go there without hesitation!!!!!

30/09/2025: The puccia was cold and hard, and the bombette were also cold, so much so that the cheddar sauce was thick. Furthermore, the appetizers arrived later. An experience I won't repeat, honestly, a total disappointment...

28/09/2025: Very nice place. Large patties, but full of fries and salad. The burgers were very dry and hard, probably packaged and frozen. The service was very slow and confusing, to the point of getting the patties mixed up and not even recognizing the ingredients. While we were almost all finished eating, two of us asked where theirs were, only to be told they'd been in the kitchen for who knows how long and had forgotten them. We went to the cash register, and after paying, one of my friends commented that the service was disappointing. Instead of apologizing, what did the owner do? He started yelling, first badmouthing his employees, calling them incompetent, and then telling my friend he couldn't come back. Now I want to say a few words to the "gentleman"... Managing a place isn't just about having money (and shoddy food, by the way), but above all, you need EDUCATION and RESPECT, which are undoubtedly lacking. A good manager also needs to provide guidance on how the kitchen and dining room work, and not just stand at the cash register, ready only when the customer needs to pay. One last thing: you can rest assured that not only my friend, but none of us will ever set foot in there again! Good luck...

05/10/2025: Average experience at this restaurant. The food was decent, but the interactions with the waiters and the owner were rather cold and lacking in friendliness. As soon as we arrived, a bottle was placed and opened on the table without our being asked for our opinion. I don't particularly recommend this restaurant, which seems to prioritize profit over quality of service.

04/10/2025: Definitely worth a visit, just a bit quiet when we went, mid week @ 21:30. Good value as is the whole of Puglia.

12/10/2025: We had a wonderful time here. The dough is homemade, and you can really taste the difference — both pizzas were absolutely delicious. The Vegetarian and the Buffalo pizzas were full of flavor, perfectly baked, and beautifully fresh. The Aperols were big, refreshing, and very well made. The only small thing that could make it even better would be to serve the Aperols in proper Aperol glasses instead of basic water glasses — but that’s just a minor detail. Overall, everything was excellent, and I’d definitely come back!

22/05/2025: If you want to spend a wonderful Friday night at Vinarius in Monopoli I can only recommend it! Our dinner show was a positive experience, characterized by a lively atmosphere and an excellent selection of dishes, all delicious. The entertainment offered by the singer made the evening even more special, bringing a touch of magic and fun that involved us all. It was a nice way to enjoy dinner, entertained by engaging music. The prices are average and reflect the quality of the service and food, while the location is really nice and well-kept, creating a perfect environment for an evening with friends or as a couple.

27/04/2025: I was there to see the Negramaro cover... but I am very disappointed by the fact that having booked a table for 6 and then I canceled for 4 and there were only two of us... specifying that we were part of the Negramaro fan club... and I asked if they could kindly put us close to the band.... but instead they put us at a table in the last corner even though they had tables for 2 much further ahead....

08/09/2025: A well-kept, modern, and stylish venue, with excellent appetizers, meats, beers, and wines that are highly recommended. Finally, there's the pizza, her majesty, fantastic with its crusty crust, or, if you prefer, a thin crust version. I highly recommend this pub, 10+.

31/08/2025: Petit Roi is a fantastic pizzeria! The dough is light and easy to digest, truly delicious. We went on a Saturday, so the place was packed, which is understandable given the quality. The quality-price ratio is excellent. A fantastic experience that I recommend to everyone!

14/09/2025: On the morning of the 6th, before leaving Vieste, I bought a delicious 2-kg loaf of bread, half a focaccia from Puglia, and three packets of traditional tarallucci. We ate the focaccia for dinner during the trip: excellent, fragrant, and delicious. I split the bread in half so I could give it to my son, but we devoured the other half in three days: breakfast, lunch, a snack, and dinner, and it was always soft and easy to slice. Try it and believe it! 😋😋😋😋😋

05/09/2025: Disgraceful! €23 for 2 mostaccioli and 2 pieces of focaccia. They let the one behind them go first because they knew it, and we had to wait 10 minutes for the next one. Inappropriate behavior, extremely high prices compared to other bakeries in Vieste!!! I do not recommend it! And when I pointed out how annoying the attitude was, the only question they asked was if I wanted anything else. Shocked by the price, I left. For the first time, I STRONGLY DO NOT RECOMMEND this place. The bag of mostaccioli wasn't even closed, had no label, no price, no list of foods and allergens, practically everything was non-compliant, not regular, not expected, and I have never bought them for €9.40 each!!!! ABSURD!!!

14/09/2025: Fantastic location on one of Salento's most beautiful beaches, clean and tidy, with crystal-clear water. There's a truly family atmosphere where you immediately feel welcomed and at ease. The Castellano brothers, with many years of experience in this sector, are a true asset to the establishment, conveying their passion for their work and their region. We had the opportunity to try the cuisine, which is typical of the area, and the fantastic pizza, which provided a culinary experience that will undoubtedly remain in your memory.
