A 5 is acceptable. Excellent meat. Always attentive and helpful service. Quiet atmosphere. You can have a normal conversation thanks to the very little noise.

A family-run restaurant serving good-quality meat. The advice is always the same: if you want to try a little bit of everything, order moderate portions; if you have a clear idea, focus only on what you like. I particularly enjoyed the bombette, well-seasoned and moist on the inside. The gnomarelli were also good. The beef tagliata was excellent; I ordered it medium rare. The pork Florentine steak was a bit dry, even though it's a premium cut. The sirloin is very lean near the back, and even the fillet, if overcooked, can easily become dry; in short, it's probably overcooked (but that's a minor detail, it can happen). I'll definitely be back. Service was average.

For a butcher's shop, everything is fine, good food, fair prices, polite and friendly staff.
