20/08/2025: The orecchiette alla salentina were excellent, and the mixed fried fish was very tasty.

15/08/2025: We were served by the brunette waitress wearing dark glasses: rude, bored with her job, and offensively "sarcastic." The entire evening, we were afraid to even order a pizza and a Coke because they judged it to be our taste. We were reading the menus, and she practically snatched them from our hands and took them to another table without even asking "please," and the same thing happened with a bottle of water. After several insults disguised as irony, when we reached the cashier, at the checkout, they refused to let us pay separately, something unthinkable in 2025, especially for a table of 13. I'll end with one detail: when splitting the bill, they threw a calculator at us, saying, "You do it yourself." The only positive note was the pizza.

30/06/2025: Great experience! Elegant, comfortable, quiet place, surrounded by nature, for true relaxation! Architecture maintained in respect of the history of the place. Friendly, professional and attentive staff. Excellent cuisine for the quality of the food and its preparation: light, tasty, varied dishes and also in respect of local tradition. Large, fresh, clean and essential rooms in the furnishings. Abundant breakfasts and care in the choice of products in the name of authenticity. Definitely worth returning to

22/06/2025: Hidden in an olive grove, lies this beautiful country house hotel. Friendly staff,,,very nice swimming pool. Breakfast buffet perfect and certainly the dinner in the evening is recommended. In short,,,top here.!!!!

04/09/2025: Welcoming and airy place. They're very willing to arrange the table as you like so diners can talk and see each other. The food is excellent and plentiful. The live music is pleasant and unobtrusive. A lovely evening with friends. Parking is a bit inconvenient.

28/08/2025: This was my first dining experience in Altamura. What a great surprise. The service was excellent, they brought me several appetizers from Puglia cuisine and chose a great local wine. I confess that it was a lot of food, but it was great.

Tibbasta Restaurant in Gravina di Puglia is a little gem that blends creativity, good taste, and incredible craftsmanship, especially in its seafood dishes. The atmosphere is welcoming and refined, the service impeccable and attentive. But the real star is the food: every course is a work of art. The appetizers are a journey of flavors and textures; the Beef Tagliata is nothing short of perfect, and the Paccheri al Nero di Squid (Pasta with Squid Ink) are pure poetry. Don't miss the Macaron in a Shortcrust Pastry Tray, a sweet and original conclusion that leaves a lasting impression. For those who don't eat meat or fish, there are excellent options, such as the pasta dishes with seasonal vegetables, always fresh and flavorful. A place I recommend to all foodies seeking excitement. I will definitely be back!

23/08/2025: Non-existent service, endless waits because they don't take reservations (yet when we asked for a free table they told us it was already booked...). I'd like to say the food was at least okay, but it wasn't. The meat was tough and the baked potatoes lukewarm. For the service and the quality of the food, the prices are definitely too high.

24/04/2025: Non sono abituato a scrivere una recensione di getto ma la pasta e patate con scampi appena servita è da urlo. Con quella nota piccante c he non sovrasta assolutamente la comunione di sapori perfetta e piena di gusto con sapori autentici. L’antipasto molto buono ed una nota particolare sui crostoni alla cipolla. Trovato grazie ad un commento carpito sulla spiaggia. Da provare se si è in zona. Prezzi onesti per la qualità proposta. Servizio impeccabile.

23/02/2025: Una serie di errori e disattenzioni soprattutto sull’aspetto gluten free, ma anche nel servizio, tuttavia a parte alcuni dettagli dei piatti si mangia abbastanza bene, ma ci sono aspettative troppo alte.

09/07/2025: Appetizer of sea and land for 4, a steak to share for 4 and 6 beers €50 per person ..... I'm speechless .... starters consisting of a plate of fried meatballs [two per person], a potato croquettes per person, a small piece of goulash, a roulade, a small piece of parmigiana, a plate of cold cuts (a slice of mortadella, salami and capocollo) with a small piece of cheese, sea bass carpaccio, a tuna meatball and to finish a plate of broad bean puree with cherry tomatoes, chicory and scattered here and there a squid that tasted like plastic....... not to mention the meat that tasted like acid...... I don't know how certain places continue to .......

08/07/2025: Il locale è accogliente ed elegante, con un tocco di originalità e di profumo di cose buone di Puglia... il forno rigorosamente a legna è sapientemente gestito dalla sig. ra Annalisa, dove realizza i suoi manicaretti... In sala si è sempre gentilmente accolti dal proprietario e consigliati secondo i propri gusti nel percorso della tradizione locale... i piatti sono all 'altezza dell' aspettative.. buonissima la pizza, la parmigiana è divina e la frittura freschissima.. ampia scelta di vini ottimi per abbinamento ..

17/05/2025: A very nice restaurant I felt very comfortable the food is excellent I will return. The atmosphere was pleasant and the service was friendly, which made the experience even better. Each dish was carefully prepared and the aromas harmonized perfectly with each other. The desserts in particular left a lasting impression, so I can't wait to try them again. I can't wait to return to discover new delicacies.

07/03/2025: excellent experience! The pizza is delicious, with a light and fragrant dough, very fresh ingredients and a wide choice of flavours. Even the dishes in the kitchen are well prepared and full of flavour. The staff is kind and attentive, always available to satisfy every request. The environment is welcoming and well furnished, perfect both for a dinner with friends and for a special occasion. Excellent value for money! I will definitely return and recommend it to all lovers of good pizza and Italian cuisine.

06/09/2025: It was a terrible experience, not because of the food itself, but because of the staff and the service. The owner, in my opinion, was unpleasant. The waiter was distracted because he hit my husband's head with his plate several times. In short, I could have avoided this experience...
