28/04/2026: Excellent experience, family atmosphere, few dishes, but all zero-mile, homemade and freshly made by them. Local cured meats and cheeses... asparagus, their signature dish, is truly delicious. Definitely worth returning.

17/02/2026: I'm here for the fourth time, the food is wonderful, the service is pleasant, the view from the balcony is heavenly. Every dish is meticulously prepared and delicious.

08/03/2026: Lake from Salasco. Very pleasant atmosphere and excellent food. We had the Carnaroli risotto with cherry tomatoes and blue cheese: delicious. The staff were very friendly and immediately welcoming. This pizzeria is not to be missed.

06/03/2026: We've been to this place twice and the location immediately feels welcoming and warm...the windows overlooking the lake give it a sense of space and grandeur, the wooden ceilings, the posters on the walls of historic drinks...everything makes sense and has a homely feel...the guys are super kind...and the pizza is highly recommended...we'll definitely be back.

27/05/2026: An excellent restaurant in the municipality of Buronzo, a business dinner with colleagues. From the moment you enter, you find yourself in a welcoming environment. As soon as you walk through the door, you're greeted by Mrs. Annamaria's smile, which immediately makes you feel at home. The food is very good, all top-quality ingredients expertly prepared by the chef and his very polite and professional waiting staff. We will definitely be back. Thank you, Mrs. Annamaria, for bringing these emotions to life with your stories and the history of Buronzo.

05/07/2026: The star is only for the location because it's very beautiful. Unfortunately, the service was close to terrible. The polenta with sausage and donkey was completely tasteless, the bread was dry, and overall, the prices are decidedly excessive for the quality and what's served.

04/07/2026: And the second time we came here on purpose from far away, the place was listed as open, but it was closed without any sign. Luckily, we found another place that was up to par, which was a shame because the food was excellent.

28/03/2026: Excellent food, but not the price. I paid 16 euros for a plate with a few slices of salami (excessive). Excellent service, excellent friendliness, but that little flaw is a shame. Anyway, based on the food I had, I'd definitely go back.

15/07/2026: Set menu at a fixed price of 12 euros, generous portions, simple but healthy cuisine with plenty of vegetables. Don't expect Michelin stars. Friendly welcome, very inexpensive. If it's hot, avoid the inside; there's no air conditioning, just a fan.

23/06/2026: I've already appreciated it as a family restaurant. My partner and I have been going there for many years. The quality/price ratio is incredible, with a varied menu that can satisfy all needs. A month ago, I decided to get married, and obviously, I had several options. We opted for Piane di Monolo because of the excellent connection with the staff and the garden overlooking the Bramatetra vineyards. We truly feel like family. We finalized the menu and wines, and in the end, all our guests, among whom we can count some of the most discerning eaters in the Canavese area. I'm originally from Ivrea, so... they were more than satisfied with both the dishes and the wine selection. Bramatetra, Ghemme, and Gattinara for the reds, and Prosecco and Erba Luce from the Sesia area for the whites. The Piedmontese tortellini (plin) and the roast veal were a unique delight. To finish, a fruit cake from a great pastry shop, prepared at our request by the great ultra-marathon runner, chef, and owner Simone. A spectacle. The mother, no longer a teenager for a while, running between the tables like a rabbit, and Simone's two children, who were charming, smiling, and attentive, assisted us. Service worthy of Cannavacciuolo at trattoria prices. The cake alone was a hit...you can see it in the photo. Imagine everything else. I can't say I hope to repeat it because, since it's my and Susy's wedding, it's not the case... but I will definitely repeat my/our presence a thousand times over. In short, the food is excellent. The drink is even better, and the price is typical of Biella. As Baffo used to say... TRY IT AND BELIEVE IT.

14/05/2026: Today I had lunch with my wife and a friend and we were very satisfied, the food was fresh and good, the service was good and the place was good, I will gladly return.

17/05/2026: What can I say about a place where you eat well with genuine, zero-mile products? The appetizer was excellent, featuring local cured meats and cheeses. The first course was mega herb ravioli with a sauce that would make you swoon with pleasure. The polenta uncia...the smell alone made me faint...extremely good. The second course featured divinely prepared meats...and to top it all off, overlooking Lake Rimasco...it was a perfect lunch. Thank you, and well done.

26/10/2025: A wonderful experience! We had a lovely lunch with the corgis happily roaming around the property. We were greeted by the owner, Benedetta, who was very kind and welcoming! Everything was perfect! Recommended if you love animals and nature and want to spend a day out with a difference!

13/10/2025: We contacted the facility via email for detailed information about the Corgi event, but received no response. We also attempted to contact the facility several times by phone, using the number listed on their website, but received a response only after several days from Benedetta, who was very annoyed by our insistence. She also stated that, given our insistence, it was a sensory experience and therefore not suitable for us in Milan, specifying her origins as Piedmontese. Unfortunately, her naive, to say the least, manners are not consistent with the typical management of a shelter dedicated to fostering, and we therefore advise her to continue her career solely as a breeder.

31/05/2026: The place is a bit pricey, like all service stations, which is what really pissed me off (no blame on the staff, people are known to be rude). And if they see a new girl at the bar and do everything they can to make her uncomfortable, I waited 15 minutes for a coffee and a pre-made sandwich to heat up and take away. I REPEAT: NO BLAMES ON THE STAFF, ONLY ON THE RUDE AND DISRESPECTFUL CUSTOMERS. IF THERE'S A NEW GIRL AND YOU UNDERSTAND IT, YOU DON'T MAKE HER UNEASY. Nice and fairly clean place, plus the convenience for drivers is the gas station restrooms, with clean bathrooms and showers and plenty of amenities for their vehicles.

21/07/2026: We had a fantastic meal while traveling in the area. The pizzas were excellent, and the desserts were lovely. The menu was available in French, Spanish, and English. The service was top-notch. Dogs are welcome 💕...
