01/09/2024: I gave it 5 stars because it was an amazing experience. The place boasts a breathtaking view, I found very helpful and kind people to welcome us. For children it is the ideal place with many opportunities for entertainment (ping pong table, football pitch, volleyball, basketball, bowls...), for adults there are beautiful relaxation areas where you can enjoy the view or simply have a chat. Furthermore, there is the possibility of taking small excursions to fully immerse yourself in nature. The food was excellent and plentiful. Yes you can reach the refuge either on foot or with a small rack, this makes this little piece of paradise accessible to everyone. I highly recommend it!!!

13/03/2025: Lunch break at 12.30 when I entered the restaurant I was able to sit with 7 free tables perhaps at 1.00 pm. I said it all. P.S. if the pos doesn't work it should be said first. At least we avoid seeing situations that prolong service times.

09/03/2025: Last night when ordering pizzas, we had calculated the total price according to what had been indicated on the site, but when we went to the pizzeria, the lady told us that the prices on the site were different from those they claimed. Honestly I find it incorrect, not to mention the fact that out of 12 pizzas more than half were burnt. Definitely not recommended experience.

Personale gentile e disponibile e cibo genuino con menu del giorno che varia in base alla materia prima disponibile per la cucina. Ci torneró ancora nolto volentieri perchè mangiare li è come mangiare a casa.

Possibilità di antipasto con tutti gli antipasti del menu, noi lo proviamo: ottimo e porzioni abbondanti. Primi e secondi preparati con cura che ci hanno stupito positivamente per la bontà. Ci siamo riproposti di tornare per provare altri piatti, molto golosi e attraenti. Servizio veloce e personale gentile.

07/04/2025: A Teresa, mia moglie, è venuta voglia di mangiare la panissa e Vercelli è il cuore della provincia dove si produce questa squisitezza. La quasi casualità ci porta in questo ristorante. Anche se la scelta viene fatta prima di arrivarci, la lettura dell'intero menù è da sempre elemento di presa di conoscenza del dove ci si trova. L'ambiente e la lettura dei piatti proposti fa tornare alla mente quelle trattorie d'altri tempi. Suggerimenti quali la finanziera, credevo fossero spariti dai menù e invece eccolo, il piatto che Cavour prediligeva. La lista delle sorprese è così nutrita che il posto richiederà una rivisitazione ma proseguiamo con le certezze. La cottura del riso, per noi che abbiamo avuto la casualità di nascere in terre che lo producono, è un elemento qualificante di ogni piatto che lo contiene. Tolleriamo con fatica quei posti dove quasi ti impongono risi trattati che non scuociono ma il sapore degli amidi contenuti scompare. E' un momento qualificante quando alla nostra richiesta di panissa, il nostro anfitrione mette subito in chiaro che dovremo aspettare il tempo giusto di cottura e che la finestra entro cui mangiare la stessa non sarà elastica più di tanto per evitare che al tempo di cottura sui fornelli si aggiunga ulteriore cottura da riposo nel piatto. La faccio breve, il risultato è stato eccellente, e questo avrebbe dovuto portare ad un punteggio più alto ma mi sono limitato per non fare montare la testa all'ottimo cuoco. Il prezzo pagato è giusto e la chiara esposizione dei prezzi sul menù evita sorprese. Ci sarebbe molto di più da scrivere ma per non essere troppo prolisso mi fermo qui. Grazie!

20/01/2025: Discovered by chance but it was a happy discovery. The food is good and the place is quiet. Friendly staff. Furthermore there is an equipped camper area and in summer it is comfortable for relaxing.

17/12/2024: Lights and shadows... Homemade food, very good, 70s location, the ladies very helpful and welcoming. The shadows are on the poverty of the menu which comes, as per their statements, from the fact that almost everything was finished as it was intended for takeaway... I arrived at 12.45, after me 15 other people arrived and the offer was always reduced... Excellent price, it wouldn't take much to "deserve" another star!
