01/04/2024: Good restaurant where you can eat some typical dishes of Piedmontese cuisine... more than good value for money... recommended... friendly staff attentive to customer needs...

18/02/2024: Luckily I had booked! We ate very well: 1 hot and cold starter in a tasting formula but divided into 2 because it was very abundant, then 2 first courses (raviolini del plin and tagliolini with wild boar ragù) which were excellent and also plentiful. The potato salami stole our hearts (and throats!): amazing! Not least the kindness of the staff, which made this lunch truly remarkable. We were in Borgo d'Ale for the market, but I think we will return specifically to eat here, perhaps with friends (considering that we don't live nearby... but about 140 km away...).
