If you're looking for a place to eat really well without spending a fortune, L'Armistizio in Salasco is a must. The value for money is simply exceptional: generous portions, fresh ingredients, and dishes prepared with great care. The real star was the fried food, something truly indescribable: incredibly light, dry, perfectly crispy, and not at all greasy. One of the best I've ever eaten. The appetizers were also excellent, from salmon and seafood to the tartare and veal with tuna sauce, all beautifully presented and rich in flavor. Friendly service, a welcoming atmosphere, and a relaxed atmosphere. It's one of those restaurants where you leave wanting to return. Kudos to the entire staff! Highly recommended.

It's one of those experiences that reminds you why it's worth sitting down to dinner with high expectations. Every time we return, we're in heaven. At this restaurant, we found care, flavor, and attention to every detail, from the dishes to the service. Andrea, the owner, is truly top-notch. The menu he proposed was a small celebration of tradition, crafted with a sure hand and quality ingredients. The appetizers opened the meal in the best way: the selection of cured meats was impeccable, accompanied by crostini with mountain lard that literally melted. The turkey leg in tuna sauce was balanced and delicate, while the vegetable flan with sweet cheese fondue was a soft and fragrant treat. Not to mention the Az Brusa Carnaroli rice creamed with Parmesan cheese was a first course that deserves a special mention: creamy and spectacular on the palate. Next up was the beef stew with Nebbiolo—tender, flavorful, and perfectly blended—accompanied by the classic, velvety, and perfectly prepared mashed potatoes. The mango and mandarin sorbet also exceeded all expectations: fresh, aromatic, and truly amazing. Beyond the food, we appreciated the impeccable cleanliness, the friendliness and politeness of the staff, and above all, the lack of waiting, a detail that makes all the difference when service is organized and attentive. All this at a more than fair quality-price ratio, which makes the experience even more satisfying. A truly worthy venue: for those who love to eat well, feel welcomed, and leave wanting more. Lake from Salasco. Very pleasant atmosphere and excellent food. We had the Carnaroli risotto with cherry tomatoes and blue cheese: delicious. The staff were very friendly and immediately welcoming. This pizzeria is not to be missed.

We've been to this place twice and the location immediately feels welcoming and warm...the windows overlooking the lake give it a sense of space and grandeur, the wooden ceilings, the posters on the walls of historic drinks...everything makes sense and has a homely feel...the guys are super kind...and the pizza is highly recommended...we'll definitely be back.
