Cocina tradicional, gran carta de vinos, servicio amable y más preparado.
Voy a recomendar este lugar tl tantos amigos como sea posible.
Risotto era el mejor y el bunet.
05/05/2025: Satisfied after a Sunday lunch with friends, I decided to give a family member a voucher for lunch at this restaurant. I learned that the owner was "smart" without even making the gesture of giving away a box of rice to the guests. A little more honesty wouldn't hurt! Sin...!

We were just passing through but it was a great discovery. Very good, quality cuisine and above all exceptional service. Welcoming, kindness, laughter. In short, great times.
I recommend you try all the desserts. Special dedication to the pana cota, impossible to find one this good in Italy to this day 🥰

We travelled all the way from Sydney, Australia to experience their masterful cuisine, and it lived up to all expectations and more. The condensed risotti are triumphant. The dolci are supreme. Bravo 👏

17/05/2025: Typical place of the lower Vercelli area, where you can still find particularly good cured meats and a homemade giardiniera of vegetables! The panissa is one of the best I have eaten in recent times, perfect cooking and flavor, in conclusion an apple pie (perhaps a little high) like my mother used to make, expertly accompanied by a scoop of cinnamon ice cream. In short, we will return to try the other proposals.

The only appointment I would consider courses for children.
My daughter had to eat tagliolini in bianco the sauces were too elaborate

Sito in stabile abbastanza anonimo.
Parcheggio esterno ok.
Interni in stile osteria d’altri tempi.
Accoglienza molto buona.
Sala interna con circa 20 coperti /8 tavoli.
Menù della tradizione locale (di terra) con qualche variabile di mare.
Materia primo eccellente.
Buona la presentazione dei piatti.
Gusto al palato a volte sorprendente.
Servizio da laude.
Rapporto qualità prezzo corretto.
Consiglio assolutamente.
23/04/2025: Con una coppia di amici milanesi ci siamo trovati a metà strada per pranzare in questo ristorante. Location classica e intima che propone piatti della tradizione vercellese molto ben eseguiti (come i particolari gnocchi di riso). Carta dei vini ben fornita. Servizio cortese e professionale.

30/03/2025: Excellent restaurant. Even if we are more than 100km from home we will definitely return. The Alba-style raw meat was very good, as was the cured meat starter (however, there were no spring onions in the official photos). The tagliatelle with porcini mushrooms and the tagliatelle are superb. The slow cooked ribs are indescribable. The place was packed, but the service was still attentive and fast. Advised
