22/09/2025: What an amazing, unexpected find. A mesmerising symphony for your taste buds - no dishes are the same but all alike in their palatability. It was by far the best meal we’ve had in Torino and I would come back any time. Absolutely recommend!

11/10/2025: Delighted to have found a restaurant that balances its quest for good food and endowing joy to its customers. This place is a great respite from 'The Bear-inspired' genre where the dishes are often centered on bravado of tattoed bearded chefs. Cordial staff, a robust wine list, and great tasting dishes, made for pure enjoyment. Alas, the sorbet was a little too grainy for my liking. Nevertheless, we were glad to have found a new place for nosh the next time we are in Turin.

04/10/2025: Visit this restaurant as we had a recommendation. The food was perfect, the atmophere cosy, very simply decoration. BUT, the service! We had a blond woman who didn't talk any word, didn't smile at all, forget to serve wine, didn't give any suggestions about the food or the wine - absolutely a poor experience 😤 can't understand how this restaurant has a Michelin 2025 at the door?!?!?

The dishes we tried (especially the Turin classics) were very good and carefully prepared. The quality of the ingredients and the faithfulness to regional recipes are evident. A true pleasure for those seeking the authentic flavors of Piedmontese tradition. The staff was extremely kind, helpful, and attentive. Their hospitality and professionalism made the lunch extremely enjoyable, contributing to a truly relaxed and welcoming atmosphere. The ambiance was the only element that didn't entirely convince me. While it's undeniably characteristic and historic, offering a total immersion in another era, those seeking modern or minimalist design might find it a bit heavy or dated, but those who love the decor of old Turin will feel at home.

06/10/2025: We arrived on Saturday with a travel companion. There were 23 of us, including two kids with very delicate palates. The staff was incredibly friendly; they ate the same menu as us adults. The portions were generous and delicious. The kids? They even mopped up their plates with bread. Everyone thoroughly enjoyed it, I'd say. If you're even just passing through, give it a try; it's truly worth it. A heartfelt thank you to all the staff for their kindness and friendliness.

12/10/2025: Authentic Piedmontese cuisine...and more! I went to Camaleonte with my family and had a wonderful day. The food is authentic, the restaurant is new and clean, and the wait staff and kitchen staff are professional and friendly. We had appetizers, first courses, and second courses...all delicious! Also, if you're looking for a trattoria where you can eat delicious porcini mushrooms, this is the place! Everything was truly delicious. We'll be back.

12/10/2025: Truly, congratulations!!!! Everything was perfect: veal with tuna sauce and roast beef prepared according to Piedmontese tradition, the freshest mushrooms cooked to perfection. The spaghetti with calamari melted in our mouths. The chef, incredibly knowledgeable and helpful, pampered us throughout the meal, personally coming out of the kitchen to explain the various courses and preparations. Highly recommended for both Piedmontese cuisine and fish dishes. We'll definitely be back!

03/10/2025: It's a shame I didn't take a picture of an excellent gelato, one of the best in Turin. I should point out the truly excellent cleanliness of the place; all gelato shops should be like this. The price is also excellent: €2.50 for a cone with two flavors and homemade cream (delicious).

17/09/2025: Of the six courses, three could be improved, and by far. The spectacular parcel was the best dish. The package was bland and lacking in salt. The Piedmontese trio: excellent veal with tuna sauce, average tartare, and sausage lacking in salt and flavor. The battered cod was flavorless, and could have been anything. The waiter was excellent. The location was excellent.

10/09/2025: Welcomed and accompanied by excellent service, you can sample truly excellent cuisine, with the second courses being better than the first courses, and a surprising cheese cart with a wide selection of excellent quality. To round out the meal, a beautifully presented dessert cart offers a mix of traditional Piedmontese wines and delicacies. The wine list is very solid, with both reds and whites, including a good selection of half bottles. It's worth repeating that the service is incredibly impeccable and complements the meal in a unique way. One small flaw, which nevertheless adds to the place's character, is the slightly dated furnishings. Highly recommended.

10/09/2025: I went for a birthday dinner and the wait for the appetizers (which were undoubtedly already prepared) was 50 minutes! Too bad mine (ricotta-stuffed zucchini flowers on zucchini pesto) was partly cold and partly scalding hot… I went to complain, especially about the wait, but, besides giving me a dirty look, they didn't even deign to answer me.

15/10/2025: Elegant location, the lady is always very kind and professional. We've been coming back for years because the quality of the food is priceless and the kindness is equally as kind. Try the Piedmontese fritto misto, the sweet one is spectacular. Everything is top-notch.
