01/10/2025: I came here between 4:30 and 5:00 PM on Tuesday, September 30th (yesterday). They heated the pizza so much that it burned, so we had it reheated. The second time it was reheated, it wasn't burned, but it was still too dry. The temperature of the two ovens used (about 320°C, I saw it with my own eyes) is too high to heat the pizza. I understand you have to be quick, but it heats up quickly, even to 200 or 250°C maximum, without the risk of burning if it stays a few seconds longer. The previous times it was reheated perfectly, even though I hadn't paid attention to the oven temperature... this time I noticed because it's the first time something like this has happened to me; I'm a regular customer.

08/10/2025: After traveling across much of Italy in search of the best carbonara in the country, I think I've found it. The value for money is spectacular. And the service is even better. Manuel, who speaks Spanish, is a delight and made our dinner a very special moment.
05/10/2025: The food was excellent, no complaints there, but despite having a 9:00 PM reservation, we waited outside for half an hour because all the tables were occupied.
Once seated, we were able to start our dinner at 10:10 PM, an hour and 10 minutes after our reservation.
Reservations need to be managed better because people don't want to go out for dinner and wait over an hour for their food!!!

Ha un gradevole dehors tutto vetri, aperto nelle stagioni più calde.
Interno con tavoli spaziosi, bianche tovaglie, stile marinaro.
Menù di pesce,anche crudo, sempre fresco.
Ottime materie prime, pane di loro produzione con farina di Buratto, servito ancora caldo.
Prezzi onesti per la qualità.
Servizio rapido e cortese.
Ottimo sconto con The Fork.
Noi torniamo spesso.

29/11/2025: Fantastic food, typical piemontese dishes with a distinctive in-house twist. The service was very attentive, and gave an honest answer when we were ordering too much food for the table.
The decoration was on point with the restaurant thematic.
Will come back on a future trip.

03/12/2025: A lovely and cosy place to eat local dishes. Tasty courses with a bit of traditional setting. Staff are kind and good at zig-zaging across the crowd. Starters are great to share. I'd knock a couple of €€ off each course, or remove coperto. Definitely a place to enjoy a nice winter meal.

17/10/2025: We've dined at Cot' Cös twice, and both times were a special experience: from the attentive and friendly service, to the dishes served, to the welcoming atmosphere, everything was perfect! It's clear that the driving force behind this business is the owner's passion, who goes out of his way to ensure his customers have a wonderful experience.
11/10/2025: I came with a group of friends to eat meat. To our great surprise, we found the meat to be of remarkable quality, a variety of Italian and exotic meats, fantastic cuts, tender, and cooked without producing polycyclic aromatic hydrocarbons (no one takes this into account). A great surprise in Turin!! We'll be back.

It's a shame the menu and wine list aren't available on request. The requirement to order at least two courses from the à la carte menu is unwelcome. The wine is served warm. The air conditioning is directed at the diners. The service doesn't live up to the cuisine.

09/11/2025: A magnificent palace that impressively demonstrates the power of the Savoy kings. You enter unassumingly through a small entrance and ascend the stairs to a world of opulent splendor. A guided tour isn't necessary; there are explanatory panels throughout in Italian, French, English, and even German. From the palace, you can even see Turin Cathedral. While you can't see the Shroud of Turin, you can certainly sense its presence. The palace also provides direct access to the Museum of Antiquities and the Sabauda Gallery, which houses paintings by artists such as Rembrandt.
Entry is free for children and €15 for adults.
09/11/2025: I visited it during the weekends with free museums and historic buildings. The palace has wonderful rooms where you can experience the history and life lived within. I recommend everyone visit it if they're passing through Turin. It's centrally located near Piazza Castello, where there are other historic sites to visit.

There were three couples, and
we were all quite satisfied and enthusiastic.
The only downside was finding parking nearby.
Anyway, the food was good and the atmosphere was lovely.

08/12/2025: Excellent restaurant! We ate very well, and the staff was professional and friendly. The restaurant is small and has limited seating, so we recommend booking.
The caramelized radicchio tarte tatin, the veal with tuna sauce, and the borage-filled ravioli del plin were excellent. Highly recommended!
