And a simple broad bean soup, enhanced by mint, As if spring had slipped into the pan unseen. Finally, a panna cotta that trembled lightly, Veiled with caramel like twilight on the Alps. 14/05/2025: Even though I go back often, every time it's always a surprise.. Never anything out of place or not of quality! Carbonara and Amatriciana above most restaurants in Rome, unique aperitifs for their quality / price ratio.. Top wines both in bottles and in bulk and divine coffee.. Last but not least the always impeccable service! What more could you ask for? Initiatives and promotions every week, in this period they do Carbonara and Amatriciana Days, Tuesday and Wednesday for lunch! Book and try, it will become your favorite place as it is for me!

16/05/2025: Typical Piedmontese trattoria but not only. Everything very good. It's the second time we go there. We ate a mixed starter of the house very good in particular the veal with tuna sauce, gnocchi with castelmagno and homemade tagliolini with rabbit ragù, also these very good. Decent portions. Everything made by them. In my humble opinion they could improve a little on the desserts, good but not very good. Excellent price.

14/05/2025: Very good hyper traditional place if it weren't for the exclusively online menu. Soft lights, lounge cover music. You are welcomed by an aperitif that I think is vermouth + bitter orange and a cavagnot of perfect Russian salad. Exceptional miula and equally bispanato fillet with 8 different salts including spices, turmeric, 2 Breton, Himalayan pink, red, black ... accordion potatoes (hasselback), accompanied by 2 types of white bread and rubatá. Excellent zabaglione, classic. Wide selection of wines and bitters (from Turin and Bordiga Chiot), shame they proposed a wine aged in wood after asking for a chardonnay without carats (Solum, Isolabella della Croce)

13/05/2025: The pizza I tried was delicious, but it wasn't the one I had chosen, and since it took longer than usual to bring it, I didn't want to wait for the right one. Beyond that, the waitress at our table was very friendly, unlike the person handling reservations, who was rude when she had to tell us our turn was over. At the end, we received complimentary shots.

01/06/2025: Like other reviews. I found the service not great, as they tend to deal with the locals first. Music was far too loud to ask about what slices they had. My slice was just okay. Very greasy and really solid( focaccia base). Fresh made whole pizzas did look good though

23/05/2025: Enough with the pizzas and piadinas... here's the super paninazzo!!! Great idea, well thought out, in a central location easy to reach adjacent to a covered square where Turin's nightlife begins. The place is easy to spot for the queue that can form, it is beautiful and well presented. Attentive service not rushed because the sandwiches are prepared with care. Vast combinations that can be formed for a highly personalized sandwich, the choices for the "undecided" are appetizing. Fresh and quality ingredients. I recommend the "rinforzo" for €2.00 more. It is worth putting all the ingredients of your choice to enjoy it at its best, anyway it still costs €8.00!!! Nice and fresh decor. Clean place. Kind and helpful staff. Underground parking nearby.

22/05/2025: We took 2 stuffed focaccias. We wanted normal bread but at 8pm it was already finished. The waiter stuffed them for us by taking the various ingredients with his hands (luckily he at least had gloves); he put them on the hotplate to heat for less than 1 minute even though the place was practically empty. Result: the focaccia was barely warm and the ingredients (including the toma) were cold from the fridge and we didn't taste of anything. For having spent 22 euros for 2 sandwiches and having thrown half of them away I would say that I don't recommend it

27/05/2025: Very welcoming and unique place. The staff is really kind, competent and helpful. The dishes are delicious to say the least, all of them... Maybe it may seem a bit expensive, but I assure you that the quality of the food is worth it. We had such a good time that we have already come three times and we will definitely be back...
