03/05/2026: I'd give the service 6 stars if I could ♥️ Two waitresses in particular were very attentive to my pregnancy, especially when choosing desserts. They exceeded all expectations by offering me a practically personalized dessert—truly admirable! The pizza was excellent and easy to digest (buffalo mozzarella with charcoal) despite my digestive issues. It's worth noting that they seated us right away even without a reservation, despite the crowded dining room. The pasta dish was a little late compared to those who ordered pizza, but that's understandable. It was a truly enjoyable family evening 🥰 I'll be back with friends.

25/04/2026: Terrible experience: embarrassing farinata and nonexistent service We left La Livella with a bitter taste in our mouths, and not because of the food, but because of customer service that to call "scandalous" is an understatement. The food: The low point of the evening was undoubtedly the farinata. Calling it such is an insult to tradition: we were served something soggy, clearly reheated and not made fresh. An embarrassing product that shouldn't even be on the menu. The only negative rating was the pizza: absolutely normal, neither praise nor infamy, at least edible. The service (or rather, the lack thereof): This is where we enter the surreal. The service was completely nonexistent. • The staff was completely inattentive to the needs of the table. • No interest during the meal: no one ever approached to ask if we needed anything. • The highlight: after clearing the plates, we were left to be forgotten. After a 30-minute wait, no one came to offer coffee or dessert. After 40 minutes of total indifference, we decided to get up and leave. The bill: Even the payment was cold. In any minimally professional restaurant, the cashier asks if everything went well. Here, nothing. Conclusion: A truly negative experience. If you're looking for a place where you feel welcomed or eat a truly authentic farinata, stay away. Highly discouraged.

29/04/2026: It's hard to explain, these days, what it means to feel at home and at peace, in a place where every single member of staff, the owner and his daughter, are always polite and attentive to the customers. I'm a truck driver, and I have to say the food is truly, truly good. I was there recently with my family and three children. They felt free to play in the well-kept greenery and ate everything with pleasure. We'll be back very, very willingly. Long live the spirit of the prairie!

11/05/2026: I called U-Tub for catering for my daughter's first birthday. What can I say, simply perfect! Valeria was so kind in accommodating all our requests (from baby food to the cake and even lending us a cooler for drinks). The food was delicious, and the tablescape on the day was beautiful! Highly recommended!

08/05/2026: I organized a company catering event for a light lunch for 40 people. I had very short notice—less than a week—and Valeria, with her kindness, was incredibly prompt and helpful. We made a great impression at the buffet, and I received so many compliments because nothing was banal or predictable. The finger food selection was varied, with so many flavors, and above all, there were solutions that would please omnivores, vegetarians, celiacs, and those with various intolerances, which is never a given! It has a very cozy and simple atmosphere that allows you to relax and just enjoy the food. What I liked: • Huge selection: many types of pizza for every taste. • Affordable prices: The cost of a slice of pizza starts from just 1€, which is a rarity these days for a quality product. • Service: Very friendly staff.
