I've known this shop since my twins were in middle school in Pavone (they're now 21 and studying in Turin), but even though I pass by less frequently, I still stop by for their excellent bread, breakfast, a snack, or a few treats for the family. The renovation of the premises, which has made room for on-site dining, has also allowed them to display a wealth of sweet and savory products that tempt me and make me give up my diet plans, but it's worth it! The staff is kind and friendly, and I often ask for advice or explanations (I'm a very curious amateur cook). A few days ago, when I walked in, I saw the sales assistant sampling something and greeted her with a joke about how lucky someone is to work in a high-quality bakery-pastry-cafe like theirs. Upon discovering that the sample was farinata (a food I adore, especially when it's flavorful, thin, and crunchy), I discovered that this farinata had it all. So, how could I resist? The pairing with a creamy cappuccino was also perfect, and the lovely slice in the photo was only half of what I indulged in (I'd already devoured the rest). I told you I have a sweet tooth!

A 2kg 900 type cake paid more than honestly, not even 1 slice left... excellent and very fresh, definitely to be made again at the first opportunity!

So delicious! The turmeric focaccia with seeds I bought this morning was exceptional: soft, fragrant, and with a unique and perfectly balanced flavor. The seeds inside make it even more delicious and add a lovely crunch! A bakery and café that exudes passion. The perfect place to stop for breakfast or a good coffee while you buy bread. A place that combines quality and convenience. Highly recommended.
