Il menù non è molto ampio : 3 antipasti, 3 primi, 3 secondi e dolci . Menù della polenta a parte (servita con spezzatino, salsicce , formaggi o uova ). Abbiamo iniziato con : - tartare di fassona con uovo di quaglia (buona fresca , deliziosa ) - tomino con speck e cipolle caramellate Abbiamo poi proseguito: - arrosto di cervo con polenta (buono) - polenta con uovo e burro fuso (uova deliziose ) - tagliolini con ragù di cinghiale : ragù un po’ liquido , il piatto che ci ha convinto meno.
