We opted for the €15 menu, which offers a wide selection, and everything we ordered was delicious: tasty, authentic, home-cooked cuisine. I highly recommend the boiled meat, which is served with a wide variety of sauces, all delicious. The service was excellent: fast, but they also gave us time to enjoy the evening without pressure, as we've experienced at other places. Tables were beautifully set with attention to detail, and the bread was good. The team was very friendly and well-coordinated. They accept a la carte options.

29/03/2026: A MUST TRY! A simply enchanting restaurant, run by young, passionate, and approachable people who put you at ease from the moment you arrive. Let's start with one thing: this isn't your typical Michelin-starred restaurant. If you decide to come here, set aside traditional expectations and open your mind to a completely different experience. As soon as you step inside, you're greeted directly by the staff: four chefs and a sommelier. There's no real dining room with waiters; they guide you through the entire experience. You'll initially be seated in a small lounge, where you can sip a drink while savoring the amuse-bouche prepared by the kitchen. The entire experience is accompanied by a refined selection of electronic music, carefully selected and designed to match the menu and the atmosphere of the moment. We eagerly await the arrival of all our guests, as dinner is a convivial affair: we sit together around a raised counter, where we can watch the chefs prepare each dish before our eyes. It's a true spectacle. 05/04/2026: After visiting La Mandria Castle, we walked to the inn. We hadn't booked, but luckily, a table for two was available outside under the awning, as the inside room was occupied for an event. The staff was attentive, kind, and professional. I had the pappardelle with game ragù: well-balanced and very good, with a textured pasta, just the way I like it. My wife chose a Fassona beef tartare for her second course, which I tried and was very good. A note on the tartare: for greater precision, it would be helpful to indicate the weight in grams on the menu, so we could determine whether it's an appetizer or a main course; by eye, it didn't exceed 100 grams. There were two house wines available: I chose a red (Barbera), and it was good. For dessert, a Piedmontese bonet, delicious and enriched with crumbled amaretti biscuits. All surrounded by greenery: it was a pleasant and relaxing lunch. If we're passing through, we'll definitely be back. PS: I recommend booking.

31/01/2026: A lovely, intimate restaurant in the winter, but with plenty of outdoor seating in the summer. The staff were very friendly, and the service was quick and courteous. We had a wonderful dinner. The fish was excellent, and the first courses were also delicious. The first courses exude a unique blend of flavors and aromas, typical of the most refined and delicious dishes. The cuttlefish risotto was excellent, and I highly recommend this restaurant. We'll definitely be back. Prices are reasonable.

Excellent wine selection. Modest prices for the high quality of the food. Clean, peaceful, and welcoming atmosphere. Ample and convenient parking.

21/08/2025: A very kind and helpful bus driver gave us the address. We went to the bar and Mr. Alfredo welcomed us with a beautiful smile. We enjoyed a good coffee and, under a downpour, he told us a little about the history of the Great Vasco. We knew it well, but we liked the way he told it with emphasis and love, but above all, respect for this great artist. Overall, a wonderful experience. I couldn't take photos; my cell phone had run out of battery.
