12/08/2025: One morning I decided to have breakfast here before going shopping, and when I ordered my breakfast, I was mocked by a woman who works at a store in the mall. She was mocked for choosing a cappuccino with a croissant, calling me fat. The employee agreed and laughed right in front of me, even though she mocked me four times. Well, it's hilarious. So, I never have to pay to be mocked again? No, and she should know she didn't touch me. In fact, I was shocked by the lack of professionalism. And I only say one thing to the employee: look in the mirror. And don't judge without knowing about other people's health.

07/08/2025: I stopped for a coffee, but in the end I opted for a delicious slice of freshly baked salami pizza. Really good, it wasn't too hot or too cold. Delicious food, and a shout out to Fabio, who was truly kind and friendly. P.S.: not just with me, but with all the customers I saw coming in!

14/06/2025: Non capisco all' entrata iniziale c'è scritto agriturismo all' entrata principale ristorante bo comunque bel posto ma non ho capito il menù strano antipasti nulla di piemontese i primi uguale x di più salati vini non si è saputo cosa erano i secondi base patate con carne Bo

24/05/2025: Purtroppo la pizza non solo non è più la stessa, è proprio cattiva. Quello che è ulteriormenre cambiato è il prezzo... inaccettabile pet una pizza in un supermercato sia esso gourmet...

La signora deputata alla cottura dei panini in affanno continua a dire "che ansia" "cos'hanno da guardare" "se hanno fretta posso andarsene" . Tutto davanti ai clienti. Si sono persi ordini, conteggi di panini sbagliati... Davvero disagiate. Non consiglio

This is exactly the case for the unspeakability of this place which has repeatedly proven to be indecent, both in terms of the quality of the food it offers and the rudeness of those who work there (the only one who survives is the girl with black hair, who has demonstrated her kindness several times, and it is right to recognize it). 4 coffees out of 5 burnt, teaspoons encrusted with dirt, unsold croissants left in the window for days (despite what the clever owners believe, we can easily notice it) and sold at the same price as the fresh ones. It is the customer who has to worry about getting up and looking around for napkins and sugar as well as insisting on having a glass of water, usually discounted when you ask for €1.30 of coffee; Furthermore, you are lucky if the glass is neither dirty nor chipped. You greet without receiving an answer and receive rude and annoyed responses combined with snorts, despite the kindness used and the respect towards the work of others. To make sure we don't miss out on anything, the waiting times are exhausting both to order and to receive what we paid: almost always for two coffees you have to wait 15 minutes, you might as well walk two minutes more to reach the next bar and receive a more friendly and attentive staff who should be in your best interest. It should be noted that, most of the time, the waits are not due to the crowding of the place or the busyness of the staff but to the little consideration they have for the customers. The bartender couldn't have found a more suitable place for him to be hired: he makes comments and annoyed faces every time you ask him something politely, without even worrying about not being noticed. Likewise, the owner gives an example of the requirements needed to be hired: she seems convinced that the location of her "bar" can justify everything that has been listed so far. As a library visitor I tried for more than a year to give this place the opportunity to prove itself wrong but it never wanted to do so. In conclusion, the centrality of the area is not worth the experience in this place: if you like the idea of ​​having a stomach ache immediately after a coffee, then it is the right place to go.

17/08/2025: Located near the stadium and the Pala Alpitour. The service is very friendly, but the spritz was a bit watered down and served without even a couple of chips. The platter was decent. The price is in line with the competition. In short, they could definitely improve.

22/06/2025: I went to Bar Cristallo for a pre-concert aperitif by PTN, so I need to make a necessary premise: it was a chaotic evening and the place is just a few steps from the stadium, so I avoid judging the organization and the service too harshly, which were courteous despite the confusion. My friends and I ordered two Spritz and a glass of Arneis (served in a plastic cup - they explained to me that it is mandatory in the case of events of this type for safety reasons). We were accompanied by a shared tray of appetizers: the quantity was decent, but the quality of the cured meats didn't particularly convince me. When we asked if there was a table, we were told that perhaps we could go down to the room below, but luckily one became available upstairs and we sat there. I write “luckily” because, later, going down to use the bathroom, I noticed that the room is rather simple and a bit spartan: not air conditioned, with windows overlooking the pipes and the entrance to the kitchen next door. Definitely an environment that could be improved to make it more welcoming. Total price: €29 for three, so about €9.50 per person. An overall fair price for a drink and accompaniment. In short: a convenient place for a quick aperitif before an event, thanks to its strategic location. With a few more adjustments to the environment, it could offer a more refined experience.
