21/04/2025: Da quando sono cambiati i proprietari e adesso il locale si chiama "Locanda degli antichi cantieri navali di Savona" (perché un nome tanto lungo e difficile da ricordare?) i prezzi sono aumentati a dismisura senza che il cibo li giustifichi. Mai più tornato

31/08/2025: Nothing like the other stores in the group. The appetizer platter is made with burnt or stale pizza scraps. They make the wrong cocktails, and the place is dirty. To keep it that way, close it down or fix it immediately.

09/08/2025: Let me start by saying I have a grudge against one of the bar staff. She doesn't know how to make a cappuccino with foam, but if you want Italian lessons on the meaning of the word EMPATHY, she can explain it to you even though she doesn't have it.

22/05/2025: I have been a customer of this bar for over two years, being an employee of the gallery, and I regularly consume from a minimum of €2.00 per day, up to times when the expense has risen to €30.00 or more. A few weeks ago I happened to order a dish from the hot food outlet as I often did, and during the payment they told me that they had put a different one to heat up, which, not being to my taste, I chose not to collect or consume. After that, the employee Gaia, who had taken the wrong order and had already addressed me in a rude manner on more than one occasion before that day, told me that unlike all the other colleagues, I would no longer be able to order without having gone to pay first (which, moreover, always happened very close to the consumption). In response to my request for clarification, he said to speak to the manager Roberto, a person who had always been polite up until that point, today I took the opportunity to speak to Roberto who instead in all rudeness accused me of having often ordered dishes that they then had to throw away, something that had NEVER happened before that day! Starting with: "I prefer to lose customers, look if you want to consume there is Jimmi" (Jimmi is the bar opposite). I had chosen to spend a few words on the issue with the manager because I thought after years as a customer I could get to the bottom of it with the use of common sense and kindness, but since this did not happen and once again I was treated in a completely rude manner I can assure you that my monthly takings as a customer whether they care or not will definitely be reduced!

11/08/2025: A freshly squeezed orange juice and a sparkling orange soda served in a tiny glass worth its weight in gold. I think I paid 3 kilos for oranges. In Milan perhaps, but we were in Ivrea. It was the first and last time there.

30/08/2025: A scam. Attracted by the "aperitif + platter" deal for €10, we decide to sit down. We order, indeed, two aperitifs and two platters. The total should have been €20, but the lady at the cashier charged us four euros more without any explanation whatsoever. Absolutely dishonest, I don't recommend it to anyone; avoid it like the plague. We definitely won't be returning.

31/08/2025: Truly awful ice cream. It's hard to find an "inedible" ice cream shop in Italy. This one is, and the prices are exorbitant (two flavors cost almost €4). Lots of room for improvement.

22/07/2025: Terrible coffee, low-level employees, and not up to the bar's historic reputation. It's a shame Fiorio has fallen so low.

08/03/2025: "A truly disappointing experience. The service was terrible and the employees were incredibly rude. In addition to being totally rude, they seemed to enjoy making fun of us, imposing rules invented on the spot without any logic. They never showed any interest in solving the problems, on the contrary, they treated us with an arrogant and disrespectful attitude. We had to wait an excessive amount of time to be served, even though the place was not crowded. The portions were very small, practically insignificant, and the fried foods were cold on the outside and still frozen inside. Impossible to justify something like this, especially considering the exorbitant prices. Furthermore, the place was dirty, with encrusted floors and poorly cleaned tables, and the environment was so noisy that it was a real waste of money! One star because it is not possible to give less.

02/03/2025: Poor value for money. Not knowing how to cook chicken cacciatore, serving it cold, greasy, overly peppery, or spicy, without the skin, and with the chicken dry and parched, as if it had been baked first and then salvaged with this recipe. The white curly hair added the finishing touch to the dish. The green beans hadn't been cleaned. For the price, we're not satisfied... the coffee and service are satisfactory.

11/01/2025: Ordered through Glovo, very fatty chicken, I only ate 1 small piece.... Potatoes inedible too much Pepper Late delivery, but that's the lesser evil. I wanted to try a different chicken but it was bad.

20/07/2025: We ordered a devil's pizza from Glovo to share. Besides the fact that it took an hour for it to arrive, I had to call the restaurant after half an hour of waiting, and they said "it's about to leave now." When the delivery guy arrived, I got out, and he didn't even look at me. The pizza was truly terrible: sticky, soggy, and raw dough! The ingredients on top were all burnt, piled on top, and of terrible quality. I swear it makes my throat burn. I would have preferred to set fire to the money I wasted.

28/06/2025: ordered on glovo, inedible pizza, all stringy, quality ingredients -0, tasteless, hard, really awful, I've never had a pizza left over but I couldn't finish this one

19/07/2025: Not sure what the problem was but the waitress literally took the order for everyone around me. Would not even look at me. 10 minutes later I finally said excuse me can I order and her response was "oh I thought you were with them", pointing to a table with a family and whose order she had already taken without even looking my way. Never came back, not even to bring me my drink. Ended up leaving money on the table since I never saw her again. Maybe they just hate people they perceive as tourists?

08/07/2025: We waited 10 minutes for someone to serve us. I had to go look for the staff. When we asked for an aperitif, they didn't recommend the platter we'd seen at other tables. (My fault for not having seen the menu.) We were given an uncut slice of pizza without cutlery. The waiter neither greeted us nor displayed the menu. I think that says it all.

31/07/2025: Disgraceful staff, terrible service! I ordered 4 cappuccinos and 4 croissants, which I should point out I took and brought to the table. Too bad that after I took the croissants I had to wait for the girl in charge of the coffee shop to come back because she wasn't there, so I sat at the table and when I went to see if she had arrived, she was serving more cups at the counter without even considering me. I waited a good 15 minutes, trying to hurry everything up and "finally" got it... we managed to have breakfast!! Another negative note: 4 cappuccinos and 4 croissants, almost €20!! P.S. I also cleared the table and brought the cups back to the counter... not even a thank you!!! No comment..

30/06/2025: I agree with the negative reviews because the service is poor and the prices are high. The croissant was not bad, but nothing special compared to breakfast in a pastry shop since cappuccino and croissant cost 3.50 Euros. The shameful thing though is a stuffed focaccia that costs 6 Euros! The staff is rather uninterested. I do not recommend it.
