18/07/2025: The place is really dirty, not to mention the hygiene. Breakfast is served on really dirty trays, full of crumbs and other debris. I can't stand the tables being greasy and dirty. It's best not to look at the floor! Highly not recommended. Perhaps someone in charge should intervene.

28/06/2025: Non è possibile far pagare una pizza 25 € — nemmeno con il forno a legna sarebbe giustificabile, ma con un forno elettrico diventa davvero un furto. Prezzi fuori misura per un prodotto che non offre nulla di eccezionale a livello di qualità o servizio. Deludente.

I would like to tell you about my experience inside the Santa Rita rotisserie: I entered the store and received criticism from a sales assistant with lots of laughter. Furthermore, even though I entered the shop and waited to be served, I left after 5 minutes of the shop assistants ignoring me. I was really upset about the criticism made against me. Really very rude staff. I will never set foot in the store until the staff is changed. The saleswoman was short and had short hair. Please I would like to specify that the written facts actually happened

When I arrived, they immediately started loudly wondering why I had come early in the morning to order, as if they didn't want to have customers. 15/06/2025: If you have the memory of Fiorio and the style, forget it. Maybe he franchised the p.v but there must be a recall. At least the uniforms ... not sports. In via Po you didn't need them like this. High prices and so-so quality. Creams still still but fruit too cold.

But unfortunately my experience is negative, we go in for a coffee and the girl who was washing the floor behind the counter serves us without hand sanitizer, this fact disappointed me a lot regardless of the coffee which was good anyway. And in any case a little more courtesy would not be bad.

The portions were very small, practically insignificant, and the fried foods were cold on the outside and still frozen inside. Impossible to justify something like this, especially considering the exorbitant prices. Furthermore, the place was dirty, with encrusted floors and poorly cleaned tables, and the environment was so noisy that it was a real waste of money! One star because it is not possible to give less.

02/03/2025: Insufficient value for money. Not knowing how to cook a chicken Cacciatore by serving it cold, greasy, too peppery or spicy, without skin and with the chicken dry and dry as if it had first been baked in the oven and then recovered with this recipe. The white curly hair gave the finishing touch to the dish. The green beans had not been hulled. For the price spent we are not satisfied... the coffee and the service are satisfactory.

19/06/2025: The cappuccino was good, too bad that the bombolone (3.30€ the one with cream) had cream only on top and not inside, so in my opinion 30 cents more than the empty one is too much. For the rest everything is okay.

26/03/2025: The place doesn't smell clean; it feels more like a tourist trap, thanks to the fact that Bicerin is closed on Wednesdays. €9.70 for a bicerin that wasn't a bicerin, a decaffeinated soy cappuccino, and a glass of sparkling water. The latter was ordered at the counter. The price would have been acceptable if the bicerin had been like the original. They didn't issue a receipt because the cash register wasn't working. I don't recommend it.
