Traditional Piedmontese dishes, sometimes with subtle twists that make the experience even more interesting and delicious.

A couple's lunch at this excellent restaurant. Despite being quite far from my place of residence, it was on our itinerary.
The restaurant is very elegant, clean, chic, and welcoming.
The staff is kind, courteous, and very professional, but also very helpful.
The menu is excellent with a wide selection.
The quality of the ingredients and the presentation are top-notch.
We opted for the four-course "Geppetto" menu.
Everything was truly exceptional, starting with the off-menu welcome aperitifs.
All the courses deserve a more detailed explanation, but I'd go on too long.
As for "sweet tooth," I'd recommend the zabaglione dessert served in a hot copper pan, as pictured.
Truly surprising.
Even the price, while certainly not cheap, perfectly reflects the quality/quantity of the dishes.
I don't know when, considering the distance of about 150 km, but we plan to return as soon as possible.

A historic venue, but a bit dated. The service is discreet and very attentive. As for the wine list, it's excellent (all Piedmontese wines are there!). The food: excellent bagna calda (not inconsiderable price), the iconic dish of the president's agnolotti was a real treat, as was the zabaglione. Expect to pay around €90 for a €30 bottle.

The entrance is beautiful, with its staircase and large fireplace. The rooms are spacious but a bit dated.
The service is welcoming and friendly. Paola, the hostess, is superb and convivial.
The menu is inspired by the local cuisine, and you shouldn't miss the agnolotti and egg pasta. The cheese trolley is superb, and the zabaglione is a must.
I recommend it! 🙂

Good food and friendly service. The cuisine isn't particularly surprising, but it's well-executed.
The atmosphere is a bit dated, and a makeover could enhance the experience much more. Overall, we had a good time.

The restaurant's interior is quite dated; a refresh wouldn't hurt.
We had a large table; most of the dishes were good, but nothing truly wow-worthy for the price; in fact, some weren't that great.
The waiter who looked after us was professional.
Overall, the prices are a little high, in my opinion.
