09/03/2025: Informal and quiet place. Service carried out directly by the very kind and welcoming owner. Excellent value for money. We ate a mixed starter with very delicate and good raw meat, agnolotti with roast sauce and a fabulous hazelnut kiss cake. Huge choice of wines. Highly recommended.

12/02/2025: Very good... 👌It's a nice restaurant, the atmosphere is clean, the place is quiet, the taste is good, the refinement is impeccable, the service is courteous and kind. The journey is pleasant to climb the curved roads, the area is magnificent, the great winter scenery gives a feeling of beauty in silence.

03/02/2025: We went to this restaurant yesterday for lunch, excellent dishes from starters to desserts. Choice between 3 types of menu: à la carte, with a variety of dishes in the starters, first courses and second courses. Tasting menu with an appetizer, a first course, a second course and a dessert. Mixed fried menu (their fried food is fabulous!!!) 6 types of meat, 4 of vegetables, 4 of desserts plus an appetizer. Only two flaws, the Piedmontese mixed fry is served first with the meat and vegetables and then with the desserts... he served us the desserts first, apologizing. The second flaw is the service, not enough staff for a full place!!! We started eating at 2pm!!! However, the staff is very kind and helpful. Highly recommended!!!

25/02/2025: Dopo avere prenotato a pranzo con tre settimane in anticipo per lunedì 17 febbraio,con conferma della prenotazione, e dopo aver fatto un centinaio di chilometri per andare a mangiare troviamo il ristorante chiuso per ferie!!!Una cosa vergognosa, nemmeno si sono degnati di avvisare del fatto che avrebbero chiuso.A mai più, i clienti si perdono in questa maniera.Vergogna!!!

03/02/2025: Cibo molto buono. Location suggestiva e davvero accogliente. Vista stupenda sulle colline. Servizio abbastanza veloce anche se non impeccabile.

Il locale, completamente rinnovato, oggi si presenta moderno, giovanile e al tempo stesso elegante, con un’atmosfera rilassante che invita a godersi l’esperienza gastronomica in pieno comfort. Il servizio è impeccabile: il personale si distingue non solo per la gentilezza, ma per una competenza rara da trovare. Ogni portata è accompagnata con attenzione e professionalità, valorizzando sia la cucina che il vino con suggerimenti puntuali e mai invadenti. La cucina è un perfetto equilibrio tra tradizione e innovazione: i piatti della tradizione piemontese sono eseguiti alla perfezione, con un tocco di modernità che li rende attuali senza snaturarne l’anima. Battuta di Fassona,vitello tonnato, costolette d agnello, e dolci tipici sono reinterpretati con gusto, leggerezza e grande attenzione alla qualità delle materie prime. Finalmente qualcosa di nuovo e di livello sul territorio: Le Due Lanterne è oggi una tappa obbligata per chi cerca autenticità, stile e una cucina che emoziona. Complimenti alla nuova gestione, bravissimi ragazzi, per aver saputo reinventare con intelligenza e passione un indirizzo storico. Una vera rinascita, e un segnale positivo per tutta la ristorazione della zona. Non vedo l'ora di tornarci. A presto!

08/04/2025: Locali finemente ammodernati, clima intimo e piacevole, servizio elegante e discreto. Cucina della tradizione, che scalda il cuore e fa sentire a casa, strizzando l’occhio alla modernità. Un locale dalla storia imponente che i nuovi giovani ed entusiasti gestori sanno portare avanti con competenza e professionalità. Una tappa obbligata per Nizza Monferrato.

13/04/2025: I stayed at this estate for a wedding. Service not up to the level of the event, the buffet was scattered and there were no waiters to take care of the guests (for example the leg of raw meat that you had to cut yourself). There were no child seats for everyone in the room and I had to go and get them myself, the table was overcrowded and we couldn't even fit all the chairs. The food was good, but as a first course you couldn't see 3 paccheri placed on the cross. Bathrooms not very clean. Honestly, I would avoid this place for such an important ceremony, the location is nice but everything else is missing.

09/04/2025: Fantastic wedding experience. Mr. Roberto and his staff thought of every detail and satisfied all our requests, allowing us to organize without too much stress. Fantastic day. Competitive prices but excellent quality, both on food and drinks and on the extra services it offers (e.g. rooms, flowers and arrangements). The partners proposed by the estate are also highly recommended for their professionalism, availability and friendliness (thank you very much to the photographers at adhocfoto, and Antonello for the music and the children's entertainment service). Optimal solutions both outdoors and indoors even in bad weather. Spacious and tastefully furnished internal rooms. The ceremony carried out by Roberto is a guarantee of elegance and emotions. Thanks also to Pasquale and Gioacchino and their staff for their professionalism, courtesy and friendliness. Impeccable service. Thank you all from the bottom of my heart. Claudia and Lorenzo. Highly recommended.

11/04/2025: Excellent food, varied fixed menu, helpful and welcoming staff, characteristic atmosphere with restaurant-like furnishings and frescoed walls with images of Asti. We took: I had trofie with prawns and saffron, aubergines with scapece and courgettes, a sandwich with cereals and water at €12 with fruit salad off the menu at €3, my partner trofie with prawns, peperonata, seafood salad, wholemeal sandwich at €12 with the addition of 1/4 of the house white wine and pistachio pudding off the menu at €6

12/01/2025: Had a wonderful, great New Year's Eve experience with great musical accompaniment, an excellent 5-course menu with selected wines, the fireworks were super beautiful and the party afterwards was a dance ending. We had a lot of fun with nice guests and it was once again a thoroughly enjoyable experience. Thank you very much for the wonderful stay. 03/11/2024: Siamo stati recentemente in questo ristorante attratti dalle recensioni, ma la nostra esperienza non è stata del tutto soddisfacente. Sebbene il locale abbia un’atmosfera curata, il menù è piuttosto limitato e non offre molta varietà. Inoltre, c’è un vincolo sulle portate che ci ha lasciati un po’ perplessi e ha reso l’esperienza meno flessibile di quanto ci aspettassimo. Dal punto di vista del rapporto qualità-prezzo, riteniamo che i costi siano un po’ elevati rispetto alla qualità complessiva delle portate. Ci aspettavamo una maggiore attenzione al gusto considerando il livello di prezzo. Un aspetto che ci ha particolarmente colpiti in modo negativo è stato il comportamento dello chef. A un certo punto, mentre eravamo al tavolo, abbiamo sentito dei commenti provenire dalla cucina, tra cui una frase poco cortese che sembrava indirizzata al nostro tavolo. Quando abbiamo chiesto di poter parlare con lui per esprimere le nostre opinioni e capire meglio il suo approccio, ci è stato detto che non sarebbe potuto venire al tavolo e non abbiamo avuto l’opportunità di dialogare. In conclusione, ci dispiace dire che l’esperienza non ha rispecchiato le nostre aspettative. Speriamo che possano migliorare alcuni aspetti del servizio e dell’accoglienza per offrire un’esperienza più appagante ai futuri clienti.
