21/07/2024: Favolosa esperienza nelle colline del Monferrato. Graditissimo l'uso di farine tipo 1 e tipo 2 di produzione propria, per le pizze. Abbondanti, freschi e si percepivano di alta qualità gli ingredienti su ogni pizza.

I prefer pizza to cuisine, even if the prices are a little high compared to local ones, but I also understand that the raw materials are different. The pizza dough is really excellent and digestible. The place is nice and welcoming. Super recommended for families and children for the splendid location in the middle of the hills and for the possibility of seeing the animals.

13/06/2024: I returned to this ice cream shop after some time and found maximum courtesy and friendliness! Wide choice of flavors and some really interesting. I really liked Favoglia. The Kinder Paradiso and the Nutella with pistachio are also incredibly good. --- Today I also tried their strawberry granita, delicious too!!

Dinner with friends in a well-kept castle with swimming pool, excellent dishes such as borage ravioli, the tasting menu is worth trying. Paola and Giorgio are the very kind owners. Don't go without booking. Many paths nearby for nature walks, among vineyards and woods.

26/07/2024: we stopped by for a quick pizza, without glory without infamy, the Tyrolean was supposed to be tomato, fontina and speck, it arrived tomato, mozzarella and speck, okay we didn't complain, flower vases to be arranged with real flowers, fake ones only in the cemetery

25/08/2024: In a place nestled between the vineyards of Alice Bel Colle and Castelletto Molina there is this wonderful trattoria managed by Mrs. Lina and Roberto, an affable and easy-going person who makes you feel immediately at ease, who offers Piedmontese cuisine, good, genuine and abundantly prepared and with an excellent quality/price ratio.
