This place deserves a higher rate!! We tried four dishes: the carpione, tagliolini with zucchini and robiola, crema savoiarda and apricot tatin. They were all AMAZING. This food comes from local tradition but it's realized so perfectly, so tasty, so surprisingly good, we were really shocked! The prices are very down to earth too, which is always good news. We stood outside under a nice tent near a bunch of flowers. I strongly advise to visit the nearby viewpoint too!

A typical Piedmontese trattoria, the food, service, and price were all excellent and fair... just one thing: the peppers with bagna cauda and cardoon flan would have been better if they had been a little hotter. The spaghetti cacio e pepe was a bit too peppery for my taste. The cod al verde was excellent. We'll definitely be back.

Ristorante La Luna Nera

09/04/2026: Had lunch on Easter Monday. Good food, good wine, and welcoming staff. The last turn to get there is a bit narrow (we arrived in an SUV), but don't worry, you're not going the wrong way :) Recommended
07/04/2026: Impeccable service, excellent food using top-quality ingredients. Stunning location nestled in the greenery of the beautiful Monferrato. Highly recommend. I give it top marks.
