Why Yes: typical well-prepared Piedmontese dishes; very friendly wait staff. Why Not: what is the point of proposing a "tasting menu" that can only be taken on condition that it is chosen by the entire table? In our case it was enough for just one person to disagree for the others to not be able to access that opportunity. Legitimate but ridiculous choice by the restaurateur: Yes! You can decide not to go to this restaurant anymore just for this apparently trivial reason: Yes. After all, in that area there are many restaurants where you can eat just as well without any strange oddities.

Delicious dinner in this restaurant with a truly refined and particular location. The off-menu tajarin with anchovy butter and peppers were formidable, as was the fillet with pink pepper... Very tender. Very convenient to be able to book with The Fork. The service was quick and super nice. Prices absolutely adequate for the offer.

This incredible restaurant is located in Motta (Asti) and is called Terra di mezzo, an absolutely comfortable, air-conditioned environment and excellent cleanliness, fantastic service. It has incredible authenticity and taste. There is a wide choice of menu and tasting of wines and spirits, all in a relaxing atmosphere with music in the background, with the final cost surprisingly below average for a very high level of service with excellent dishes served. I highly recommend it because it is truly worthy. I stumbled upon it by chance while in the area for work, but I will return with friends and family. The owners come personally to greet the guests as they leave,...things from times gone by and from good manners. Wonderful..
