06/07/2026: Eating on the terrace is fantastic. Pantagruelian Piedmontese fried food, first the meat and vegetables cooked well without being greasy, then the dessert. You can leave some leftovers and they'll give you a container. Affordable prices.
24/06/2026: When I booked, I requested a cool spot given the temperatures of the time of year. They accommodated me, and it had a beautiful view of the hills opposite. The home-cooked food was excellent, and the staff were very friendly. We've read that they're selling it, but hopefully not so we can return next year.

Nice and clean atmosphere.
Super efficient and attentive staff, kind and friendly.
I recommend stopping by. This place offers a wide selection.

16/06/2026: I'm leaving this review for this pizzeria. It deserves even more than 5 stars. They were kind, but above all, they provided exceptional service. They brought my pizza to the empty space where I was forced to sleep for 9 hours and couldn't move.
Humane, but above all, with a big heart. I will remember this gesture and will always be grateful.

31/05/2026: Located in the heart of Moncalvo, its charming alleys are easy to find. Excellent food; definitely try their pizza sfogliatella, a specialty of the place.
Friendly and helpful staff, fast service.

02/06/2026: Just walking in for a coffee was enough to give me a sense of what kind of place it is: aesthetically, it's stunning, with excellent decor. Furthermore, the staff is very courteous and attentive to their customers' needs, and they also prepare some very tasty dishes for lunch.

25/05/2026: Whenever I'm in the area and it's a good time, I'm happy to stop in. The food is good, the service is perfect. There's a truck stop across the street for five trucks. Apparently, the establishment is family-run, and they're very friendly. The place is clean and welcoming.

09/11/2025: In the center of town, inside the castle walls, I believe, there's this beautiful restaurant spread over several floors. It offers mainly traditional Piedmontese cuisine, with a limited selection, but I fully agree with their approach to quality. Everything tastes good, nothing to complain about. I must compliment the excellent rabbit in Arneis, a meat that requires considerable culinary skill. It's truly a wonderful dish, and you can tell the kitchen is run by experienced, elderly women. If I ever get the chance, I'd definitely stop by again. The price is average for the location. Perhaps we forget, but here we are in one of the most enchanting places in the world.
22/09/2025: On the evening of Sunday, September 20th, I needed dinner, and quickly. Excellent warm appetizers (pepper flan, in bagna cauda, exceptional). Delicious peaches with amaretto. Excellent Grignolino. Friendly staff. Very welcoming and clean place.

02/07/2026: Located on the first floor of a hotel, Laura's restaurant is a simple place, with just a few tables and a limited selection of dishes.
But that's precisely what makes it a pleasant place: its intimacy and its unique menu.
I tried dishes I normally wouldn't have ordered, as I always prefer the same dishes. Instead, I was "forced" to try something else, and I didn't mind at all.
The girl who served us was very kind and cheerful. The same was true for the young man at the reception who accompanied us up to the restaurant.
Both were very kind and professional.
I must give a well-deserved shout-out to the Barbera sorbet: I don't think I've ever had such a good sorbet!!!

09/03/2026: There were 16 of us. 11 adults and 5 children aged 7.5 and 2!!! My daughter had a portion of chips and a Coke, while I had a blonde, which was served and paid full price even though there was no squash!!! That's a Coke! For a total of 35 euros!!! They gave us a single bill of 195 euros even though we did the calculations individually. We ended up with about 25 euros more. The owner refused to issue individual receipts and charge us individually, and wouldn't explain where the extra 25 euros came from, even though he had already calculated a 35 euro cover charge!!!! For 14! He refused to issue receipts for each family!!! I was a CUSTOMER!
