10/11/2025: What a lovely surprise this place is!
My wife and I stumbled upon it by chance, after a pleasant visit to the Vezzolano Abbey, just a stone's throw away. Upon leaving, we said to ourselves, "Oh, look at this beautiful little village! Let's take a stroll. The village is Albugnano, which, to be honest, I didn't even know existed (my fault, obviously).
"Hello: We didn't book, and there are two of us. Can you find a spot, maybe even under a staircase?"
"I think I can find something better." :-D
After a few minutes, before even sitting down at the table, in a beautiful, bright, and airy room, they asked us what kind of water we wanted.
Interesting menu, not particularly long, but very nice, with traditional dishes, some with slight modifications, and a few off-menu items (the fried mushrooms, which my wife really enjoyed).
Two appetizers, a first course and a second course, two excellent desserts, all washed down with a good local Barbera.
Two excellent coffees rounded out a lovely experience, which I recommend to anyone who appreciates Piedmontese cuisine.
Next time (because there will be a next time), we'll try the rest of the menu... little by little :-D
31/10/2025: We were there today, October 31, 2025. We had lunch outside at the tables facing the town square. The weather was perfect. The service was prompt and courteous. The hot and cold appetizers were special and delicate in flavor. The tagliolini with hazelnuts were superb! The braised meat was exceptionally tender and tasty. The hazelnut cake with zabaglione made by them (like the fettuccine and the bread), all with an excellent local Bonaeda. I'd say I made a good impression on my four guests! Highly recommended as a restaurant! Worth a try. Thanks for your attention. Marco Tesio

02/11/2025: Tired place, chaotic service, and disorganized waiters (slippers and a sleeveless down jacket that he didn't take off upon arrival from outside). Dishes piled high on the table without clearing, food quite greasy despite generous portions and reasonable prices. I'd rather spend €5 more per person on Corso Alfieri Torrerossa and everything changes.
I don't think we'll be back.

20/07/2025: Piacevolissima scoperta nel mezzo delle Langhe, a pochi km dalla bella cittadina di Asti, l'Agriturismo I 3 Tigli offre camere accoglienti e pulite, una splendida piscina immersa in un curato giardino dove è possibile rilassarsi godendo di una panoramica vista sulle colline circostanti e, "piatto forte", una cena di ottimo livello per qualità e quantità. Vale davvero la pena di soggiornarvi!

26/10/2025: A small village within a village: a family-run restaurant and rooms, beautifully maintained in an antique style and tastefully decorated, brimming with charm and the flavors of times gone by. The rooms are beautiful, with exposed beams. Comfortable beds and spacious Italian-style showers (without a shower tray). A selection of local wines and an exceptional dinner. A perfect stopover just 15 minutes from Asti. The outdoor jacuzzi (we didn't use it because it was a bit chilly) is the icing on the cake for a lovely weekend with friends. Indoor parking in the courtyard for three or four cars.
19/08/2025: I stayed a few weeks ago for both the accommodation and the restaurant, and we had a really great time. The staff is extremely welcoming and makes you feel right at home. We also loved the food!
We'd definitely like to return!

19/10/2025: A table for four, Sunday lunch. We waited over an hour for a simple mixed platter, consisting of pre-prepared cured meats and cheeses, simply arranged on a board. After asking for clarification, a young woman replied irritably: "You've been waiting an hour, there's no way you've been waiting."
After another ten minutes, the platter finally arrives: sloppy presentation, average quality, nothing special. We point out that if the wait had been this long, we would have skipped the first course.
Shortly after, while one of us was still finishing his meal, a waiter took his plate away.
The final straw came with the €30 ravioli del plin for two: served on a single plate, counted—11 ravioli in total.
A terrible experience from start to finish. Never again.

03/11/2025: I was with a group of 12 of us, friends, and children (6) who really liked the play area.
Is it possible that nothing was designed for children?
No cutlets, no pasta with tomato sauce or white sauce, no plain nuggets (i.e. without spices).
Just some spicy garlic chicken pops that you couldn't stand near the kids because of the bad breath and bad digestion they cause.
But how can you do that?
Then remove the dedicated menu if you can't at least basically satisfy every child.
Will there ever be a new entry in the dedicated menu?
And yet it doesn't take much.

08/10/2025: Ample parking surrounds the venue, and the atmosphere is simple, well-maintained, and organized—at least as far as the dining area was concerned—so we could enjoy a quiet evening, maintaining our own space without crowding other tables. The staff is knowledgeable and friendly, approachable, and polite. We had pizza night, and it was delicious; even the chocolate soufflé to finish was truly worth it. The only flaw: the knives! They have blades without teeth, so it was a bit difficult to cut. But otherwise, I'd say it's perfectly fine to spend another evening there. I think it's always best to book, as is the case elsewhere, just to avoid waiting for a table or not getting one at all.
