31/03/2024: Non ho ancora finito di pranzare che già ho voglia di recensire - positivamente, s’intende - questo ristorante in centro a Castagnole. I ragazzi sono gentili ed educati, preparati sui piatti e sui vini, amichevoli e mai eccessivi. I piatti sono tutti molto curati ed equilibrati - se volete porzioni (e prezzi) da osteria dovete andare altrove, ma un menu completo non vi lascia affamati di sicuro. Qualcuno ha scritto che si meriterebbero 6 stelle: vero, verissimo verissimamente vero, per la qualità del cibo e per la passione che ci mettono. Grazie per questa Pasqua alternativa!

16/03/2024: Bel locale moderno gestito da gente giovane preparata e gentile. Servizio preciso con apribocca interessanti. Animelle non eccezionali primi buoni e fritto misto di pesce dove si è prestata tanta attenzione all impiattamento e meno alla sostanza. Dolci buonissimi ( migliore piatto di tutto il pranzo). Molto gradita la piccola pasticceria e l amaro offerto. Ristorante di livello medio alto dove nel nostro caso la cucina non ha tenuta il passo con il servizio.

19/07/2024: Everything was super delicious, we immediately ordered the second pizza after the first because it was so good, pasta is also very very very good, easy 5 out of 5, fast and nice service and the food is served very nicely Addition: we were there one more time on our last day and what can I say, that was the most perfect last evening, as I said, everything was perfect, pictures will follow... not to forget that it was the best service! !!

09/06/2024: Terrible welcome...for a salad!!! A long food and wine weekend in the company of friends with a full program that included visits to various wineries with tasting of wines and local products. The hospitality and kindness of the Piedmontese in presenting their products was well known to us, but that of the restaurateur of this place completely surprised us, especially for the manner towards those who had recommended us and booked the table. Reason? A plate of salad. That day we tasted wines and local products in different cellars and with the last one the tasting had taken a long time. We came to this restaurant because it was highly recommended. Unfortunately we arrived with little hunger and the undersigned unfortunately limited himself to ordering only a salad, an order which was not at all appreciated by the owner of the restaurant, who openly showed his disappointment by first shaking his head and then becoming grumpy in their ways towards us. But he didn't limit himself to this, because we later learned that he also made his complaints to the person who had directed us to that place. Surely in this place you will also eat well, and we would also have liked to see it the following day, but given the manners of the person who manages it we opted for a well-known starred restaurant in the area, where the friendliness was typical Piedmontese and the food and the the wine we consumed was worth the bill we then paid... so sometimes, it doesn't take much to make a customer happy!!!

06/06/2024: Lovely authentic Vineria with a impressive Selection of Wine. Antipasti made with Love and selected with Taste. A handful of changing Pasta Dishes which makes it so valuable and special.

25/08/2024: Cena con il tavolo per l’occasione di “Salti in Piazza 2024” in strada davanti al ristorante (piacevole ). Crespelle di verdure e carpione buoni accompagnati da un buon vino rosé.

30/07/2024: Buonissimo una garanzia quando andiamo in Monferrato non possiamo fare altro che tornarci bella anche la location i bambini oltretutto possono giocare all’esterno. Ci sono piatti per bambini come le varie paste al sugo ecc. Secondo me nessuno può rimanerci deluso.

19/07/2024: Per fare aperitivo è l'ideale, locale in centro città. Ottimo Spritz e generoso tagliere che accompagna, il tutto ad un prezzo più che giusto.

07/07/2024: Found it a bit by chance because we were guests in the resort next door and we fell in love with it. Excellent traditional Piedmontese dinner but the next day the very nice chef Fiore bewitched us with a convivial lunch based on veal with tuna sauce, cherry tomatoes confites with stracciatella (!k, salad and octopus soppressata. All seasoned with good red wine in the evening and a formidable moscato D'Asti. Refined service in a villa with a pleasant external porch. A very friendly and warm welcome.

13/12/2023: Located in a small but enchanting village in the Asti hills, in the center between the Vezzolano Abbey and the Don Bosco sanctuary, between the larger centers of Moncalvo and Chieri. They have managed to renovate an old disused kindergarten into a beautiful restaurant that transports you into the past. The menu is also rich in history given the authenticity of the Piedmontese dishes. Clean and welcoming. Professional service. Price more than acceptable given the quality of the dishes.

24/07/2023: Nel centro del paesino di Cerreto d’Asti, sulla strada che da Asti corre verso Chivasso, si trova questa osteria gestita dagli stessi titolari dell’Agriturismo Cà Mariuccia. Definirla osteria è un po’ riduttivo, sarebbe meglio dire che è un ristorantino gourmet a km zero. Eccellenti il pane, burro aromatizzato e acciughe di Sciacca e la finissima di coniglio alle erbe. Notevoli gli agnolotti monferrini burro e salvia. Buona la tagliata. Eccezionali le persi pien. Materie prime scelte con cura e cucinate come si deve. Servizio molto cordiale. Prezzi non proprio da osteria: per una cena si arrivano a superare tranquillamente i 50€. Più i vini. Un menù degustazione permetterebbe di conciliare alta qualità con prezzi sostenibili (nella zona). Bella la selezione dei vini di Cà Mariuccia, anche qui con prezzi non proprio da affezione.
