23/07/2025: We've been coming here for 10 years now and it's always a guarantee. Highly recommended for quality and prices. Within 5 minutes of sitting down, someone had already cleaned our table without asking. TOP. Do as we did, grab a tray and try everything! PS: I'm Neapolitan, I know a good, fragrant dough, and this is it.

08/07/2025: We arrived at the pizzeria, which has outdoor seating because it's a takeout option. There wasn't a free table, and the owner set one up in seconds. We ordered their specialty, a turnip and sausage sandwich. It was good. I was curious to try the rest... we waited a bit, but it was worth it. Everything was great!

22/10/2025: Excellent home cooking. Excellent selection of local wines. Good price for lunch. Neat and clean throughout. The ideal place for plant lovers: it almost feels like lunch in a greenhouse. Very welcoming, the wait staff is friendly, courteous, and professional. Plenty of parking nearby.

19/10/2025: I just left for lunch at this restaurant, which I stumbled upon while visiting the area. The place is tastefully decorated, and the staff is extremely friendly and professional. The quality of the food is top-notch! The trio of tartares is a must-try! I was delighted to note the special attention paid to our four-legged friends. The place is also accessible to those with limited mobility. The prices are in line with the quality of the food. Highly recommended for anyone passing through.

31/08/2025: I have known and frequented this place for years, this evening I was very disappointed, the only nice thing was the Italian girl at the cash register who apologized to me and I explained what had happened, I am allergic to mushrooms, and I already said it when I ordered because I asked if they were present in the vegetable ravioli, I order the rest, including the eight grilled jewels, and no one tells me anything, neither the owner nor the other waitress because we had asked for information from both of them, they bring them to me, I eat two pieces and find a mushroom, (they don't put them in all restaurants and since the waitress hadn't told me I thought they weren't there) I have it sent back and I wanted to change the dish imagining that they would just pretend to remake it, but after two minutes she tells me that they had already remade them and that it was not possible to change, I eat almost half the dish and another piece of mushroom appears, probably they tried to remove them but 1 the dish for me was now contaminated 2 it is not correct because if I tell you that I'm allergic, don't bring it to the kitchen, remove the 2/3 pieces that are there and bring it back to the table, a severe allergic person dies, anyway in the end I got up and went to pay because I had to immediately take the antihistamine that I had at home, the girl at the cashier was very sweet and apologized for what happened and didn't charge for the dish. I explained to her what had happened and she was incredulous too... you have to be careful because I'm not a severe allergic person (I don't go into shock) but a severe allergic person risks their life. You have to write down the ingredients of the dishes since the waiters don't speak Italian well and don't understand what you ask for.

19/08/2025: Good local food. The menu is written in Italian and English. However, it's worth asking for a detailed explanation of what exactly is included in each dish. It's all local specialties. It's a wonderful place to enjoy the Italian flair in the evening.

14/09/2025: A very good wine shop that focuses on wine from the immediate Monferrato region. The price is vary from the every day to the slightly better than every day and upwards towards the special. Expect red, white, sparkling and a very knowledgeable team who will talk you through the producers, the growers and the grapes. You can also come here for late antipasti while drinking a bottle or a few glasses. I really think this place is underrated. Lots of atmosphere inside of a traditional brick building with plenty of parking on the outside area although driving feels like a compromise.

01/10/2025: We stopped here for a quick lunch. The staff is friendly, and the food is well-prepared. There's a buffet where you can choose your entrees. You can also dine outside.

13/09/2025: Excellent place for a quick and affordable lunch. I want to emphasize the kindness of the owners and staff, which isn't a given everywhere.

22/08/2025: We went for dinner and were treated wonderfully throughout the evening. The menu varies depending on the cuisine, but the owners always try to accommodate your requests. We ate really well and had the Recco focaccia, the agnolotti, a delicious beef diaphragm, and delicious cream ice cream with sage. The best thing about the evening, besides the delicious food, was the pleasant company of the owner, who was always available and friendly. Overall, this is a highly recommended place for a simple evening, different from the usual, but still capable of leaving you with great satisfaction and smiles.

05/06/2025: Wat een fijn restaurant. Fijne, pure producten. Voor mijn vrouw de Vitello tonato en voor mij de verse pasta met ragout. Daarna voor beiden de perfect klaargemaakte tagliata van de grill. Erbij voor beiden een glas Barbera superieure. Na warme chocolade gebak met twee bolletjes fris ijs. Na koffie met een digestief. Bediening zakelijk maar vriendelijk en behulpzaam. Kortom uitstekend adres wat even buiten de stad ligt. Wij zijn hier nog een maand en komen daarin zeker nog terug.

01/06/2025: Uno dei miei ristoranti preferiti nella zona. Il cibo è squisito, agnolotti e taglierini fatti in casa da Ivano. Un posto informale ma curato. Carta di vino con etichette km zero di grande qualità.

28/09/2025: Everything was almost perfect: excellent food, friendly service, fair prices... the only flaw was the cheese board, which costs more than a first course, but is essentially a small sampling of the cheeses and doesn't justify the higher price compared to the main courses. Increase the amount of cheese and you're perfect!

11/09/2025: We ate here on the last night of our 14-day trip to Liguria and Piedmont. A truly worthwhile ending! Perhaps the best vitello tonnato I've ever had. And my wife loved the insalata caveau. Then we had delicious ravioli with a regional cheese sauce. And a vegetable side dish: perfectly cooked carrots, simple yet incredibly flavorful. We finished off with a delicious sundae and coffee. Go here, you won't be disappointed.

29/09/2025: What a disappointment! We had lunch on the terrace with a beautiful view of the hills and the mountains on the horizon, but the food and service were subpar. Two hours for two dishes seems like too much. The tajarin with mushrooms were good, but the gnocchi with Castelmagno cheese were decidedly too watery, and I honestly think they didn't eat much of the Castelmagno cheese. For our main course, the eggplant parmigiana was nothing special, and the lamb chops (rubbery) with baked potatoes were both barely warm (they looked like they'd been reheated...badly). After a wait of over 20 minutes, we ordered coffee at the bar. The value for money would have been adequate if the dishes had been of a different quality.

21/09/2025: A Sunday lunch with great attention to detail. We ordered both meat and fish tastings, both excellent and plentiful. The food was carefully prepared and of excellent quality. A small misunderstanding with the chef was promptly and thoroughly resolved, with an apology. The owner's presentation of the dishes was impeccable. Excellent value for money. Highly recommend.
