22/03/2025: Da anni abbiamo il piacere di frequentare questo ristorante e l'esperienza è sempre davvero impeccabile. Appena entrati, siamo accolti con calore e professionalità dal personale, che ci fa sentire subito a nostro agio. L'ambiente è accogliente, elegante ma senza eccessi, con una piacevole atmosfera che invoglia al relax. Il menù offre una selezione variegata, che spazia dai piatti della tradizione locale a proposte più creative. Ogni portata che abbiamo assaggiato è preparata con ingredienti freschi e di qualità, e i sapori sono davvero equilibrati. Anche il servizio è sempre impeccabile: il personale è disponibile, sorridente e pronto a consigliare i piatti con entusiasmo, senza mai essere invadenti. Il rapporto qualità-prezzo è assolutamente ottimo, considerando l’alta qualità dei piatti e l’attenzione ai dettagli. In conclusione, è sempre un'esperienza che ci ha completamente soddisfatti e che sicuramente ripeteremo. Consigliatissimo per chi cerca un ristorante dove mangiare bene in un ambiente tranquillo e raffinato.

05/01/2025: Locale semplice e accogliente, personale molto gentile. Ristorante scelto per ogni occasione da festeggiare, cucina ottima grazie allo chef Luca e ingredienti genuini. Carta dei vini molto assortita. Da provare i plin al ragù d’arrosto e la tarte tatin, per non parlare dell’orologio di formaggi servito con mostarda e miele. Conto più che onesto rispetto all’alta qualità proposta.

15/04/2025: Had dinner one evening during the week.. It was after 9pm... When others, with the most banal excuses, told you that their service had already ended... Instead, here I was welcomed with great availability and a familiar approach. I had dinner tasting an excellent trio of typical Piedmontese appetizers... sumptuous tartare, veal with tuna sauce and a spectacular Russian salad... A fresh potato gnocchi seasoned with excellent Castelmagno sauce... to make the slipper... To finish, homemade tart with fruit and chocolate... here's some orange peel... mouth-watering!! I was already very full... after finishing the glass of Barbera TOP (strictly Barbera Asigiana), beautifully scented and with interesting complexity... Nice atmosphere, excellent service....what else can I say... Totally adequate for everything I have described to you... Try it too... I'm sure it's worth it!!! Happy Easter and thank you for everything!!

20/07/2025: We went for dinner last night and had a great time. Fast service, excellent mixed fried fish, as were the pizzas. The dessert was also good. Welcoming place and knowledgeable staff.

11/05/2025: Excellent dishes, the chef Fiore is very nice and naturally good, a mixed fried fish like I've never eaten, really well cared for and cooked to perfection. People who work as well as these are difficult to find.

05/06/2025: Wat een fijn restaurant. Fijne, pure producten. Voor mijn vrouw de Vitello tonato en voor mij de verse pasta met ragout. Daarna voor beiden de perfect klaargemaakte tagliata van de grill. Erbij voor beiden een glas Barbera superieure. Na warme chocolade gebak met twee bolletjes fris ijs. Na koffie met een digestief. Bediening zakelijk maar vriendelijk en behulpzaam. Kortom uitstekend adres wat even buiten de stad ligt. Wij zijn hier nog een maand en komen daarin zeker nog terug.

01/06/2025: Uno dei miei ristoranti preferiti nella zona. Il cibo è squisito, agnolotti e taglierini fatti in casa da Ivano. Un posto informale ma curato. Carta di vino con etichette km zero di grande qualità.

18/03/2025: La P E R F E Z I O N E. Questo ristorante e le proposte della giovane e talentosa chef hanno superato ogni più rosea aspettativa. Pietanze sorprendenti, tutte perfettamente riuscite ed equilibrate, sia nel gusto che nella presentazione. Bellissima anche la scelta delle stoviglie e dei bicchieri. Pochi tavoli, ambiente elegantemente semplice, con un’atmosfera accogliente, giovane e familiare. Al momento il mio ristorante preferito. Non vedo l’ora di tornare per provare tutti i menu. Rapporto qualità/prezzo insuperabile.

09/03/2025: Una delle migliori cene di sempre. Abbiamo scoperto questa chicca piemontese e non la abbandoneremo più. Abbiamo cenato in svariati ristoranti stellati e bi-stellati nella nostra vita, ma sbiadiscono in confronto all'esperienza che abbiamo vissuto in questo ristorante grazie alla freschezza, curiosità e coraggio di Alessia, la chef. In cucina insieme a lei Erika, un validissimo e altrettanto coraggioso supporto. In sala Riccardo, attentissimo, simpatico e allo stesso tempo rispettoso della privacy ai tavoli, che ha saputo consigliarci al meglio permettendoci di gustare gli innovativi piatti proposti. Alessia è una fresca e giovane chef piena di passione che viene trasmessa senza filtri nei suoi piatti, che abbiamo trovato perfettamente equilibrati, pieni di gusto e mai eccessivi o stancanti. Abbiamo provato il suo menù da 15 portate. Eravamo un po' spaventati perchè non abbiamo stomaci enormi, ma siamo arrivati in fondo senza alcun problema e passando oltre 2 ore piacevolissimamente, in un ambienta elegante, intimo e accogliente. I piatti sono tutti legati alla stagione e freschissimi (molti arrivano dal loro orto), con ingredienti scelti con grande cura da Alessia ed Erika e accostati spesso in maniera inedita ma oltremodo sapiente. Mi hanno stupita in particolare il porro in un brodo di rosa canina, al contempo delicatissimo e gustosissimo, il cannolo di anguilla mantecata, limone salato e fiori di sambuco e la Trota, licheni, rafano e brodo di anguilla. Non da meno le altre portate che abbiamo trovato nuove e stupefacenti. Un plauso ad Alessia, Erika e Riccardo, torniamo a trovarvi prestissimo. 5 stelle non bastano. Siete MOLTO MOLTO bravi, continuate così!

25/06/2025: The food is great, the price is great and the staff is lovely. Fast, friendly and the atmosphere is nice; it's not far from the town station either, maybe 200m! So it's also easy to reach on foot.

12/04/2025: Great place to eat WELL with excellent value for money. The portions are generous and delicious, the large outdoor car park allows you to enjoy a dinner without the drama of finding a place for the car. Perfect for spending an evening different from the monotonous life in these parts😅👍

25/05/2025: Ci siamo fermati per due calici di metodo classico, senza mangiare nulla insieme. Ottima scelta di vino, anche al calice, con prezzi più convenienti nell'acquisto della bottiglia. Molto curata la location all'interno, merita una visita e qualche scatto!
