Restaurant serving Piedmontese cuisine with a modern twist. The warm tometta cheese with chili pepper jam is very interesting.

Castelnuovo Don Bosco is a destination with a lot to offer, including food tourism. My boyfriend and I were inspired by the exterior, and once inside, we found a very charming restaurant decorated in a classic style with wood and exposed brick. In the age of QR codes, which I'm not a fan of, finding a menu on the blackboard to photograph and leisurely browse at your table seemed like an interesting idea. The lady was very kind, and we ate well! Everything was vegetarian and delicious, especially the tagliolini with vegetables and the tometta cheese with chili pepper jam.
