09/11/2025: A good restaurant. The truffle dishes are classic and well-made. Excellent tartare. As are the tagliolini. Once a year, you can afford the €45 price tag for white truffle. Although, frankly, it all seems a bit excessive. But after studying the market price...

26/10/2025: Excellent restaurant. We were advised to eat outside, as the restaurant was fully booked. It's a shame the outdoor seating isn't closed off enough because yesterday it was chilly. The location is also good, very close to Moncalvo's main square.

01/12/2025: I went there yesterday for lunch with some friends. We chose this restaurant for bagna cauda day.... What can I say, the best bagna cauda in the last 8 years!!! Not only that, but excellent agnolotti with roast beef sauce and a splendid view, in an enchanting location. We'll definitely be back!!!

05/10/2025: Family lunch to celebrate confirmation. Sara was very helpful with the preparations. The waiters were very kind. The menu was delicious! Stunning view of our hills.

29/09/2025: We booked the hazelnut school (La Scuola di Nocciole) at this agriturismo and were guided through the hazelnut plantations in English. During the tour, we learned a great deal about hazelnut cultivation and the vineyards. Afterwards, the guide showed us the process from harvest to the finished product. At the end, we were able to make our own hazelnut spread to take home! The whole morning was truly wonderful, and all the agriturismo staff were very friendly and welcoming. We recommend this tour to everyone; it's worth it! ☺️

08/12/2025: Located in the center of Cisterna, on a square with parking. The restaurant is meticulously maintained, yet has a very traditional feel. The menu features traditional dishes and revisited variations. Excellent prices and a high quality/price ratio. Well-prepared dishes, generous portions. The menu also offers bulk wine, in addition to the usual wines and glasses. I tried the local wine "Il Cisterna," which was excellent. Perhaps not the right temperature, but still excellent. The terrace had a beautiful view of the hills. The owner was very helpful and kind, explaining the wine and the local area. A truly wonderful discovery. Don't expect design or modernity, but a perfect blend of tradition and innovation. Like the review if you enjoyed it. If you like, become my follower on Google Maps. Divinely cooked dishes.

16/12/2025: My wife Alice and I enjoyed a beautiful lunch at Adagio last Sunday. We can only say that this was a wonderful experience. Each course was a delight with the perfect pairing of wines. This restaurant is a gem nestled in the hills of Piedmont.

07/12/2025: This is already the second time my son has taken us to eat the famous fritto misto and I have to say that it is just as I remembered: Super!!! Even though it was very crowded, the girl who followed us did her best to not leave us behind. I am Tuscan and I don't have the opportunity to come here often and I'm sorry, but I know that my son who lives in the area comes here often and it's good for him.

10/12/2025: I was very disappointed because we had agreed on a price per person for my daughter's 18th birthday, and it wasn't taken into account, making the final price much higher, making me look "stupid" (which I didn't understand, I heard, etc.). - Never again! The only positive note is that the waiters were very kind and that's it!

12/05/2025: Beautiful bar, very nice room, kind girl (Elena?)... I'm not giving a fifth star because I didn't like the coffee but, I think it's fair to say, it was early and the fact that the machine had only recently been turned on is a factor.

16/09/2025: Domenico is not only serious and professional, but also very attentive and precise, even to the most complex requests. Every pizza he makes is exquisite, but if I may venture a guess, I'd recommend two things: - 1: The gourmet pizza of the month, they're all delicious and incredibly satisfying. - 2: If, like me, you love the perfect balance between sweet and savory, try his Gorgo e Pere... I ask for it plain and with less mozzarella, but with plenty of the two aforementioned ingredients. The result? A gastronomic spectacle, and if my stomach wasn't limited, I'd eat three at a time!!! Thank you, Domenico!!
