04/04/2025: Siempre uno de los favoritos. Esto fue empacado un jueves por la noche, así que se recomienda reservar. Aparcamiento es un reto, así que traiga su coche pequeño. El menú es típicamente de Piamonte y se limita a una pequeña selección. La comida y el vino eran bastante comida.

02/06/2025: We went for lunch on a Sunday on a day that wasn't very crowded because of the long weekend. We had a good time, the food was very good even if not very abundant. If we were to find ourselves in the area again we would return.

03/05/2025: We booked with The Fork, but in person it was truly a very pleasant surprise. We ate on the terrace and thanks to a beautiful day the view was truly enchanting. The professional and friendly staff are a guarantee. The choice is really wide. We had appetizers, first courses and the sublime agnolotti with roast sauce. In the end we still opted for a cheese plate with sauces which was really appreciated. Especially after the types and methods of tasting were explained to us. A place for desserts could not be missing. Really delicious. A small note for the 5 star environment. The bathrooms are spotless, but attention to the towel, toilet paper and soap dispenser would be top notch on a hygienic level. Highly recommended.

02/05/2025: Se siete in giro in Monferrato con moto , bici, a piedi ecc. una tappa all'Ostu è d'obbligo. Abbiamo trovato questo angolo di piacere per caso, locale piccolo molto carino arredato con gusto. Accoglienza perfetta disponibili e gentilissimi, pochi piatti per lo più della tradizione preparati con cura e con prodotti ottimi. Una fortuna aver trovato questo posto. Prezzi contenuti. Ci torneremo sicuramente. Consigliatissimo

16/05/2025: A panoramic terrace allows you to enjoy the beautiful view in peace with very appropriate background music. The dishes of traditional Piedmontese cuisine are good. It's a shame about the high price, especially during lunch break, which does not allow the many people who have to eat lunch away from home for work to stop. I recommend planning a fixed price menu at least during lunch break from Monday to Friday.

03/12/2024: We had lunch and dinner at the bistro, the staff is professional and very kind. The cuisine is of quality. Good variety of wines and praise to the waiter who recommended a good wine. Too bad for the modern mis en place, now it's a battle for me, we want the tablecloth back!!! I'm tired of eating on the wooden table! When I see the tablecloths again I will give five stars. The exposed cellar is beautiful. Congratulations recommended.

30/05/2025: Updated review - there’s new (friendly) owners who’ve renovated the interior tastefully and have kept the menu classic (with some modern touches). Really impressed with the meal and prices are still very reasonable. Definitely visit if you’re in Nizza. PS don’t sleep on the cheese course - great selection of Italian cheeses

25/05/2025: “Il bello che non balla” if you are in Nice, for goodness sake stop by, but definitely not come here on purpose! Touristy but not characteristic. The dishes are good and the raw materials excellent but everything is very flat.
