02/05/2025: Location caratteristica situata nel centro storico di Castagnole L sotto i portici multicolore con vista sullo sconfinato panorama della valle . Personale gentilissimo molto accogliente e famigliare Ottimi piatti della tradizione piemontese. Originali i ravioli al plin con essenza di lavanda. Da gustare i taiarin al ragù di tre carni. Ottimi i dolci. Sicuramente da provare se passate da quelle parti. Lo consiglio.

30/11/2025: A group of friends and I had dinner at the Trattoria del Palio. Good food and excellent value. The only downside was the two pellet stoves on the porch, which vented onto the sidewalk, making it dangerous for passers-by.

05/08/2025: Sono stata in questo agriturismo per festeggiare il mio compleanno. Tutto è stato all'altezza della situazione, dal cibo ottimo e abbondante, alla gentilezza, disponibilità e cortesia di tutti i camerieri , sempre pronti a non far mancare nulla sulla tavola e a dimostrarsi presenti in ogni singola richiesta. L'abbondanza del cibo è superlativa, purtroppo non sono riuscita ad assaggiare tutto ma la vista è stata ampiamente appagata. La qualità è ottima e la presentazione dei piatti non è neppure lontanamente paragonabile ad altri. Ad oggi non sono riuscita a trovare nessun altro agriturismo/ristorante che possa essere al pari di questo. Un grazie sincero a tutti Voi per aver contribuito a farmi trascorrere insieme alla mia famiglia una festa di compleanno che non ha precedenti.

13/12/2025: Today, on our way back from Turin, we stumbled upon this place by chance....what can I say? This estate is a paradise. We ate Piedmontese specialties, all delicious, accompanied by a wine that was truly perfect for the palate and excellent value. If we ever return to that area, a stop here will definitely be a must.

27/11/2025: My boyfriend and I stayed at Tenuta Valminier with the Smartbox package and were blown away by the beauty of the place. The estate is surrounded by greenery, a magnificent garden filled with Christmas lights. We felt truly pampered: the estate was just for us since it was the low season, and Momo accompanied us during dinner with her kindness. The Castelmagno risotto with Bra sausage was excellent, and the overall experience was excellent (welcome aperitif, breakfast buffet, spacious and very clean room). It was special, and I'm sure we'll have the opportunity to return, perhaps when the weather is warmer to discover another side of this magnificent estate. Highly recommended.

23/10/2025: We spent our corporate team building day here and it was a wonderful discovery. Excellent wine, food, and hospitality, immersed in the tranquility of the Asti countryside. I hope to return soon!

20/08/2025: I joined friends last Sunday; they stayed there overnight. The excellent platter of cured meats and cheeses was accompanied by vegetables from the garden and their fantastic toasted hazelnuts. We also tasted their wines and used the pool all day. At the end of the day, we purchased some hazelnuts and wine. Recommended.
