22/09/2025: It's an excellent restaurant that also offers a couple of guest rooms. Located in a historic building in the hamlet of Frassino, it serves primarily traditional dishes from the Varaita Valley, using local ingredients. The food is truly high-quality without being expensive. I would increase the portions of the first courses, but that's just my personal opinion. The comfort of the hotel section is affected by the structural constraints inherent in a historic building, which nevertheless retains its character. The breakfast is truly excellent, plentiful and made with quality ingredients.

14/09/2025: Excellent food and a very pleasant atmosphere. I wasn't happy with the portions, which were far too small, especially the meat dishes, which should curb your cravings for something savory while you wait for dessert... luckily, the bonèt that ended the meal was simply spectacular! Service was a bit slow, so take your time.

26/10/2025: I grabbed a sandwich on the fly, spectacular guys, good and plentiful, recommended for anyone who wants to eat and visit.....delicious!!!!

29/10/2025: Today I had lunch with our group of friends... on Fridays... we meet every Friday to walk together in the mountains and yesterday our friend Edo booked for 8 for lunch... let's say that if you're not from the area it's difficult to find without a GPS... but if you're in the area... it's really worth it... from the outside... it looks like a normal house... in fact I gave 3🌟 but inside it's very warm and familiar... it feels like being at home... they're very fast and kind.. the food is good, the place is spacious, warm... and a special mention for the bathroom... there are 3 men/women/men with disabilities, the anteroom is spacious with 2 sinks, if there's really one thing that's not right it's the parking... one part is asphalted and the other is narrow... but the problem is that there's a difference in height of about ten centimeters... and you can trip easily especially... at night, please fix it as soon as possible!

06/10/2025: Nice place, food is not very good, both the fish and cured meats, and the prices are high for the quality. The farinata with lard is good.

27/08/2025: We had dinner here and had a great time. The staff were very friendly and the food was excellent (the farinata was superb!). The pan pizza was special. Excellent value for money.

19/10/2025: We stayed there for two nights in our VW bus. The Cotto family is very nice, and despite the grape harvest in progress, we received a warm welcome. We were allowed to park our bus at the very back of the lawn near the thuja hedges; larger camper vans were parked on the gravel parking lot under the trees. The disadvantage of our spot was that you could hear the road more clearly there than in the middle and front courtyard areas. The restrooms are modern and clean. The wine tasting and tour of the wine cellars were very good; the wines from this winery are truly fine and affordable. We also enjoyed the subsequent dinner in the attached restaurant. Highly recommend it and definitely buy some wine.

05/10/2025: We registered in advance by email for a camper van pitch and a wine tasting. The assigned pitch was functional, but nothing special. Hoping to do some more activities in the area (hiking, cycling), we checked in with our camper van at 3:00 PM. Unfortunately, the leisure activities weren't available to us. So we waited until 6:00 PM for the wine tasting to begin. The wine tasting began promptly at 6:00 PM. Although only English was signaled, the introduction was given entirely in Italian for 10 minutes. When we pointed out the lack of explanation, the moderator responded with a curt offer to explain things in English later. Since we were there specifically for the tasting, and it wasn't available in this format for us, we left the event early. The experience was disappointing; a lost vacation day. I wouldn't recommend it.

28/10/2025: We were there for a graduation party with aperitifs and appetizers followed by lunch. The dedicated room for 40 people was very elegant, and the food was excellent.

10/08/2025: We're a couple from Genoa and celebrated our anniversary at Madama Vigna restaurant near Asti, and I can say it was a real treat! The food was simply divine, every dish an explosion of flavor, and the presentation was impeccable. The service was incredibly professional, and the staff was friendly and attentive without being intrusive. We'd heard great things about the famous Michelin-starred restaurant nearby, but I can honestly say that Madama Vigna is twice as good, if not better! The quality of the food and the friendly service were a real treat for us, and we'll definitely be back. Thank you so much to the entire Madama Vigna staff for making our anniversary dinner unforgettable!

24/09/2025: Small restaurant near Lake "d'Alice" in Valchiusella, 20 minutes from the highway, near a parking area. At dinner menu offers regional typical dishes with excellent presentation and good quality /price ratio. A pleasant place in the countryside far from city chaos and noise.

27/10/2025: Spectacular dinner in a wonderful setting. Service is knowledgeable and attentive without being obtrusive. Fantastic wine list to suit all budgets. Top quality ingredients, cooked with love and care. Amazing.

23/07/2025: Campidoglio....a neighborhood that's being reborn, with new venues popping up in the past few years, nestled in period homes that have been reimagined and re-evaluated...Ratatui is one of them...cute, with a lovely courtyard area under a grapevine (mosquitoes aside...but that's fine with this heat), Piedmontese food and more, a few ethnic diversions to blend in with the many locals...well done...the waiters are great, and the owner is superb...a step forward...worth a visit.
