15/02/2025: We took a round focaccia for NEIVE, (raw fassona meat cut with a knife, parmigiana cream, crunchy lettuce, chopped Alba hazelnuts) and a white ciabatta for NEBIUS (roast turkey, tuna sauce, and modified instead of tomato, courgettes), with a coke, we spent around €16 between us. Honest, good, super filling and excellent quality raw material! Must try! Highly recommended for a stop&go because the guys are very quick to serve.

The structure retains the charm of the old houses and tells of the recovery interventions that have transformed it into a welcoming solution where you can spend a peaceful stay in the Valley. The tavern offers tasty dishes, perfect for discovering new flavours, with ethical respect for every creature. Umberto is helpful, kind and a pleasant interlocutor. There is no shortage of good literary suggestions to draw on and some furry friends always looking for cuddles!

17/01/2025: I have dinner with my partner and our dog. The place is lovely. The food is really good and, of course, cruel free. I drank a Dolcetto that tasted like poetry. I would love to return and maybe stay in one of their rooms so I can visit the valley. Well done, well done 👏👏👏

06/10/2024: A self service truly to be recommended. There is a wide possibility of firsts. Three plates. Lots of vegetables prepared with great taste, not just the usual boiled or grilled ones. The portions are still generous and served on ceramic plates as if you were in a starred restaurant. The menu includes water, breadsticks or bread and coffee. Truly a place to recommend for a lunch stop. It's a shame that it doesn't have its own bathroom and the one in the center isn't exactly the best and that there isn't Wi-Fi to be able to work before resuming the working afternoon. I would have also completed the two missing stars. But it's just a stimulus.

15/01/2025: The location is welcoming inside, even if the outside is rather simple. I went here with my family for dinner and I appreciated the menu, full of options suitable for everyone, perfect for families. The service was quick in bringing the drinks, which arrived just four minutes after ordering. However, my dish was served with a considerable delay compared to the others: 25 minutes instead of the expected 10. As for the food, the Milanese was really very good and well prepared, but unfortunately the pizza did not meet expectations. Overall, there are positive aspects and room for improvement, but it is a place that definitely has potential.

20/01/2025: Bel ristorante con davvero ottimi piatti. Antipasti primi e secondi sono stati tutti apprezzati. Su tutti, risotto ai funghi, anatra e fritto di pesce. Alcuni piatti forse un po' troppo abbondanti. Buona la proposta di vini. Cameriere molto disponibili e gentili. Unica pecca è stata la lunga attesa tra le portate; i piatti sono anche stati serviti a distanza di tempo uno dall'altro. Comunque assolutamente consigliato.

25/08/2024: An Hotel and restaurant with starred chef Pietro Perrone (Berlin, Lyon, Hotel Four Season in Milan). Quiet, beautiful rooms in contact with sounds and essences of the wild. The restaurant and hotel are located in the greenery of the hill adjacent to the entrance to the Sacro Monte and close to Galeazzo Alessi's triumphal arch. For a century the location has boasted hotel organizational capabilities but its origins date back to the seventeenth century. I had lunch with several guests and everyone had an excellent and classy welcome. In the wonderful patio, carefully assisted by Mrs. Angela Perrone, Director and Owner who leaves nothing to chance with rare management ability, the service has always been rapid and accurate, from times gone by. The aesthetically attractive dishes are curated by the international masterchef Pietro Perrone, fresh from experience in the international field from Lyon to Berlin and last but not least at the For season in Milan. It deserves to be known and to return, a hotel surrounded by nature perfect for relaxing and taking away stress.
