I've been going to Risto Ponti for several years, and the experience has always been impeccable. It's one of those restaurants you'll want to return to because you know you're guaranteed a great experience. The cuisine is typically Italian, well-prepared, with carefully crafted dishes and quality ingredients. What's truly impressive is the value for money: you eat very well for absolutely average prices—in fact, considering the quality, even lower than you'd expect. The welcome is another strong point: always warm, attentive, and professional. They make you feel at home without being intrusive, which is something that's not always a given these days. The waiters do their job adequately, but they could and should be more empathetic and attentive to customer service. The pizza is average, nothing particularly memorable, while the pasta—especially the one with fish sauce—is decidedly good and deserves a special mention. The beer selection could be improved; it's a bit limited. One plus is definitely the size of the restaurant: it's so large that you can almost always find a seat, even without a reservation. Overall, the value for money is reasonable and consistent with the offerings.

Vary the daily menus, otherwise everything is fine

I discovered this restaurant thanks to a friend who told me about it a while ago, so we decided to go together. We had a very good set menu: rice with pumpkin and burrata, spaghetti with garlic, oil, and chili pepper—all very good. Then for main courses, Milanese cutlet with beans and onion. Everything was very good. The pasta was al dente, the rice tender, and everything tasted good. The atmosphere was really nice, the waiters always smiling. The welcome was impeccable. It's a quiet place with ample parking. I also looked at the à la carte menu, and I can say there's a wide selection. It's right near the Trecate highway towards Milan. Congratulations to everyone. I highly recommend this place.
