08/02/2025: A really welcoming place to have an aperitif or a quick dinner. The shank, the sandwiches, the grilled meat and the sweet and savory crepes are excellent. They serve Baladin beer on tap or in bottles (I love it!). Kind and attentive staff.

It offers a wide variety of luxury brands and renowned stores at discounted prices, all in an elegant and well-kept environment. The design of the outlet is charming, with open-air streets that make walking between the stores very pleasant. There are many options to rest, such as cafes and restaurants, making it a complete experience. The staff in the stores is attentive and friendly, always ready to help. In addition, it is easy to get to from Milan, either by car or using the shuttle service they offer. Without a doubt, an essential place for those looking for quality and good offers in a comfortable and sophisticated environment. 100% recommended!

16/01/2025: I tried the restaurant last night. The dishes offered are highly sought after, there are offers based on both meat or fish and also interesting proposals for vegetarians/vegans. I recommend perhaps pairing them with one of the excellent cocktails they offer. Absolutely recommended place to spend a pleasant evening with friends!

08/12/2024: Sunday lunch. In the historic center of Saluzzo. Cozy room, with low, vaulted brick ceilings. Evocative environment. Strangely half-empty (besides ours, only one other table was occupied), fast and courteous service. Piedmontese cuisine with the right creative reinterpretation. Prices consistent with the quality of the food and the elegance of the environment. Advised

18/10/2024: I can tell you, without equivocation, that it was one of the best gastronomic experiences of my life! We ate a raw focaccia and burrata to divide in two (very crunchy and very tasty), the tajarin cacio e pepe (indescribable how good and delicate they were but still very tasty) and the meat plin carbonara (delicious and unforgettable), all accompanied by a glass of Barolo. Then a Rocher dessert (also fantastic). We will happily return several times. So, if you ever pass through Saluzzo, this nice and welcoming place is a safe choice without doubts.

09/12/2024: Birthday lunch with fixed menu, it is the first time I go to this restaurant, I usually opt for a farmhouse, I must say that with pleasure the courses have overcome my doubts, elaborate dishes with excellent quality, right quantity with double passage. Service attentive and friendly staff who are attentive to customers. The location is also beautiful. Finding a critical issue this time was not possible.

11/02/2025: I went to this tavern on a Monday evening. Apart from the very welcoming place, very clean and super competent staff, I was able to taste some delicacies. More precisely, I ate an appetizer consisting of samples of polenta, green tomino cheese, pepper with bagna càuda and veal with tuna sauce. As a first course I chose the plin with roast sauce. For wine I drank a bottle of arneis. I finished it all off with their cake called 500. I found everything delicious, very fresh and cooked very well. Very quiet environment with background music that is not at all annoying. The price is more than affordable. I highly recommend trying it at least once, you won't be disappointed at all.

23/02/2025: A truly excellent restaurant. We had dinner and all the dishes we tried expressed the high quality of the ingredients as well as being decidedly well cooked. The bulk wine was also very good. Definitely worth returning.
