05/06/2025: J'étais avec 7 amis golfeurs pour une semaine dans le Piémont. Un jour sans golf nous a permis de parcourir la région d'Alba. Nous avons déjeuné dans ce Restaurant. Excellente découverte par Tripadvisor et d'autres guides. Accueil chaleureux, très bonne Table, une carte des vins remarquable, un service excellent. Spécialités régionales. Cette adresse mérite les bons ratings. A recommander.

22/05/2025: Una bella location direttamente nel centro del paese di Monforte d’alba, il suo allestimento molto particolare ed elegante e la sua piccola terrazza, che affaccia sulle vigne. Il suo servizio è molto curato tutti molto preparati, la cucina buona e non scontata. Ci siamo trovati bene.

07/06/2025: Dropped by for a quick lunch and then a round of boiled meats with saline and tagliata. All delicious accompanied by an excellent Nebbiolo in bulk.

04/06/2025: Locale ubicato in vicinanza del casello autostradale,ambiente vasto con arredamento rustico,molti camerieri che garantiscono un servizio veloce. Il locale a pranzo fa anche il menu lavoro mi pare a €14,anche per questo motivo c'è una grande affluenza. Ho scelto di pranzare alla carta,scegliendo come primo maccheroncini al torchio con ragu' di vitello,pasta con cottura corretta ma il ragu' era piuttosto salato. Come secondo una tagliata di manzo con contorno di patatine fritte,discreta. Rapporto qualita'/prezzo nella media della zona,mi aspettavo che il contorno fosse compreso nel prezzo del secondo,invece era a parte a €4. Giudizio complessivo discreto.

19/04/2025: High level restaurant, the first I tried that was in a Michelin guide - the 23. Impeccable service, the environment of the restaurant is welcoming, elegant and very clean, nothing is left to chance and every furnishing element is well suited to the restaurant. Excellent choice of food even just à la carte, and for a restaurant present in a Michelin Guide, the bill is only slightly higher than that of a "normal" restaurant. An experience I want to repeat.

04/03/2025: Venire da Milano a Biella praticamente per cenare qui da Matteo dovrebbe essere già un modo per dire che merita, ormai ogni volta che siamo in zona, è una tappa obbligata, locale curato e piatti che valgono la menzione sulla guida Michelin, bravi !

05/05/2025: Very nice and comfortable environment, very professional and kind staff. More than positive experience. The amazing egg 64. The Nebbiolo that accompanied our family dinner was also very pleasant. I recommend it without any reservations.

13/06/2025: Great food but because of the heat we only had 2 appetizers and no wine. Other times we ate very well and the wines are also good but it was winter. The service was definitely slow. We will return anyway.

27/05/2025: At the gates of the ancient Collegno is this "osteria" run by young people who prepare typical Piedmontese dishes, very well-prepared, excellent! Don't miss the desserts, creams always prepared by them, delicious! We'll be back soon!

04/05/2025: Locale pulito, servizio adeguato. Menù senza voli pindarici,piatti semplici,ben eseguiti con prodotti di qualità. Da ricordare l'antipasto misto piemontese e il gelato artigianale. Prezzo modesto. Bello il cortiletto interno vista cucina.
