24/07/2025: My family and I stopped at Rigatony for dinner and refreshments during a long journey. We were greeted immediately and seated immediately. They quickly brought out the food, which was truly excellent. The atmosphere was clean and comfortable, the waiters were super helpful and friendly. Highly recommended. The price wasn't even excessive. Absolutely top-notch.

01/06/2025: Lasciata l’auto a fondovalle a Pradeltorno a mt 1015 (ultima borgata di Angrogna), ci s’incammina per la strada sterrata carrozzabile. Dopo 200 mt sulla sx inizia il sentiero nel bosco. In altrenativa si puó proseguire sulla sterrata. Entrambe le strade portano al rifugio Sap. La passeggiata dura circa un’ora e un quarto, prevalentemente in salita, ma i paesaggi che s’incontrano salendo, ripagano ampiamente della fatica inevitabile. Un susseguirsi di faggi, betulle, felci giganti e rovi costeggiano il torrente Angrogna e ad un certo punto lasciano il posto a un giardino botanico a cielo aperto, fatto di mirtilli, rododendri fucsia e acacie. Bellissimo. Consiglio la sterrata, se non siete camminatori abituali, poichè il sentiero nel bosco è ripido e a tratti su terreno sconnesso fatto di pietre. Quando si giunge a destinazione (mt 1480), si staglia davanti un pianoro verdeggiante e immenso, e poco più in basso il tetto a lose di una piccola casetta di pietre e degli ombrelloni coloratissimi: siete arrivati al rifugio!! Pranzo ottimo, menù da ristorante più che da rifugio, cinque stelle sono poche per descrivere la gentilezza e cordialitá del proprietario e di sua moglie. Tutto buonissimo, ma il top sono gli zuccherini che Dario offre a fine pranzo, uno più buono dell’altro, da non riuscire a smettere!!! Provare per credere!!!

30/06/2025: A welcoming and comfortable place, exquisite kindness of the staff. Tasty and varied food, in my case I made small changes to make the dish vegetarian and they immediately satisfied me. We will definitely be back!

12/06/2025: Simple place, close to the departure point for going to the ski slopes, I was there in the summer, the food is good, it's clean, the sweet crepes are fantastic!!!!!!

22/06/2025: Verrò ad abitare qui a Carignano tra pochi giorni, e devo dire una cittadina a misura d'uomo. Il Gelatiere è un fiore all'occhiello di questo paese. Abbiamo preso bergamotto e zenzero, e mela e cannella e fondente. Da applauso!! Sapremo dove venire da luglio in poi, complimenti a tutto lo staff!!

30/05/2025: First time to enjoy breakfast here after only cafe/drinks or gelato. I like the difference of the shop and friendly manner of the lady owner. We really enjoy a big breakfast that we were so full and could not have proper lunch 😀. Lovely space, cosy and outdoor seatings. This shop creates more liveliness for this town.

26/07/2025: Cena in questo circolo dopo partita di calcetto. Pizza molto buona, a seguire risotto e roast-beef con patate al forno (un po’ asciutto). Buona scelta di birre, vino così così. Da rivedere

05/07/2025: Typical Walser house used as a refuge and restaurant. Simple and well-cooked traditional dishes with quality raw materials. Young and very kind staff, with the awareness that a smile makes the difference and costs nothing. Very honest prices and quick service. Given the context and the possible excursions in the surroundings we will probably return for a few days of relaxation. Congratulations to everyone. From Walser to Walser.

22/07/2025: Cibo buono, servizio presente e veloce, staff gentile e disponibile, conto giusto. Secondo me il menù è da migliorare (non metterei i piatti di pesce e punterei più sul tipico). Nel complesso consigliato!
