Baratti & Milano In Torino

We had breakfast at Baratti & Milano, and the experience lived up to the establishment's reputation. The setting is absolutely exceptional: you truly feel transported back in time to a historic Turin café, with an elegant and refined atmosphere. Between the gilding, the mirrors, and the decor of the Galleria Subalpina, the ambiance contributes as much to the experience as the food itself. The products were excellent, from the pastries and chocolates to the hot drinks. Everything is meticulously presented and of high quality. The service was also pleasant and professional. Of course, the prices are high, but they remain consistent with the setting, the history of the place, and the overall experience offered. A truly wonderful place to enjoy an elegant and quintessentially Turin breakfast.

A traditional Turin café. It's located inside a beautiful arcade, and the café itself is equally charming. The bicerin is excellent, and the pastries are delightful. It's well worth a visit; it transports you to another era.

Dining at Baratti e Milano is an exceptional experience: the historic location, the refined atmosphere, the timeless service, and, last but not least, the cuisine of the highest caliber. The chef draws on Piedmontese tradition to create ineffable dishes. The wines are superb.

Spectacular lunch in an exclusive location. The staff were friendly, knowledgeable, and empathetic... the quality of the ingredients was unbeatable! I highly recommend the vitello tonnato.

Beautiful place, delicious coffee, but more expensive than elsewhere. The service was pleasant, they seated us at a table right away and served us quickly.

Honestly, I expected higher quality, especially for the price, but you probably pay a lot for the location. The croissants are good, but far from other famous Turin bakeries. The sandwiches are standard (and small), the hot chocolate is good, and the industrial fruit juices are overpriced.

Excellent location, excellent food, recommended!

We've been there several times and it's perfect for lunch or a simple coffee and dessert. Very elegant! The bicerin, desserts, and food are delicious! The last time, the maître d' was a little rude about the stroller, but I think it was more due to the heavy workload. Lunch was great! Be careful with the wines: bottles can cost over €120 🧐😉

I came here for breakfast today to try this very famous place. Very nice place, really nice, very friendly and kind staff, good food, but I was expecting something more exciting. We had an apple strudel, very good, a puff pastry with hazelnut cream, and one with raspberry coulis cream. The latter two, besides not having much filling, didn't really impress me with the creams; one was a normal cream like many others, and the other hazelnut one had a slightly strange flavor that wasn't to my liking.
