29/04/2025: We went there the first time a bit by chance when they were offering the bagna cauda menu... and from there we went back 3 more times for the bagna cauda and on other occasions. Obviously the bagna cauda is amazing but the rest of the cuisine is also very good, varied and Francesco is always available to make changes to the menu if you don't like something. The desserts are delicious, homemade, reminiscent of grandma's desserts! Now I feel like I'm going to lunch with friends when I come here!

21/06/2025: It had been a few years since I went to this place and I was very disappointed. The management has probably changed, but the chef has certainly changed. All the dishes we ordered were "disconnected" in taste .... spaghetti with clams, mussels with pepper and stuffed calamari. A real shame because the place is strategic to continue the evening in the center of the Roman quadrilateral of Turin. The only positive note is that, having pointed out to the management the poor quality of the spaghetti with clams dish, when it came time to pay they were not charged for the dish. I believe that more attention to the cuisine could give this place a new verve.

14/06/2025: Excellent raw fish appetizer, fresh. A first course very salty as well as the vegetable side dish that was inedible. Other courses ordered had very questionable combinations. The positive reviews are from a year ago. Maybe there is a new chef .....

27/05/2025: We went to this tavern in Turin for a dinner with friends and decided to try their tapas. I must say that overall they pleasantly surprised us: well-made and carefully plated dishes, in a cuisine that carefully reinterprets the Piedmontese tradition and beyond. Among the courses, the Russian salad seemed a little subdued to me: perhaps it just lacked a touch of extra liveliness, but this is of course a personal perception. For the rest, everything was really well done. The service was impeccable: professional, attentive and never intrusive. An excellent experience for those looking for a well-kept and welcoming place to enjoy special dishes made with fresh products. Very interesting quality-price ratio

26/04/2025: Durante il soggiorno in Piemonte abbiamo cenato due volte da Angelo. La prima da soli, in coppia, la seconda con altri avventori del nostro stesso b&b. In entrambe le occasioni, come da titolo, più che cene esperienze. Credo siano state tra le serate culinarie più particolari della nostra vita. Nel racconto di Angelo ma anche e soprattutto nei suoi piatti c'è la passione per la cucina e per il territorio. C'è l'urgenza di condividere questo amore con gli altri. C'è la ricerca della materia (da quella spontanea a quella coltivata a quella allevata). C'è grande studio nell'abbinamento di sapori e consistenze. La location in sé è molto semplice, ma avere intorno prima il tramonto e poi la stellata ci ha fatto sentire in un posto speciale a 360 gradi. Ci sentiamo fortunati ad aver scoperto questo angolo di mondo.

08/06/2025: We spent six wonderful days in and around Stresa. During these days, we were able to call this wonderful hotel our home. It was very well located just outside of Stresa's city center. Quiet and easily accessible. The hosts were super friendly and welcoming. Manuela had the perfect excursions for us every morning, tailored to the weather forecast. A hotel that we highly recommend and would visit again ourselves at any time.

19/05/2025: Good morning, I went to eat, a very nice and clean place, it's a shame that the menu is limited in choice, 2 good starters, only one good first course on the menu, and the second course is either tomini or capollo which is not as good as grilled ham. It is not possible to keep the white wine in the fridge on ice because it does not have a special container. Damn, the name trattoria.... but you can do better.

31/03/2025: Ambiente rustico ed accogliente. Personale gentile e simpatico. Servizio preciso con tempi medi. Ottima la cucina dall'antipasto ai dolci. Struttura posizionata sulla statale ideale per chi è di passaggio ma non per la sosta, piccolo parcheggio. Bravi a tutto il personale. Ci ritornerò e lo consiglio con prenotazione. In allegato la nostra esperienza.

11/05/2025: We came here for my dad's 68th birthday. We had a very, very good time! Ate very well, very homely and traditional Piedmontese cuisine: starter of various cured meats, tagliatelle with meat sauce, main course based on chicken and pork. We felt like 'at home'. I give 4 stars to the rooms because I wasn't able to try them but 5 stars for the service you deserve. Until next time!!!

24/05/2025: Percorrendo il cammino di Oropa, la seconda tappa termina a Graglia: è quasi obbligatorio cenare al ristorante del santuario (se se riesce a trovare posto, gli ambienti sono grandi ma l'affollamento è tanto, prenotate...) che propone il menù del cammino a 15 Euro, oppure 20 Euro aggiungendo il secondo, bevande comprese... Prezzi che non si trovano più! Si entra tutti insieme alle 20 e l'inizio cena è un po' macchinoso, ma i camerieri sono davvero tanti ed i piatti arrivano abbastanza velocemente. Quattro antipasti, un primo ed un dolce (l'unica portata che bisogna scegliere), con acqua, vino e caffè compresi e con bis offerti per ogni piatto. Qualità buona, quantità più che adeguate, prezzi ottimi, servizio ok: cosa c'è di meglio?

28/04/2025: Cibo buono, camerieri attenti e puntuali, ottimo rapporto qualità prezzo. Prenotato una settimana prima vista la tanta affluenza di pellegrini e mi hanno richiesto anche la conferma della prenotazione il giorno stesso. Bravi!! Consigliatissimo

02/06/2025: Restaurant in the center of Moncalvo. Inside the rooms are a bit small and outside you are right on the street. The food is excellent! The Fassona meat is exceptional! The service is very courteous, helpful and friendly. Medium-high prices. The Fassona tartare with parmesan flakes and artichokes is excellent!
