04/03/2025: Cena ristorante stellato trovato in Guida, tra le colline del Barolo, posto raffinato anche se la sera della nostra cena era decisamente affollato, troppi coperti per una esperienza positiva Michelin; tuttavia il cibo è decisamente buono, porzioni giuste e lo chef simpatico che fa il giro dei tavoli rendono comunque giustizia al conto. Bene

Se volete un valido pranzo qui lo troverete e mangiando qui aiuterete la ONLUS Voci Erranti. Ottimo per pranzi di laurea essendo attaccato all'università. Ottimo anche per pranzi di lavoro. Prezzi molto modici e un clima intimo e familiare per chi ama trattarsi bene.

01/01/2025: The only thing of a high standard is the bill, for example: I ordered spaghetti with clams, I received fresh pasta presses with seven tasteless clams, all defrosted and all stuck together, let's not talk about the dessert "made by them", yes , but with Buitoni puff pastry! The dishes served turned out to be all, from the first to the last, a delight for the palate, it's been a long time since I ate so well and with such perfect combinations of products! 31/12/2024: Abbiamo cenato in questo ristorante la sera di San Silvestro, sono stati molto accoglienti e carini nel aggiustare il menù “fisso” (di capodanno) secondo le nostre esigenze alimentari, pasti buoni ma il dolce non é il loro punto forte. Per il resto ci siamo sentiti molto a nostro agio grazie al servizio attento e curato.

02/01/2025: The Rifugio La Carlina, managed by Marta since this year, turned out to be a very good choice to celebrate New Year's Eve with our group of friends. The dormitories, renovated this summer, are large, warm and welcoming. We spent 2 days playing board games, in a welcoming atmosphere, accompanied by excellent food and the kindness of Marta, always attentive to everyone's needs (vegetarians and various allergies). The clear skies and pink dawns were the setting for a truly special experience. Being a stopping point on the Occitan Routes, the refuge is perfect for both hikers and those simply looking for a quiet place to unwind. highly recommended!
