Piedmontese cuisine restaurant in the starters worth mentioning the raw meat, good choice of wines, excellent pleasant local panna cotta, the Olmo Gentile location very characteristic for the view of the Langhe tower and oratory. Of note are the Italian Post Office and the Enel X charging station for electric cars.

Siamo stati a cena ieri in serata... Che dire un posto accogliente, piccolo alla mano, ma con una grande cantina di vini. Il cibo è buono, l'accoglienza pure e mangiare guardando i vini per me è uno spasso! Se volete della buona semplicità venite qui!

Wir waren in Perletto in einem schönen Rustico von Freunden und beschlossen eines Abends im Della Posta zu essen. Das Dinner begann mit unvergesslichen Focaccias. Danach folgten 5 köstliche Vorspeisen, ein Primo, eine Hauptspeise und zwei hervorragende Desserts. Die Bedienung war sehr aufmerksam und freundlich. Zum Essen gab es eine grosse Auswahl von feinen Weinen. Wunderschön war auch die Aussicht über die Hügelketten Richtung Westen.

08/03/2024: Ate a dish on a rainy day which did not allow us to fully appreciate the place. A slightly noisy place for Sunday lunch for families with children. Friendly staff, good choice of wines. Good quality food, slightly higher prices for an excellent quality ratio
