11/05/2025: We have been ordering from this pizzeria for years but tonight's experience was somewhat disappointing. The pizzas arrived on time but the toppings were completely spilled inside the carton. We had to scoop them up with a spoon to put them back on the pizza. We called the place to report what happened, asking them to be more careful, but the response we got was "I'm messed up at the moment". This doesn't seem like correct behavior to us and it made everything much more unpleasant.

26/05/2025: Really good ice cream, patient service as we invaded the ice cream shop with two swimming teams.

19/04/2025: Certainly expensive and little product for the price (€5 for a small cup of 4 flavors for the price) but certainly an excellent ice cream where you can fully feel the flavours. I give 3 stars only for the price but the product is worth 5.

26/06/2025: It wouldn't be a one-star review but we need to lower this average 4 and a half stars are really exaggerated. I didn't feel like going to a restaurant I said I'll eat something quick in this deli that they speak highly of. If I had gone to a restaurant it would have been better. The lady is very kind, however... I asked for a plate of mixed appetizers, a plate of vegetables, a coke and a coffee, I was served a mix of appetizers and a small plate of vegetables, in both cases they weren't large dishes, the quality was certainly not excellent let's say average, then the surprise was a bit when it came to paying, when I saw the bill of €24.50 Probably in any restaurant here in the area I would have spent much less with a fixed menu and I wouldn't have eaten worse. I'm sorry I didn't take photos of the dishes but if I had known I would have done so..

11/08/2025: Free fall! -1 star Tourist trap, poor and sour food, arrogant staff who seem annoyed by the presence of so few customers. Three plates of inedible gnocchi and a bottle of water for €42.

26/05/2025: Good morning, I bought two pieces of white focaccia that I paid a whopping €7, To have a comparison pieces that if I buy in any other bakery I would have paid €3 I do not recommend.

22/12/2024: December 2024: placed an order with home delivery: a panzerotto, a farinata and a portion of croquettes. The latter were fried terribly. I strongly advise against it.

02/07/2025: Siamo passati da Vercelli per vedere un cliente proprio vicino alla trattoria. Abbiamo chiesto se potessimo avere il menù fisso e la risposta è stata: “è riservato a chi ha la partita iva e de operaio, ma io ho precisato se siamo dei lavoratori commercianti?” Risposta: “penso di sì devo chiedere….” Abbiamo preso un primo e un secondo con un contorno, ovviamente alla cassa non siamo risultati operai ma lavoratori di un’altra categoria, abbiamo pagato a parte anche il contorno, e richiesta la fattura. Per avere il menù fisso non basta essere lavoratori con partita iva ma bisogna avere un abbigliamento da muratore così da avere accesso a un menù fisso. O forse meglio che cambiano lavoro in questa trattoria!

08/02/2025: Booked pizzas for home delivery: (call made at 5.45pm and I was told that there were no problems with the time) so I booked for 7pm, they didn't even ask me for my mobile number, pizzas arrived at 8.13pm after 2 reminder calls, on the first call they told me that my street didn't exist on the Tom Tom, on the second call, yes, the pizzas are arriving and we'll make them again. Having said that: reheated pizzas, burnt farinata, cold fried potatoes, and above all not even a discount or a "sorry for the inconvenience" ever again!!!

29/07/2025: Dinner on a Monday evening, not very pleasant for the welcome, the smile of the waitress and the manager were non-existent, we felt very clearly that our presence was in the way because no one else was dining and everyone was waiting for us to leave to close the door once we had crossed the threshold. 18/02/2025: Booked for 6 people, very disappointing evening, after placing the order we waited more than forty minutes, we asked why the starter hadn't arrived yet, we were told that we had to wait because they were messed up, we said then bring us the pizzas first, they replied arrogantly and but you have to wait more than half an hour.

23/04/2025: I hope that the guy who took the orders isn't the owner... a rude, grumpy and irreverent person... because if he were, it would mean that he didn't understand anything about what it means to be an entrepreneur. I don't want to go on too long... it's not the first time we have lunch in this place which we like for the furnishings and also for the food even if lately it has become too expensive for our pockets. The lady has always been courteous, but the guy wasn't having his best day yesterday, a really bad performance... and he knows what I'm talking about. I would also like to point out that lately they only want to be paid in cash, citing the fact that the ATM doesn't work... a trivial and redundant excuse. I also had to ask questions about the cover charge... the menu says a price (2.50 per person) they ask for 3 on the non-receipt... well we definitely won't be back... too bad.

23/04/2025: mi auguro che il tizio che ha preso le comande non sia il proprietario... persona scortese, scorbutica e irriverente... perché se così fosse vorrebbe dire che non ha capito niente di cosa significhi fare l'imprenditore. Non voglio dilungarmi troppo...non é la prima volta che pranziamo in questo posto che ci piace per gli arredi e anche per il cibo anche se ultimamente é diventato troppo caro per le nostre tasche. La signora é sempre stata cortese, ma il tizio, ieri, non era nella sua giornata migliore, davvero una brutta performance... e lui sa a cosa mi riferisco. Segnalo inoltre che ultimamente vogliono solo essere pagati in contanti adducendo al fatto che il bancomat non funzioni... scusa banale e ridondante. Ho dovuto fare questioni pure sul coperto...il menù dice un prezzo ( 2.50 a persona) loro ne chiedono 3 sul non-scontrino...bho sicuramente non ci torneremo... peccato
