04/08/2025: Cattivo rapporto qualità prezzo. Abbiamo preso polenta e cervo:polenta di bassa qualità,liquida e il cervo non pervenuto mangi polenta e basta perché è povera di condimento. Formaggi non tutti di zona e la giardiniera sembrava del supermercato. Acqua servita in bottiglie di plastica da 1/2 litro,vino pessimo.

14/07/2025: Buonasera sono stato con mia moglie qualche giorni fa a pranzo. Abbiamo ordinato polenta e salsiccia. Innanzitutto sembrava una polenta istantanea e la cosa peggiore che era liquida, sembrava brodo. Questo locale non lo consiglierei.

21/07/2025: I went into this bar, where I ordered breakfast with my boyfriend. The service was terrible, and the peach juice was sour. As soon as we entered and left, not only didn't give us the correct change, but he never even offered a welcoming smile or a courtesy. I won't be back.

02/03/2025: During a stay in Claviere around 3pm I come across the shop window and through the glass I see a beautiful environment and the tables set. I find the prices displayed a little expensive, but I imagine it might be worth it. So I visit the restaurant's website, where it insistently offers me to book online. I convince myself, fill in and send the request correctly. I received the booking confirmation via email. I show up at the agreed time and find it closed. I can only add: even leaving aside the laziness and lack of professionalism, why the hell did they leave the tables set?

31/07/2025: Great, a place with a magnificent view, good meal and delicious tiramisu, very friendly service, I'm glad I didn't read the comments before coming.

25/07/2025: A terrible impression in 15 seconds flat. We walked in at 10 PM to order a coffee, and the tipsy-looking gentleman behind the counter shouted (literally) that the place wasn't a coffee shop. We walked out. Given the statement, and the force with which it was expressed, perhaps the "coffee" sign plastered across the entrance should be reevaluated. The star should be removed, rather than added.

22/07/2025: The owners of this bar named their dogs Adolf and Benito, and not as a joke or in a derogatory manner. This tells you all you need to know about the establishment and its owners.

28/07/2025: On a quiet, and therefore peaceful, street, we enjoyed some delicious pizzas (the Bomba is a must-try), seasoned with a delicious spicy oil. A very pleasant experience. The service was fast. We had very little wait. The servers all spoke English, French, and Italian, which was extremely convenient.

27/07/2025: I had dinner and lunch over the course of two days, but I have to say I wasn't very satisfied with the food. I found the linguine with clams and tagliatelle with porcini mushrooms to be very, very dry, especially the "rinsed" clams, which lacked flavor. The seafood spaghetti was also flavorless. The mixed fried fish, on the other hand, was good. The prices are reasonable for the area, and the service and all the staff were very commendable. Cleanliness and location were excellent. It's still a place I'd probably return to.

13/06/2025: Fantastic food! Mixed salad was very fresh and 2 pizzas we ordered were the best we've had in our 7 days here in Italy. We don't do repeat holidays, so unlikely we'll be in the area again, but would come here is we are!

08/03/2025: Apericena x la festa delle donne molto deludente L'aperitivo spritz servito in un bicchiere da acqua e imbevibile Il tagliere lasciato praticamente pieno non siamo riuscite a mangiare quasi nulla pizza ,focaccia non di giornata panzerotto gommoso e il tutto unto e freddo ritagli di torte salate immangiabili tre fette di salame milano che non abbiamo mangiato, una ciotola pasta scondita e riscaldata che non siamo riusciti a mangiare dopo il primo boccone Ci dispiace molto esperienza da non rifare

09/02/2025: Enviable location in an Olivetti building. Service not up to par: €1 per person to cut the cake purchased by us and brought to them before my daughter's birthday party. Total €17 more... in addition to the cost of the aperitif. They should have notified us at the time reservation.

06/02/2025: The only plus point is the location due to its proximity to the slopes. Poor cleanliness (as soon as we arrived I had to ask to clean up our bathroom where there was hair and hair and tubes of products left by previous guests, which despite the cleaning I found there, I didn't want to request another cleaning and I made do...), the shower drain was clogged and I didn't want to attack there too... the smell of sewage drains throughout the hotel, poorly covered by deodorants scattered here and there. The holiday ended with a sleepless night due to enteritis after dinner for all the members of our group, and after pointing it out the next morning we were told that no other guest had complained. It's a shame that during the night we could hear the toilets flushing continuously from the nearby rooms... I don't think anyone else was sick besides us... Maybe when we pointed it out, it was enough for them to tell us that no one had felt sick, and instead of telling us to go to the emergency room, perhaps ask if we needed anything despite the fact that they were confident about their actions. And then I hear the answer that they will turn to the appropriate authorities for the slander? And complain that the previous evening we ate in abundance and had an encore of dishes? It would have been enough to say: "we can't serve you anything else!". As for the fact that we ate elsewhere at midday, I would like to point out that we all ate different things. I personally didn't ask for a refund and I don't intend to slander the work of others and I certainly don't blame the weather on the hotel (of course!) No expense is spared when you go on holiday, but at least the essential things and the evidence of what is criticized...

04/02/2025: Excellent location, old and crumbling structure and furnishings, insufficient room comfort, poor cleanliness and, last but not least, enteritis for all 6 members of our group after dinner.

22/07/2025: A scam; incredibly expensive price for what's on the plate. An unpleasant waiter. Move on. Three tomatoes and mozzarella 13 euros and as usual, extra service, so a bill of 70 euros for three to eat spaghetti and tomatoes with mozzarella. Coke or lemonade 5 euros

21/07/2025: Quite pleasant outdoor setting. Prices are rather high. The daily menu was supposedly the same as the previous day's, and the options were unavailable (the sign, however, remained unchanged)! Hmm! Service was more or less friendly...

22/06/2025: I went to Bar Cristallo for a pre-concert aperitif by PTN, so I need to make a necessary premise: it was a chaotic evening and the place is just a few steps from the stadium, so I avoid judging the organization and the service too harshly, which were courteous despite the confusion. My friends and I ordered two Spritz and a glass of Arneis (served in a plastic cup - they explained to me that it is mandatory in the case of events of this type for safety reasons). We were accompanied by a shared tray of appetizers: the quantity was decent, but the quality of the cured meats didn't particularly convince me. When we asked if there was a table, we were told that perhaps we could go down to the room below, but luckily one became available upstairs and we sat there. I write “luckily” because, later, going down to use the bathroom, I noticed that the room is rather simple and a bit spartan: not air conditioned, with windows overlooking the pipes and the entrance to the kitchen next door. Definitely an environment that could be improved to make it more welcoming. Total price: €29 for three, so about €9.50 per person. An overall fair price for a drink and accompaniment. In short: a convenient place for a quick aperitif before an event, thanks to its strategic location. With a few more adjustments to the environment, it could offer a more refined experience.

20/03/2025: When I'm near Viali di Nichelino I like to go for breakfast or lunch at Panfé. The atmosphere is cheerful and the food excellent. From the focaccias to the pizzas, everything is delicious, not to mention the croissants, especially the ones stuffed by them! 🤤 The girls are nice and kind and if they can please the customer they do it! The aperitif with the excellent cutting board, rich and at a super price! Well done girls, keep it up!
