15/06/2025: De pasta was goed, maar de pizza smaakte naar verbrand plastic. We hebben daar iets van gezegd en de pizza is van de rekening afgehaald. Dat was wel netjes. Mooi uitzicht op Lago Maggiore. Bediening was vriendelijk.

21/10/2025: A beautiful, tastefully decorated and visually pleasing venue located in the Chieri shopping center. It's a pleasant spot for a quick stop amidst the surrounding shops, thanks to its refined atmosphere and attention to detail. However, it's lacking in practicality compared to the offerings: I wouldn't recommend it for an aperitivo, as the menu isn't convincing. €20 for two spritzes includes two small gourmet sandwiches, aesthetically pleasing but lacking in flavor for the price and the expectations created by the aperitivo "menu." An impressive experience at first, but one that leaves one with a feeling of superficial rather than substantial pleasure.

01/10/2025: An hour and a quarter late, heavy pizza, and raw tomatoes. Never again.
I want my money back.
20/07/2025: We ordered a devil's pizza from Glovo to share. Besides the fact that it took an hour for it to arrive, I had to call the restaurant after half an hour of waiting, and they said "it's about to leave now." When the delivery guy arrived, I got out, and he didn't even look at me. The pizza was truly terrible: sticky, soggy, and raw dough! The ingredients on top were all burnt, piled on top, and of terrible quality. I swear it makes my throat burn. I would have preferred to set fire to the money I wasted.

25/10/2025: If I could give it zero stars, I wouldn't hesitate for a moment. Reading the other reviews, I realized I'm not the only one who noticed the utter dirtiness! Everything inside the restaurant, from the counter to the tables, the stained tablecloths, and even the disgustingly dirty glasses. If only that were the only flaw! It took over 20 minutes to serve four people at the same table with the restaurant completely empty. We rightly pointed this out to the young lady there, who made sure to point out that she has three degrees... She agrees with us that degrees don't make for good cleaning. As someone who works in the industry, I feel truly cheated, especially because we paid 20 euros to eat in a filthy restaurant. We've considered calling the local health authority; someone will do it sooner or later!

I spent €28 and ended up putting everything in the bin.
Nice owner and it looks nice from the outside but everything else about the shop is disgusting and expensive. It is totally gross and rank.
The cheese is literally rotting on the counter in front of the customers nose. Food has maggots in it. Bread and pastries are weeks old.
What a total rip off. I am sorry to write such a bad review but this shop is a health hazard and something needs to be said.
I am struggling to get over the bad experience and move on. To be charged exorbitant prices for stale and old food is outrageous. The maggots are bad enough but the way the owner pretends to be nice and kindly only to literally feed you maggots is really hard to forget. Gross. I am shocked that this shop has not been closed down.

19/10/2025: Rude and dishonest staff. After pointing out that my order wasn't what I'd asked for, I was told "the price wouldn't change," which wasn't true.
Disappointing experience, I won't be returning.
06/09/2025: Very expensive, juices cost €4.50 for a narrow glass, but they're diluted and watered down!
We won't be back!

20/07/2025: We stayed at the hotel for three nights and initially had high expectations for the restaurant. The menu displayed at reception looked like it had a good variety and appealing dishes, so we decided to dine there one evening.
Unfortunately, the experience was disappointing. We ordered cannelloni and sausage with potatoes, but neither dish looked particularly appetizing. Even worse, the food was cold. I politely pointed out to the staff that my dish was cold, and although they took it back, it came back only slightly warmer—but still not properly reheated. Honestly, it tasted like a microwaved meal, both in quality and presentation. I ended up eating it only because I was hungry.
I later expressed my disappointment again, but the response I received was simply, "You should have told me," despite having told them just minutes earlier. No apology, nor any real interest in making amends.
It's a shame, because the overall appearance of the hotel is good, and I had a pleasant stay. With some improvements in the kitchen and more careful communication from the staff, the restaurant could really live up to the expectations created by the menu.
