25/08/2024: Pessima esperienza, ho prenotato per il mio compleanno, ma sono stata accolta malissimo, volevo mangiare fuori e godere della vista del parco, ma mi è stato detto che non si prenota fuori, ma solo dentro. Abbiamo aspettato che si liberasse un tavolo fuori ma poi si sono sedute delle persone che avevano prenotato. Ho chiesto chiarimenti al proprietario ma sembrava che li seccasse avere gente. Io ho preferito andar via e di non ritornarci più in quel ristorante. Al parco si, ci ritornero'.

22/08/2024: Grazioso e accogliente ristorante con tavoli all'aperto, all'interno del parco della tesoriera. Ho mangiato una carbonara SPETTACOLARE, con tanta pasta (circa 120g), un'ottima cremina di uovo ricca di pepe, e guanciale croccante, come suggerito dalla gentilissima cameriera Erica. Insieme a lei, anche Jason e Tiziana, davvero cordiali, disponibili e affabili. Buon rapporto qualità prezzo, ambiente accogliente e informale, personale gentile e di simpatia: consigliatissimo!

25/12/2024: Good quality pastry, but on the contrary the lady who serves is really rude, sometimes even rude. Certainly not suitable for being in contact with the public.

26/10/2024: Approdata un'ennesima volta a Nizza Monferrato per Libri in Nizza, alla chiusura del Foro Boario mi metto alla ricerca di un luogo dove assaporare, e premiarmi, con una cena tradizionale piemontese. Al quinto locale che risponde al telefono con uno scoraggiante <>, decido di per percorrere la strada ed entrare nella zona pedonale. Ma il risultato non cambia: un solo coperto di sabato sera è temuto dai ristoratori. Entro anche al Campanon, consigliato anche dagli organizzatori della festa nicese dei libri e delle idee. Personale attento sin dal mio ingresso: si consultano e mi accolgo chiedendomi dieci minuti di pazienza. Esco a fumare una sigaretta - tempo medio sette minuti - e neppure alla metà dell'agognato momento di relax da viziosa vengo chiamata dalla gentilissima ragazza, che mi fa accomodare: neppure il tempo di comunicare e giunge sul tavolo una fetta di farinata inattesa, ma, soprattutto, ottima! Benché il locale fosse stracolmo, mi hanno dedicato attenzioni fondamentali. Faccio la mia scelta e affronto il discorso vino: sono a Nizza, è dalle sei del mattino che trotto in giro e dopo quattordici ore ho solo bisogno di buon cibo e ottimo vino! La cena è stata sublime: battuta di fassona e tajarin ai porcini. Intanto comincio a far conversazione con una coppia di villici, scoprendo che lui è un mio coscritto. Morale sono entrata alle venti e uscita alle ventiquattro! Ottima trattoria. Onesta...

08/10/2024: Torniamo tutti gli anni in occasione della gita per acquistare i vini della zona. Semplice ma curato. Buon cibo e ottimi vini.

06/10/2024: Restaurante junto al Bar en la calle al Santuario de Varellono. Muy buenos platos prepárate cuidadosamente con salsas verdaderamente deliciosas para condimentar platos

07/09/2024: I only understood later why the place was totally deserted at midday...!!! I had a second course, a paltry side dish, a quarter of wine, a half soda, a coffee and a dessert €29!!! Cheating on others doesn't pay!!! There isn't even a midday menu. However, in other trattorias they have a midday menu for €13.00!!! Not recommended by Peter@

02/01/2025: We spent New Year's Eve at Tenuta Valdorso, we had a great time, a great welcome, good food and we appreciated the superior Rubino room with its double shower. The entire facility is very clean, the staff welcoming. We had a good evening with musical entertainment.

01/01/2025: Beautiful place, excellent cuisine, wonderful suite, the only flaw was the shower where the ice water came out but they promptly resolved this by providing us with another shower where the water was hot (the other bathroom was in the second bedroom , which they had rightly left closed because there were only 3 of us). We will definitely be back! Well done 😊😊😊😊

17/01/2025: Excellent solution for a stopover just off the motorway. Menu with typical products Very good service with presentations of some dishes.

15/01/2025: Lunch on Sunday 12/1, first time for us, we enter, we sit down and, without telling us anything, they start serving us appetizers, nothing special, after a few tastings we ask how it works, we are told that there is a fixed menu, without go into detail, to which we adapt, even if we then saw customers having lunch à la carte. Anyway, minimal appetizers, the only exception being the carpaccio, good, then a tasting of two first courses, passable agnolotti and overcooked rice, even though they told us to wait a few minutes because it was cooking, luckily... I skipped the second courses entirely, my wife, one rib and one meatball, by choice, we skipped the desserts, a coffee, a quarter of loose wine and a bottle of water, the bill was super brief, two menus and off we go, price not Absolutely scandalous, but you can find better things for less. What we didn't like was the surprise of the situation, without information, without a price, nothing! I wouldn't go back.

23/01/2025: The boss doesn't like customers.....when the weather is nice, you can't drink a beer or a bombardino outside without ordering a meal.....it's the first time I've seen something like this....and by the way, there are plenty of free tables and no customers Well done boss, marketing and encouragement "10"

23/01/2025: Persuaded by the story of my friend who was treated by the owner of the place, who said that it was his place and his rules - refusing to drink drinks without ordering food on the observation deck - I will choose less popular but more friendly places just below.

04/11/2024: Nonostante il pienone, ci hanno trovato un posticino e siamo stati serviti con attenzione. Cibo squisito e cordialità.

02/11/2024: Io e il mio ragazzo abbiamo trovato questo posto per caso. Il locale era pieno e si percepiva un’atmosfera di confusione e disorganizzazione tra il personale. Abbiamo ordinato un tagliere di salumi come antipasto, ma non ci sono stati portati né i piatti di appoggio né il pane di accompagnamento, nonostante le ripetute richieste da parte nostra. Per i primi abbiamo aspettato quasi un’ora e, alla fine, dei due che avevamo ordinato (uno per ognuno) ne è arrivato soltanto uno. Io ho avuto il tempo di terminare il mio piatto di ravioli mentre il mio ragazzo è rimasto in attesa del suo che non è mai arrivato (tra l’altro, anche lui aspettava lo stesso piatto di ravioli). Stanchi dell’attesa e infastiditi dal trattamento riservatoci, ci siamo alzati, abbiamo pagato quello che era arrivato e siamo andati via. Esperienza da non ripetere.

08/12/2024: Come sempre, non posso che elogiare il proprietario/chef: hai una marcia in più e sei veramente bravo ! Detto questo farei una piccola critica: le porzioni sono minimali, non guasterebbe un pò di portata in più. Comunque bravi tutti.

20/10/2024: In the center of the town of Verduno. I spent a night in the guesthouse. Spacious bedroom and bathroom. Independent entrance for the night. Varied and plentiful breakfast. And then you want to put the experience of sleeping in a castle...... Advised.

24/12/2024: Having called the telephone number shown in Google, no response, we arrive from the Locarno area and discover that the times indicated in Google were wrong and the restaurant was closing, furthermore the menu indicated was also different. TRIPLET!!! Is it possible that no one had 2 minutes to update the information?

01/11/2024: Tourist rip off!!! The prices for the drinks are okay, but you have to pay 3 euros per person for the cover, even if you only drink something. In our case that would be over 60 percent surcharge! The Aperol for 5 euros is an absolute lure, 70 percent of which consists only of ice. The service was extremely poor and slow, and the waiter was not very motivated. I can only advise against it!

11/11/2024: Nice hotel. A big plus is that the room was very warm, the heating works great, hot water too. It was quite noisy outside, although the end of October is not high season.

10/10/2024: Dated rooms, without maintenance (falling light plates, non-working hairdryer, very small TV, raised carpet in the corridor......). Poor breakfast. Untested service.
