05/07/2025: Terrible experience. Hamburger with side dish: €12. Average price. Problem is that the dish was composed like this: cold focaccia, slice of cheese, hamburger and one focaccia to close. No sauces, no salad, tomato or anything else. And no side dish... I've never eaten something so disappointing... and so expensive.

28/05/2025: We had dinner in this place where they welcomed us with cordiality, we ordered a delicious seafood appetizer and then two elephant ears Milanese veal rib with bone, finally for dessert a tiramisu and a fantastic mandarin sorbet. A thank you to the waiter Roberto who served us with professionalism and availability, we will return to try other delicious proposals.

12/07/2025: I was at the restaurant yesterday with a friend of mine. We went in and asked if we could sit outside, and they calmly said yes. There were a few free tables, so we chose one at random. The waiter passed us several times, taking other customers' orders. After a while, I stopped him to ask if we could order, and he replied, "Oh, you still have to order?" Us: "Yes, yes." And he, in a sarcastic and visibly annoyed tone, replied, "Good job, sitting at dirty tables," and walked away. Now, I ask myself: is it really our fault if we sat at a "dirty" table (which, after all, wasn't that dirty)? And even if it was (dirty), isn't it the staff's job to notice that new customers have just arrived (after having asked permission to do so) and clear the table? It's okay not to have noticed us right away, but at least avoid that contemptuous tone. In the end, we left without ordering anything: I don't tolerate rudeness. Looking at other customers' reviews, I see that this type of behavior is far from an isolated incident. Personally, I won't be returning.

15/07/2025: We ordered the set menu: one fish dish and one spaghetti dish with seafood. We received children's portions. Fish weighed less than 100 grams, and seafood = 2 mussels. We've rarely had such a bad meal. Everything smelled of old frying oil.

12/07/2025: I was tempted by the menu at the beginning of the street, a big mistake. I hesitated to leave a negative review, but this is too much. I ordered 3 set menus because there was no option to order the dishes without the set menu. €13 and €16 aren't worth 5. 2 tomato and meat lasagna dishes, where you look for meat, and whose color is closer to pink than red given the amount of béchamel sauce compared to the tomatoes. Served with fries. I've never seen this type of accompaniment (frozen fries worthy of a fast food restaurant and way too salty). 1 Spaghetti allo scoglio (seafood and tomato sauce). It's a crime to serve pasta so cooked. 2 mussels are fighting on the plate, 1 small piece of squid, and 1 small piece of octopus. A meager amount of pasta served, not even worthy of a child's portion. Panna cotta for dessert with the 3 gelatinous menus served without fruit coulis and with a trail of industrial chocolate sauce. Just like the dessert, you can't make anything that bad at home. Main course Orechiette, cime di rappa, and vongole. The pasta deserved to be cooked a little less. The cime di rappa, which is related to cabbage, was nonexistent since it was made from simple spinach. The vongole, barely 4 open and about 15 all closed, was a sign not to eat them. Disappointment communicated to the waitress, who apologized (she was embarrassed and probably used to it) and went to talk to the chef. He came back and told me that we didn't know how to do anything. That perhaps they were a little undercooked (complete nonsense given how quickly this shellfish cooks; I tried to hold on to this idea anyway, just to keep the risk of food poisoning out of my mind). She offered to offer us a coffee instead, but I had a tea. During the meal, there was cigarette smoke. I tried to find out where it was coming from, as it wasn't allowed on the terrace. A staff member was smoking right next to our table, less than a meter away, which was separated from the small street by wooden panels. The bill added €2.50 for cutlery per person, which wasn't listed anywhere. So, four pasta dishes and two small half-liter plastic bottles of still water, €70 thrown out the window for a bad meal. A real tourist trap and, above all, a disgrace to Italian cuisine.

19/07/2025: I go in with my girlfriend and order two coffee creams. When it comes to the bill, I'm shocked to discover: 8 euros total. 4 euros for a perfectly ordinary coffee cream, and to make matters worse, no receipt issued. Simply speechless.

02/06/2025: Ho scelto questo locale perché permette ai bambini di giocare all'esterno dato che si trova all'interno di uno skatepark. In verità c'ero già stato altre volte da Open Baladin e non mi ero trovato male, ma ieri sera è stata proprio una serata da dimenticare. Gli hamburger sono stati presentati su un piattino tondo di plastica senza nulla l'altro, una tristezza unica e la sensazione di essere presi in giro anche perché quei piatti hanno un prezzo medio di €16. Anche le focacce non erano da sufficienza. Il servizio è stato lentissimo, i camerieri giravano a vuoto pur non essendoci molta gente. In sintesi, forse non si sono accorti che, lato qualità, l'asticella si è molto alzata in Torino, loro invece hanno alzato solo i prezzi.

Le porzioni dei piatti sono sproporzionate al ribasso rispetto ai prezzi. Sedici Euro per un hamburger senza contorno, sono davvero troppi! La qualità non controbilancia le porzioni risicate. Dispiaciuto!

02/06/2025: Servizio pessimo, eravamo nella sala interna, abbiamo atteso 20 minuti perché qualcuno arrivasse a prendere l'ordine, nonché, nel frattempo, sollecitato due volte al banco. Diversi clienti, molto più saggiamente di noi, sono andati via col protrarsi dell'attesa. Finalmente abbiamo potuto ordinare un bicerin, un caffè ed un mignon, ma, dopo 10 minuti, è arrivato solo il mignon. Sono stati serviti degli ospiti arrivati molto dopo di noi mentre aspettavamo ancora il caffè ed il bicerin. A quel punto abbiamo deciso di andarcene senza consumare. Sembra che non seguano un ordine nelle comande e che diano precedenza ai tavoli esterni al locale.

19/04/2025: Ci siamo fermate per un aperielite peccato che non c’era né l’aperitivo e soprattutto mancava L”élite. Pessimo aperitivo piemontese e vino non compreso nel prezzo. Camerieri che smontavano il dehor mentre stavamo mangiando. Prezzo alle stelle. Conclusione non credo torneremo neanche per un caffè unica nota positiva è per la cameriera molto gentile che ci ha servito

07/03/2025: I went to Alpe di Mera for skiing and had the opportunity to try the Rifugio Camparient. The rooms are clean and tidy. The service was excellent, and the staff was very friendly and helpful. The owner was very rude. During my stay, there was a school trip there. The kids were very polite, but the owner insulted them and continued to complain about them without them doing anything. The hotel's location is convenient for the slopes. Also, some ski poles were lost by the staff. I would recommend a little more attention.
