26/01/2025: Really heavy climate. Even at the checkout. I won't go back even if you give me the stuff. Very rude, they make you feel uncomfortable. We were in the room downstairs, a kind of morgue room, they let the customers in and then the waiter runs after them to order them to sit somewhere else. Basically it makes them sit as close to the ladder as possible, to save a couple of meters of walking. All with expressions such as "but where do you want to go?!", "here there is a constant struggle with customers who want to sit wherever they want", "I don't understand what happens to people". They don't ask you how it went, if you want something else. The important thing is that you get out of the way.

28/12/2024: The food is undoubtedly good but whoever works there, I'm sorry to say, is rather confused. wrong orders, wraps given to other customers... the consequence is that the (small) place becomes overloaded with people and there isn't even room to sit. very bad, it should be managed better given the area and the amount of customers.

26/12/2024: I don't usually write reviews, but here is something to review, given the numerous not so positive reviews. I went in at 9.49pm this evening for a quick piadina to take away and I was told that the piadine shop was closing and that they couldn't make me any piadina, too bad that the closing time is 10.30pm. I'm sorry because it was once the go-to piadina shop in the area, lately I've only heard bad experiences.

20/01/2025: I'll be brief: old-time trattoria in the Pianezza area. We were there on Saturday for lunch and there was a midday menu, first course with side dish and drinks (no beer) for €11 (desserts not on the menu obviously but it costs the right amount and you can do the shopping). The quality for the price is excellent, you can't ask for more at that price. I recommend it.

03/01/2025: Went on New Year's Eve, everyone was kind for goodness sake and I didn't expect culinary miracles, but some dishes were inedible: the paccheri with sword not even at the worst table, the meat was just one shoe, to be avoided.... PS: the Neapolitan zeppola.

27/01/2025: Very friendly staff, excellent food. One flaw: very narrow space to eat and pass. Jackets and bags on the chairs, a coat hanger is missing.

14/12/2024: When I'm in these parts, it's a regular stop for lunch. Kindness, good quality of products, good service and last but not least low prices.

05/01/2025: 4* hotel near the train station used for work. I was assigned a fairly anonymous and sad attic room with two single beds which were comfortable but for a person of my size a queen-size bed would have been appropriate. In the room there is a TV on one wall that practically cannot be moved and remains perpendicular to the beds. You can hear but hardly see. The bathroom is decent, quite spacious but shows a lack of age with a worn toilet lid and some rust above the shower door. No toiletries except the shower cap, the soap and shower gel are in a dispenser which don't work well but there is nothing for the bidet. The footrest mat in front of the shower is missing...

03/01/2025: limited experience as we were only there with the group for the New Year's Eve dinner and the overnight stay. clean and tidy rooms even if they are small and equipped with a key to open them instead of a card... I would say the fish and meat based menu were excellent as was the final dessert with mascarpone cream. breakfast with large buffet. negative points: rude and rather cold owners but environments that were definitely TOO HOT!!! impossible to sleep at 25 degrees without the possibility of regulating the ventilation.

06/01/2025: Elegant bar a few steps from the historic center of Turin, located between the arcades near the Teatro Regio, Palazzo Madama, Piazza Castello and Palazzo Reale. Great food and affordable prices.

05/01/2025: Quick breakfast, many good croissants with soft and crumbly dough. Too bad for the unkind and attentive service. We simply pointed out that we were in a hurry without putting pressure on or requesting a privileged service, we were taken to the upper room, clearly closed to the public as there wasn't enough confusion and left there waiting for more than 15 minutes at the request for two coffees and die brioche (8€ euros)

22/01/2025: Locale gradevole e buona accoglienza da parte del personale di sala. Interessante la possibilità di scegliere il vino direttamente in cantina. I piatti sono ben cucinati, ma le porzioni sono leggermente ridotte. Nel complesso consiglierei di provarlo.

25/12/2024: Pranzo di natale con famiglia, menu senza nulla di particolare da segnalare se non un'albese talmente sottile da non riuscire a prenderla e un vitello tonnato insapore. Alla fine ci hanno chiesto se vokevamo degli amari, li abbiamo presi pensando fossero offerti, alle mia obiezione in cassa mi hanno detto che non potevano permettersi di offrirli e che non avevano lesinato sul vino (3 bottiglie per 13 adulti). Peccato ci ero già stato ed era andata decisamente meglio.

10/12/2024: Unfortunately, I'm not from Turin, I live in Vicenza, I've wanted to try some Gianduiotti with a capital G for a long time, having the boy who lives near Rivoli asked him to bring me a couple and he chose your pastry shop, unfortunately I only ate those but When I return to Turin I assure you that I will stop by to try much more. The gianduiotti were excellent, they melted in your mouth. I devoured them and all I can do is think about how good they were, highly recommended!!!! Best wishes to everyone especially non-Turinese to buy them here you can really feel the difference in quality.❤️

17/05/2024: Abbiamo scelto questa gelateria per i gusti senza glutine e con sorpresa ho trovato anche senza latte. Non è scontato trovare un gelato così buono, tutti soddisfatti. I coni anche gluten free croccanti. Bravi!

08/04/2024: Sono andata in questa gelateria per un gelato. Coppetta da asporto. Sono allergica alla soia ma non leggo nessuna indicazione particolare. Solo 'gelati genuini' e altre indicazioni sulla qualità degli ingredienti e dei prodotti locali utilizzati per la loro preparazione. Sul sicuro prendo questa coppetta. Per fortuna piccola. Risultato il giorno dopo mi ritrovo con una seria reazione allergica, ma per mia fortuna non eccessiva. Chiamo e al telefono mi informano che i loro gelati (tutti quelli delle creme) sono preparati senza latte, chissà perché, ma con acqua e dei preparati vegetali in cui può esserci anche la soia. Il gusto che ho scelto io era fatto con un preparato a base di farina di riso e farina di soia. È assolutamente pericoloso che non evidenzino in modo chiaro questa caratteristica e direi anche alla faccia del genuino. Voglio condividere quanto accaduto perché lo ritengo grave.
