08/09/2024: Siamo stati ieri sera al Fons Salutis, in occasione di un ottantesimo compleanno. Direi ottima esperienza. Ottime focacce,eccellenti pizze gourmet. Servizio professionale,con molta cordialità.,i camerieri molto carini con il nostro nipotino di 19 mesi.Vini pregiati. E per finire una torta fatta dallo chef squisita. Rapporto qualità prezzo più che buona. Ci torneremo.

18/08/2024: Siamo stati alle Fons Salutis 4.0 per un'apericena in famiglia. Piatto abbondante e buono. Titolare gentile e solare, a differenza di quanto scritto su altre recensioni.

31/12/2024: Cena eccellente, il servizio è stato impeccabile, complimenti in particolare a tre camerieri che si sono distinti nella serata di nome Davide, Marisa e Giorgio. Ristorante Emporio consigliatissimo!

29/12/2024: Cena di sabato sera fra amici con degustazione di ottimo sushi, pizze miste, cruditè di mare e cucina mediterranea sempre a base di pesce freschissimo cucinato ad opera d’arte. Il menù è veramente ampio e spazia da piatti di terra fino ad arrivare a sushi molto particolare e ben curato. Carta dei vini ampissima con bottiglie di qualità

31/10/2024: No es genial. El meet (pollo y cerdo) que se servía estaba crudo en el medio. Cuando señalamos esto, el camarero declaró alegremente que era “muy peligroso”...estuvimos de acuerdo. Nos hizo preguntarnos sobre los estándares. Tiramisu bueno, pero eso fue todo .. no volverá

10/08/2024: Lunedì 5 agosto, abbiamo prenotato per 4 adulti ed un bimbo di 20 mesi (seggiolone). Cucina piemontese con piatti tipici rivisitati con grande maestria, già nota per precedenti visite e locale rustico gradevole. Insomma, tutte le premesse positive per trascorrere un piacevole momento gastronomico. Abbiamo ordinato 3 risotti uguali ed una porzione di gnocchi al tartufo nero per gli adulti, 1/2 porzione dello stesso risotto per il bimbo. A seguire due stinchi di maiale al forno e due verdure grigliate con bagna cauda… dolci della casa e caffè. Tutto molto buono….e qui dobbiamo però segnalare un episodio spiacevole .... Al momento del conto, la cameriera mi segna 4 risotti anziché 3 porzioni e 1/2 per il bimbo…(notare che la porzione intera costa 16 € e nel menù è fatto obbligo di ordinare almeno 2 porzioni). Alle mie garbate rimostranze, mi risponde che le è stato indicato di conteggiare 4 porzioni intere. Premetto che non voglio polemizzare per gli 8 € in più pagati ingiustamente….mi pare però una “caduta di stile”….della proprietà. La nostra correttezza di ordinare una mezza porzione per un bimbo che ovviamente ne mangia assai meno ha ottenuto questo risultato….la prossima volta ordineremo le porzioni intere per gli adulti ed un piatto vuoto….

18/08/2024: I cari signori non più giovanissimi ci hanno accolto il giorno di Ferragosto per pranzo... Sono stati gentili e cordiali con noi e nostri bambini. Abbiamo mangiato benissimo: un antipasto misto (cose semplici ma geniune, cucinate falla signora), a seguire ravioles al gorgonzola ottimi e dolce. Il tutto accompagnato da una buona bottiglia di Barbera d'Alba... Complimenti perché ci avete stupito in modo molto positivo... Torneremo sicuramente.

13/01/2025: Good food, but within the norm, nothing extremely special however I find that giving a plate of polenta with sausage and cheese with almost no cheese and only two pieces of sausage (pieces of about 3/4 centimeters) is a bit lacking given the prices which although not exaggerated make you think of something more. As for the à la carte menu, you are served and looked after while for those who take from the self-service there is an abyss of solitude; you are almost not even considered if not to pay to attract the attention of a waiter (I say waiter because all those who were in the kitchen with whom you were able to have some relationship were always addressed kindly and with a smile) you have to jump and when they see the tray even just asking for salt seems like asking too much, however I find that they are punctual and don't make you wait too long. The place remains splendid, furnished to perfection and with a large outdoor space which makes it very pleasant, the benches could just be cleaned of snow a little more, but I repeat, the splendid environment, despite everything, I would gladly return, hoping also to the self-service in a a little more kindness.

15/08/2024: Poor food quality and quantity, high Bill in the end. We got litteraly ripped off in this bar so called restaurant. To be avoided.

08/08/2024: Une belle découverte, des pastas délicieuses, un risotto à tomber. Un accueil très sympathique d'Ezio avec des bon plans pour visiter la région. Merci nous reviendrons vous voir avec plaisir !

22/09/2024: Ordered on just eat, food arrived over an hour later (and we were only a few minutes away). Maybe because it was Saturday night. Among the different Chinese ones I tried, I didn't like this one. Lightly seasoned, without additional sauces and I'll stop here.

19/11/2024: I bought pizza, bread and biscuits all very good and fresh but above all of quality, I can't wait to taste the artisanal panettone that the baker makes The staff is very kind and helpful. The coffee is also excellent!!

27/10/2024: Very nice place, friendly staff, good cappuccino. Too bad about the cream cannoli, rubbery and practically empty dough, they only stuffed the tip. Next time I'll get a brioches and hopefully we'll be luckier in the filling

18/12/2024: We went a few days ago for an aperitif. Three glasses of mediocre prosecco with slices of focaccia, a leftover sandwich cut into pieces and two slices of salami each. Poor service, 10 euros each. What a disappointment, I don't recommend it
