18/01/2025: I did not appreciate the total lack of education of the waiters (particularly at the house), as there was a total lack of response to my repeated "thank you, please", eye contact... I understand having to be in contact with customers all day but it is not to behave.

09/01/2025: Nice place I always stop when I go to the outlet for coffee and sweets I have always found exquisite and kind staff but last Saturday the 5th with great regret I noticed that they didn't care about my question even though I had said that my cell phone was dead they invited me to frame the barcode, I had only asked if there were hazelnuts in the vegan panettone with pears and chocolate. In the end, seeing that it was clear that the lady from behind was asking the lady at the checkout (who was kindly reading) not to pay attention to what I was asking for, I bought and left. I then discovered that there were hazelnuts. I spent. And unfortunately my husband couldn't eat.

24/11/2024: Sconsigliato. Il menù non esiste, é esposto a voce, e il cliente non conosce i prezzi di ciò che ordina. Mi è stato proposto un branzino, nel piatto arriva uno sgombro. La cuoca mi assicura per ben due volte che fosse branzino; il branzino si presenta bianco e morbido, mentre il pesce che ho trovato nel piatto era un filetto molto compatto, scuro e asciutto. Al momento del pagamento, la cuoca effettua un conteggio su calcolatrice, non comunicando i prezzi dei singoli piatti, e facendoci pagare il totale. Il prezzo pagato è stato discretamente alto, il che può essere adatto per la quantità di cibo e bevande ordinate. Tuttavia, l'assenza di un menù coi relativi prezzi e l'insistenza nel convincermi della qualità del pesce sono segnali di una scarsissima professionalità. Il cliente deve sempre sapere cosa mangia e quanto paga per ciò che mangia, e ciò che è accaduto lo ritengo poco onesto.

24/11/2024: Maleducazione della titolare ci ha fatto scappare...peccato perché le ragazze che servivano erano carine e gentili...cibo scarso ...è il prezzo non e' stato come quello concordato alla prenotazione....delusione

06/01/2025: We enter the pizzeria and after finding the waitress, we are accompanied to the table. After 20 minutes of waiting in which we were ignored by the waitresses who passed by our table, I asked one of them if it was possible to order and she replied in an annoyed way "ONE MOMENT". Another 10 minutes pass and someone finally arrives to take the order. After another 30 minutes of waiting (for a total of one hour from the time we were seated) still no news on the pizzas. I then ask a waitress for updates. She still replies in an annoyed way "I DON'T KNOW, CAN'T YOU SEE WHAT THE PLACE IS LIKE?" referring to how many people there were (We were among the first to arrive). Unpleasant experience due to staff rudeness and waiting times.

13/10/2024: We are regular customers because the pizzas are excellent and they have always given us a nice treat to celebrate birthdays. They let you bring the cake and not all places do that. We will keep coming

26/04/2024: Every time I go to Alessandria I have breakfast there. Professional, fast and courteous service. High attention and availability of products for dietary regimes, in particular gluten free.

20/10/2024: Antonella e Gianni sono gentilissimi e non sono amano il loro lavoro e la bella Entracque, ma si prendono cura dei clienti. I prezzi sono buoni e se passate portate a casa la focaccia ai cereali di Gianni o, in alternativa, gustatela con un bicchiere di Ruchè del Monferrato.
