My husband and I had dinner here on 24 May 2026. Despite the negative reviews, we had a good experience. Staff was very friendly. Portions were appropriate (for us anyway). And we enjoyed our meal. My husband had lasagna and I had eggplant Parmesan. We shared the fried zucchini blossoms.

After a two-hour walk, this stop was very welcome. We thoroughly enjoyed the seafood and especially the local cheese platter. The setting is pleasant and the service professional. Plus, they speak French. I highly recommend it.

A small restaurant in the center of Orta, with a wide selection on the menu and excellent food at a reasonable price. The only downside is that the dining room is a bit small, so reservations are recommended. Otherwise, everything is excellent.

Polite and friendly staff, nice location, the only flaw is the quality of the food (often frozen), which isn't excellent. I also didn't notice any politely indicated allergens, nor any dishes without frozen ingredients. Recommended only if you're on a budget, as the portions aren't particularly high.
