They reserved a very pleasant room for us, with air conditioning, which is a plus! Everything was perfect. My compliments for the food, the variety of options, the management, and the helpfulness. 15/05/2025: Io, marito e figlia ci siamo fermati a pranzo durante la prima tappa del cammino della Serra di Oropa. Location curata, gestore Davide e sua moglie di una simpatia, accoglienza e disponibilità fuori dal comune! Piatti deliziosi, genuini e freschi come l'ottimo pane fatto in casa ed un vino delizioso. Di ritorno dopo 4 giorni siamo tornati a pranzo e siamo stati trattati benissimo! Un plauso per la dedizione e l'impegno per il loro lavoro. Prezzi onestissimi! Porteremo un po' di Piemonte in Trentino! Grazie da Tatiana, Claudio e Sara.

20/09/2025: Tasty local dishes prepared with care and overlooking the Rimasco lake. Very fair prices, friendly service, and even a good liqueur.

19/09/2025: A small restaurant in the center of Rimasco, next to the Town Hall, this is one of the best and most welcoming in the entire valley. It's always crowded in the summer, so we chose mid-September to secure a table (always make a reservation!), but it was a beautiful day, still warm and sunny. We had ravioli with black butter, grilled trout, and buttered trout, all delicious. The desserts (zuppa inglese and bonet) were also excellent. I'm not usually a fan of trout, but this time it was truly delicious! We'll be back again.

29/08/2025: Convenient restaurant... both for parking... and for its proximity to the highway toll booth... Friendly and helpful staff... Flexible hours, much to the delight of truck drivers... Extensive menu... Abundant dishes... Large, comfortable shower... and if you ask... bathrooms open at night... Keep it up...

26/08/2025: The owner was unfriendly (I didn't feel welcome). My room smelled of stale smoke, and there were holes in the towels and sheets. The breakfast was barely adequate. Poor value for money. It's a shame; the hotel has a nice atmosphere, but everything else is lacking.

01/11/2025: An excellent dining experience. Generous portions and excellently cooked. Seafood and meat dishes are of the highest quality. There isn't a huge variety, but the quality makes up for it, and the daily specials are always very interesting. Courteous service despite the busy evening, and extremely friendly and knowledgeable waiters. See you next time for the pizza! PS: It's best to make a reservation, especially in the evenings and on weekends.

13/08/2025: The lifeguards aren't very attentive to the pool, allowing dives when they're prohibited. Furthermore, rather than stationing themselves at different stations to monitor and supervise the area, they prefer to gather and chat among themselves rather than enforce the pool rules. The staff at the entrance are very friendly, and the bar staff are also very good, but I give the lifeguards and lifeguards a low rating.

13/10/2025: I stopped for lunch. The appetizer was adequate (tongue with red sauce), tagliolini with ragù (I can't remember it anymore), uninspiring, and the roast was unpalatable. The desserts were good, though. Quite disappointing.

12/11/2025: A wonderful experience in a magical place with excellent food and excellent service. It feels like being at the theater. A Michelin-starred restaurant without too many frills, with generous portions and plenty of flavor.

11/11/2025: We're not there. We're definitely not there. I'm sorry, but I spent the entire lunch wondering not only how they could have a star, but also how they could keep going like this. Let's start with the assumption that the previous contact I had to make a reservation was difficult: monosyllabic, incomplete, cursory, and rude responses. Today, however, the welcome was average. All in all, "nice," thank goodness. But let's get to the point: the local tasting menu was very disappointing. The appetizers were decent, but of decidedly inferior quality to any other starred restaurant I've ever tried. The flavors and combinations were those of any other agritourism restaurant, nothing special. The bread was cold and a bit stale (and not made by them, by the way). First courses: an almost overcooked tagliolini with butter, delicious ravioli, and then a small casserole dish of awful goat cheese gnocchi. The second course: rubbery meat. The desserts—which usually save the day—only made things worse. Something really went wrong here: I'm talking about a berry mousse with the consistency of wet breadcrumbs, a rough custard, and a baba that was THAWED and THAWED poorly (the ice was still there). All this for the modest sum of €300 (for two). The price you'd expect for a Michelin-starred restaurant, but this place has absolutely nothing Michelin-starred about it. A total disappointment, I'm sorry. If someone were to try their first Michelin-starred restaurant here, I don't think they'd want to do it again. Definitely an insult to other restaurants with the same recognition but truly deserving of it.

14/10/2025: A charming restaurant in the picturesque Pisterna district. The food is delicious, carefully prepared, and plentiful. The Acquese-style stockfish is excellent. A good selection of wines at a reasonable price. Friendly and helpful staff. We'll definitely be back.

05/10/2025: Perfect! One day in Acqui Terme, we happened to be wandering through the narrow streets and spotted this restaurant. We immediately noticed its charming and beautiful outdoor area filled with colorful flowers! We stopped for lunch and were greeted by a very kind man who provided impeccable and attentive service. The dishes were very well prepared, delicious, and presented with care and elegance. We loved the good, typical Piedmontese cuisine, along with a few revisited dishes. We'd definitely return during truffle season. :)

15/08/2025: Simply FABULOUS!!! 3 takeaway pizzas prepared and delivered in less than 10 minutes, the quality of the raw materials excellent, the flavor and taste SPECTACULAR!!! I highly recommend it to everyone!!!

09/11/2025: Unlike many agriturismos, almost everything served is produced on the farm itself. Truffles are a specialty, but everything is delicious! Shortly after, it became the worst of the worst.
