06/12/2024: If we talk about pizza, the pizza chef and the dough are always what make the difference in these cases, I had served myself years ago in this place, I took advantage of it recently with a very simple Margherita to take away and I must say that the quality has dropped, unfortunately, pizza with too chewy dough, not that great, sorry! Since there is a lot of competition in the country, if I were me, I would try to raise the quality, it would all be to my advantage! 🤷‍♂️

15/07/2025: Sunday noon, the restaurant outside was almost full, in a great lakeside location. Finally, the staff are young and attentive, dynamic, and unpretentious... they're working hard and respectful. Very good. The food is truly excellent and plentiful, and I'd say the wine list is more than in line with the dishes you can order. The preparation of the dishes is also perfect. We only ate the fish, which was very fresh and very well cooked. The dessert was tasty. Highly recommended. The price is right for what's served; it's not a trattoria.

12/04/2025: Perfect location, historic center of Chieri! Excellent wine assortment! ! Approximate tasteless food, we felt like we were eating in a school canteen, I'm sorry but we won't be back again, have a good life!

30/03/2025: Il locale è piccolo ma ben tenuto in pieno centro. Il proprietario persona molto simpatica si occupava di tutto in prima persona, con molta cura e attenzione. Mia moglie ha molto apprezzato il coniglio al forno con i peperoni io baccalà mantecato eccellente e polpo scottato gustosissimo. Dolce alla mela e cannella con crema per concludere la cena. Abbiamo parlato anche dei nostri gusti musicali. Ottima persona

14/04/2025: Dopo un lungo periodo di assenza, siamo ritornati in questo ristorante dell'Alta Langa. Il pranzo e' stato eccellente e preparato con materie prime del territorio trattate con cura, originalità e competenza. Il personale si e' dimostrato molto professionale e attento nel soddisfare le esigenze del cliente. Consigliamo caldamente di provarlo

12/04/2025: Un’esperienza eccellente. Incomprensibili e ingiustificabili le recensioni molto negative. Credo che si possa variare da 3 a 5 stelle, può capitare la serata sfortunata, ma insomma… lo standard qui è elevato, sia in cucina sia in sala. Intanto è giusto creare la giusta aspettativa. Si tratta di una bella struttura tradizionale, che offre anche da dormire, smart, non abbottonata. C’è dell’eleganza, ma non c’è presunzione. Il clima è allegro, spensierato, direi non formale. Le sale sono piccole, con pochi tavoli e purtroppo male insonorizzate, non raro in costruzioni di questo tipo. Se vi capita un tavolo rumoroso (bambini o gente che ha alzato un po’ troppo il gomito), eh… vi è andata male. Passiamo al cibo. Se siete degli integralisti della tradizione, lasciate perdere. Qui si prova ad uscire un po’ dagli schemi classici. E secondo me ci riescono molto bene. Ci sono i tajarin, i ravioli del plin, etc. c’è tutto, ma è sempre declinato in modo originale, non banale, e sopratutto non a caso, gli accostamenti sono ben concepiti. Si mangia molto bene senza avere la sensazione di non essere più nelle Langhe. Ma, ripeto, un fondamentalista qui può non trovarsi bene. Il servizio. Il ragazzo che ci ha serviti era gentile, capace, sorridente. Adattissimo al posto che è questo ristorante. È stato fatto un errore, subito corretto nel migliore dei modi. In generale servizio veloce e presentazione dei piatti, mai banale, precisa, puntuale. Insomma, consigliato, per una cena che guarda un po’ oltre la tradizione, ma che resta fedele per impianto ed ingredienti alla sua terra. Penso proprio che torneremo. Bene per coppie, ma forse più adatto a piccoli gruppi di amici.

24/06/2025: Comfortable hotel, close to the state road to the Simplon Pass. On the ground floor there is a restaurant and pizzeria.

13/06/2025: Unbeatable value for money. I stayed there with my dog. The rooms were simple but clean and had everything you need. A nice balcony. It's obvious that it's near the highway, but I didn't find it too noisy and slept well. The breakfast is good Italian and is served in the bar. I was asked what I wanted and was given it. Above all, I was struck by the friendliness of everyone working there. In the hotel, restaurant, and bar. You feel at home there. The only thing that was a bit difficult was walking the dog... you just have to know how to cope a little.

02/06/2025: Bowling alley immersed in the greenery of the Meisino park. Very good food and generous portions. Very short wait even when it's crowded thanks to the efficiency of the staff and good organization. Some have complained about the prices, but I still find them fair despite the fact that everything around has increased.

24/06/2025: Excellent food I did the menu of the day or work menu €11.50 single choice portions and served on a plate divided into three to bring everything together but I can say that the food was excellent well looked after and of the highest quality pasta made at the moment and fried calamari exceptional to recommend to everyone

24/06/2025: Let's start from the assumption that I'm from Puglia and I was here on holiday with my daughter so I always look for places that are suitable for children. We arrived and they told us that we couldn't eat downstairs (where there are children's games) because the room wasn't working properly. So we opted to stay upstairs and it felt like we were in a spa since they told us that there was no air conditioning because they had the doors open because of the paddle, beach etc. players so we could have used a nice sauna if we wanted. We decided in the end to eat outside with plastic chairs and plastic tables that not even us from the south use anymore. They were super quick to bring us the food except that the white focaccia we ordered was the reheated Mulino Bianco one. Poor food, we even left the grilled vegetables. The carbonara covered in egg seemed like it was chemical. The macaroni had become canary yellow. The octopus seemed like plastic like the toy my daughter uses when she takes a bath. The meat looked good but it gave me heartburn. All accompanied by bees that kept coming near the food and balls that came from the beach volleyball court. We ran away and had dinner in less than an hour. However, the waitress who served us was kind, she also realized that we had ended up there by mistake, she wanted to Save what could be saved! Obviously never again because it was my birthday dinner!
