28/09/2025: I find it a welcoming, tidy, and clean place. The staff is very friendly. The beer is excellent: there are some well-known brands and some less so, which adds to the appeal of a new experience (delicious!). The food is also good, especially the fries. The wait times are long, but they try to serve tables quickly with one or two people to at least partially address this issue.

23/09/2025: Terrible experience. A weeknight when the pub was only half full. Over an hour's wait for the burgers. When they arrived, they were almost cold and overall of average quality. The place would be nice, but the wait was too long. They don't do separate bills (though it's clearly marked on the counter).

21/10/2025: The hotel is located near the highway exit. I found the owners very friendly. The room was spacious and very clean. The breakfast was plentiful and made with fresh products. The bread wasn't frozen. I had a great time. I recommend it.

14/10/2025: Located just off the highway toll booth, one kilometer from the center of Ceva, it offers ample parking. The staff is friendly and attentive. The rooms are clean and tidy.

13/08/2025: We were looking for a place to eat typical Piedmontese products... We found it in this wine bar, where the dishes are accompanied by detailed explanations, as well as the excellent quality of the food. In short, don't be fooled by the exterior appearance and location... It's a gem!

19/05/2025: We found this pizzeria by chance during a visit to Biella. The pizzas are really delicious, with tasty and fresh ingredients. The premises are very normal, nothing fancy but really clean, quiet and there is also the possibility of eating in the internal garden, really a surprise. Finally, the prices are very fair. We will be back, keep it up.

20/10/2025: Very kind and courteous. I've known Jolly for years, but their willingness to serve dinner at 10:00 PM on Sundays demonstrates the professionalism and dedication of the kitchen and the staff. They're friendly and eager to do their job well. The Sardinian appetizer and two fried dishes were excellent despite the late order. The tiramisu was delicious and well-made. The only flaw was the crème brulee: the crust was good, but the cream was too runny. Overall, it's a positive review, and I hope you'll accept the constructive criticism.

In presenza dei clienti, il gestore ha continuato a imprecare contro la mancanza di personale e l'impossibilità di trovarne. Sembrava quasi ci facesse un favore a cucinare. Anche il suo aspetto e abbigliamento non davano certo l'impressione di pulizia e professionalità. Lo stesso può dirsi di quello che credo fosse il suo socio. Il locale da un'impressione di grigiore e sciatteria.

14/09/2025: It was recommended to me by friends who have been going there for a while. I went with my nephews and sisters-in-law. The staff is very friendly, the pizzas are exceptional, with light dough and top-quality ingredients. Those who ordered both the grilled meat and the burger were also very satisfied. Another plus is the ample parking. As for a table, we didn't have to wait because we had reservations. Kudos to the entire staff.

02/11/2025: I was deeply disappointed by the owner's behavior. While I was still eating at the table, she approached me to scold me, claiming that the waitress (whom she described as "my daughter, by the way") had taken offense at the way I addressed her. The owner, without first asking my side of the story, accused me in a forceful tone, stating that "you don't address a little girl that way." I tried to explain that I had simply asked for breadsticks, finding the bread excessively salty, to the point of irritating my teeth. The waitress's daughter responded: "No one here has complained so far!" When I asked her to check the saltiness, she replied that she has a bread intolerance, and as she left, she began to speak to the staff. The owner denied my observation, tore off a piece of my leftover bread, tasted it, and claimed I was mistaken, still having the basket replaced (as the waitress could have done, without arguing). All this happened after the waitress's daughter had been staring at me from a distance for some time, repeatedly approaching the table, prompting me to ask if she had something to say. She responded to my question with an ironic "Nah, nothing," turning her back on me. Previously, one of the two steaks ordered—requested well-done—had been served medium, as confirmed by the same waiter, who promptly took it back to the kitchen. It then returned to the table completely overcooked. Despite this, we didn't want to complain further. However, for two €25 dishes and treatment that made a dinner I'd been looking forward to for months, on the occasion of my mother's return to Italy, unpleasant, we feel compelled to leave this review. We noticed that 90% of the guests were eating pinsa, not meat. Our advice is to learn to accept criticism and consider serious hotel training on how to handle guests in the event of unexpected events, as well as anxiety management and customer service courses. What happened on Saturday night was unacceptable, and even more disappointing was not even receiving an apology.

18/10/2025: Very spacious. The staff is always helpful and friendly. I don't know if I was unlucky, but I don't recommend the salads. The accompanying focaccia was very good, the fish, though small, wasn't bad, but the salad was overcooked and even black in some places... too bad.

23/10/2025: I'd been told the food at Meisino was good and reasonably priced. I tried their cuisine with some friends, but I wasn't satisfied. The service was slow and confusing, and the plates were served half-empty. I ordered a paillard and they brought me a slice just a few millimeters thick... I'll never go back. Pinto Franco

22/09/2025: Adaptability is good, but there's a limit to everything... this place is extremely dirty and doesn't meet basic hygiene standards. We spent a night here with dinner and breakfast, and starting with the shared bathroom, let's just say it's small, but above all, extremely dirty, with no window or ventilation system, and therefore perpetually flooded and full of condensation (instead of drying it, they put a sign outside saying "Be careful"). Open toilet paper rolls left around the bathroom, half-wet, and touched by everyone. To dry your hands, not just disposable paper, but a dirty towel that EVERYONE uses. Here, I repeat, it's not adaptability, but a lack of knowledge of BASIC hygiene and sanitary standards. The room has bunk beds that look like they're about to fall over at any moment, with zero stability, cold, and not even a small trash can around. You couldn't lock it from the outside, let alone the inside. But let's get to breakfast and dinner. From the space outside, you can see the kitchen. The cook was smoking a cigarette and stirring the dishes while preparing the food. The dinner was very low-quality; we were served ribs that were very fatty and the meat wouldn't fall off the bone. The potato and leek soup was a little water with two diced potatoes and two leeks, but it was tasteless. The breakfast was embarrassing for the place. We're in the mountains, so it doesn't take much to buy or make some typical products. Instead, it was all from the discount store: low-quality store-bought juices, one-flavor jellies, packaged brioches like snacks, even milk and butter. Nothing typical or packaged, oh no, sorry... The cakes from the night before (decent). At night, there was a terrible chaos of people literally running down the stairs (I think it was the staff who slept there, without even the slightest forethought to keep quiet). All for €65 per person. If you provide a service like that, €45 is already a lot... the disregard for the customer is palpable, and it would take very little to enhance this place, especially cleaning it! I repeat, adaptability is one thing, but not even being able to use a bathroom is another.

26/08/2025: I ordered the classic calzone to go. It was delicious, nice and filling, and the dough was light and didn't stick to my stomach. Very good. The staff were friendly and the atmosphere was convivial, like a trattoria. I highly recommend it.
