03/03/2025: Un luogo di grande fascino immerso nel verde delle colline marchigiane. Ho avuto il piacere di pranzare qui e lo consiglio vivamente. Dall'antipasto al dolce, ogni portata è stata un vero piacere per il palato. Un viaggio alla scoperta dei sapori del territorio, con ingredienti locali di qualità, persino l'acqua del territorio. Il servizio è stato impeccabile, con un personale gentile e attento. Un posto in cui tornerei volentieri, magari anche per un weekend di relax, considerando la possibilità di soggiornare nelle loro camere.

13/10/2024: Ci siamo fermati di ritorno dalla Puglia; guidati dalle recensioni Trip abbiamo fatto una digressione fuori dall’autostrada, trovando il locale in una piacevole posizione collinare Abbiamo assaggiato vari piatti tipici e in generale abbiamo mangiato molto bene: ci sono piaciuti i primi e anche l’antipasto con olive e (indimenticabili) cremini. Consiglieremmo solo di avvisare che i boccolottoni sono molto piccanti (sul menù non l’abbiamo notato, forse errore nostro, e il cameriere non ce lo ha evidenziato), perché la cosa potrebbe sorprendere qualcuno che non lo gradisce. Il servizio è cortese e i prezzi assolutamente onesti. Tra i contro segnaliamo un rallentamento del servizio per il quale abbiamo ricevuto le scuse del personale e un piccolo gradito sconto, la mancanza di sapone in bagno (in entrambi i portasapone) già prima dell’inizio del pranzo, la rumorosità del locale, che richiederebbe un intervento eseguito da esperti.

26/04/2025: It was recommended to me by a person in the area. Nice, welcoming place. The girls were nice. I took the truffle olives, an explosion of flavour, and the meat ravioli, truly excellent. Accompanied by a glass of local red, water and a coffee, the bill costs 31 euros. I saw a very inviting set of cutting boards on other tables.

25/03/2025: Staying overnight at the Palazzo Ciotti hotel, I tried the tasting menu of the adjoining bistro. The local pecorino cheeses and the small tasting of mixed fried foods are excellent (the REAL Ascoli olive, a distant relative of the frozen ones found in pizzerias), also noteworthy are the egg cooked at low temperature with pecorino fondue and black truffle and the meat-filled ravioli always with black truffle. The dessert was also excellent (mascrpone cream with vanilla and raspberry crumble.

21/04/2025: Posto bellissimo,pranzo giorno di Pasquetta,Valeria persona , meravigliosa gentile e preparata, spiegazione di ogni piatto,attenta a tutte le esigenze dei clienti,parliamo ora del cibo del nostro pranzo di pesce, sublime in ogni portata tutto super fresco e ottimo,portate innovative con raffinatezza di gusto,porzioni generose,tutto sapientemente preparato dal super cuoco,Vincenzo attento in ogni dettaglio,rapporto qualità prezzo ottimo. Ho dato 5 stelle perché non si possono dare di più ma ne merita 10000000, tutto super consigliatissimo!

06/05/2025: Cena deliziosa, locale pulito ed ordinato, personale simpatico. Il menù del giorno di pesce comprendeva un tris di antipasti buonissimi e il secondo era a scelta tra pesce pescato grigliato e salmone con carciofi, qualità ottima e piatti stagionali.

We need to educate our employees to be more humble with customers, the humility of an excuse for the inconvenience would probably have made us return in the future, while the indifference with which we were treated made us put a cross on the restaurant, which we will certainly never set foot in again.

11/05/2025: I understand that the cashier wanted me to follow the rules, but I had just told the waiter — as I sat down — that I wanted to read the menu. Then I ordered and paid at the register. In short, a thousand problems just because I hadn't specified that it was takeaway... But I wonder: couldn't the cashier ask directly? Then immediately after: “no mix by type”. Alright… The vegans were listenable: 2 stars. The truffles are saved: 3 stars. For the rest, 1 star. The guys in the room are saved: kind and helpful.

04/05/2025: Già di persè cenare seduti al centro della meravigliosa Pz.del Popolo è un qualcosa che vale il viaggio...se a ciò si aggiunge un servizio giovanile, simpatico, veloce,efficiente e soprattutto di mangia benissimo; tutto fritto ovviamente! In primis sottolineo la bontà di sua maestà L'oliva Ascolana ma ho apprezzato anche le altre proposte, tutte fritte sul momento,ben calde e asciutte. Grazie

Excellent wine selection, friendly and polite staff. Location furnished in good taste and a stone's throw from the main square.

27/05/2025: Unfortunately, Ristorante Aquapazza didn't impress us with the quality of its food. The raw appetizer was well-crafted. The mussels in both pasta dishes (vongole and seafood) were still sandy. The price/performance ratio wasn't convincing. A shame ☹️
