19/02/2025: We had lunch on February 16, 2025 and unfortunately I cannot write that everything went well. We ordered 3 fried fish and found them delicious but when the cutlets with potato chips arrived and everything changed. The cutlets that our guest ordered were dry, she even struggled to cut them, I pointed out to the waitress that it was dry and to tell the chef, but it's not fake here my wife ordered the semifreddo with the crunchy and here too a problem the semifreddo was an iceberg harder than ever to be able to eat it we ordered the coffee to drown it hoping it would melt. I don't understand how it can happen to a restaurant where they take care of the presentation and then fall into these big mistakes, then I pointed it out to the owner who was certainly also the chef but he was blown away by offering me a bitter to compensate. When the dishes come out of the kitchen you always have to check, the first thought is the customer, what you serve could also be eaten by you who cook it and therefore superficiality does not pay off and must not exist in these environments. However, you didn't make a good impression. Cordially

03/03/2025: Un luogo di grande fascino immerso nel verde delle colline marchigiane. Ho avuto il piacere di pranzare qui e lo consiglio vivamente. Dall'antipasto al dolce, ogni portata è stata un vero piacere per il palato. Un viaggio alla scoperta dei sapori del territorio, con ingredienti locali di qualità, persino l'acqua del territorio. Il servizio è stato impeccabile, con un personale gentile e attento. Un posto in cui tornerei volentieri, magari anche per un weekend di relax, considerando la possibilità di soggiornare nelle loro camere.

13/10/2024: Ci siamo fermati di ritorno dalla Puglia; guidati dalle recensioni Trip abbiamo fatto una digressione fuori dall’autostrada, trovando il locale in una piacevole posizione collinare Abbiamo assaggiato vari piatti tipici e in generale abbiamo mangiato molto bene: ci sono piaciuti i primi e anche l’antipasto con olive e (indimenticabili) cremini. Consiglieremmo solo di avvisare che i boccolottoni sono molto piccanti (sul menù non l’abbiamo notato, forse errore nostro, e il cameriere non ce lo ha evidenziato), perché la cosa potrebbe sorprendere qualcuno che non lo gradisce. Il servizio è cortese e i prezzi assolutamente onesti. Tra i contro segnaliamo un rallentamento del servizio per il quale abbiamo ricevuto le scuse del personale e un piccolo gradito sconto, la mancanza di sapone in bagno (in entrambi i portasapone) già prima dell’inizio del pranzo, la rumorosità del locale, che richiederebbe un intervento eseguito da esperti.

25/03/2025: Staying overnight at the Palazzo Ciotti hotel, I tried the tasting menu of the adjoining bistro. The local pecorino cheeses and the small tasting of mixed fried foods are excellent (the REAL Ascoli olive, a distant relative of the frozen ones found in pizzerias), also noteworthy are the egg cooked at low temperature with pecorino fondue and black truffle and the meat-filled ravioli always with black truffle. The dessert was also excellent (mascrpone cream with vanilla and raspberry crumble.

02/03/2025: Locale piccolo ma molto curato in ogni particolare, servizio eccellente, cibo fantastico, olio d'oliva superlativo, prezzo adeguato. Titolare molto professionale e accogliente. Consigliatissimo.

30/12/2024: I don't think I've ever felt as good as I did in this chalet. The staff is friendly and really attentive to every need. Being welcomed every morning with a smile was wonderful, as were the delicious lunches and pizza in this chalet. If I were to return to this area, I would have no doubts about which chalet to choose!

22/09/2024: Anni che non venivamo qui. È stato ripulito, il menù rivisitato, ma la qualità resta alta. In tre giorni di giri culinari per le “Marche contadine” si è rivelato il migliore. Cucina tradizionale a Costo basso.

26/08/2024: I went just last August with my husband to spend a day at the pool with lunch (fixed menu). Location truly cared for in every detail with a spectacular view of the Sibillini mountains, a truly beautiful and refined structure with bar/restaurant, umbrellas and sunbeds where you can enjoy a bit of sun without that annoying summer heat. Lunch was good and well organized even for those with special needs (children, vegetarians and expectant mothers). Particular praise, however, goes to all the staff... That day, after lunch there was a violent and frightening downpour that lasted more than two hours: we guests, all stuck under a pergola, were carefully accompanied to a other safer area and "spoiled" until we were able to leave the facility. Really TOP guys, nice and helpful! The only flaw: the swimming pool is a bit small but certainly a place I would happily return to!

12/01/2025: Piatti ricercati negli accostamenti, ma genuini nel gusto. Tutto eccezionale, ma voglio spendere una lode per la cheesecake al caramello salato e anacardi : sublime. Non si può, però, esimersi dal lodare il progetto che c'è dietro a questo ristorante. Lo consiglio a tutti.

01/01/2025: Ristorante scelto per il Cenone di San Silvestro. Ottimo menù. Gestore molto gentile e disponibile per eventuali cambi dei piatti per alcuni ingredienti non graditi. Prezzo onesto. Gentilezza e cordialità dei ragazzi che lavorano al ristorante.

01/01/2025: Cold cuts were ok but not outstanding as found in other places in the region. Taken fusilli with scottona but it was more a pasta with tomato sauce with some traces of meat. Definitely not expected from the menu. Location nice and pleasant

15/02/2025: Era da un po che dovevo venire a degustare prelibatezze in questo ristorante molto ambito… e in effetti già da fuori poi entrando si nota subito “molto stile”! L’ambiente è molto bello e caloroso nell’arredo e da parte dei gestori tutti molto giovani e dinamici. Menu molto particolare e pieno di frizzantezza, vini di fascia medio alta, dolci buonissimi. Ci torneremo sicuramente, consigliatissimo!!!

09/02/2025: Location incantevole in uno dei borghi più belli d'Italia! La cucina è ottima, i prodotti del territorio sono di primissima qualità e dalla pasta a mano, ai dolci, passando per le rinomate olive all'ascolana, è tutto fatto in casa. Rara e piacevole la cortesia e la disponibilità del proprietario e del suo staff. Consigliatissimo!
