Excellent setting, waitresses dressed in matching theme, wrought-iron chandeliers, murals depicting scenes of medieval life on the walls, very evocative.
Excellent cuisine.
The service could only be improved a little, as we were told a dish wasn't spicy when it was (it was for a little girl...) and we were served a dessert that wasn't what we requested.
The waitress would have just explained the type of dessert better instead of insisting that it was a zuppa inglese, so we would have chosen something else.
Aside from that, the food was plentiful and of good quality; we'll definitely be back.

Good food, but the ambiance isn't entirely convincing.
We dined at this inn and were pleasantly surprised by the food. The staff was very friendly and helpful, and special mention goes to the homemade cantucci (grandmother's recipe), truly delicious! Unfortunately, however, we didn't appreciate the location: we were seated in the downstairs dining room, which we found unappealing and decidedly cold. The presence of the heaters/mushrooms to heat the room didn't help make it comfortable. Overall, a mediocre experience, which is a shame because the food is worth it.

Nice atmosphere and generous portions, but the quality of the wine on tap and the dishes are mediocre (strozzapreti with goose ragu and gnocchetti). Definitely touristy.
